At The Flex, we believe renting a home should be as simple as booking a ride.
Our mission is to enable anyone to live anywhere, anytime, without friction.
Powered by Base360.ai, our proprietary technology platform, we are building the operating system for modern renting—automating
operations, connecting systems, and creating seamless experiences for guests, landlords, and operators worldwide.
We're looking for a Full-Stack Product Engineer who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and execution.
This isn't a role where you'll simply implement tickets.
You'll identify problems, design solutions, build products, automate workflows, and help shape the future of the platform.
Take ideas from concept to production by designing, building, testing, and launching features that create measurable business
impact.
Work directly with founders and operational teams to understand challenges and transform them into elegant software solutions.
Ship quickly, gather feedback, iterate, and continuously improve products based on real-world usage.
Design systems that eliminate manual work and allow the company to scale efficiently.
Develop operational dashboards, workflow engines, management platforms, and AI-powered tools used across the business.
Build integrations with platforms such as Airbnb, Stripe, Hostaway, Twilio, Google, and OpenAI.
Implement AI-powered features and workflows that improve productivity, decision-making, and customer experience.
Ensure systems remain reliable, secure, and scalable as the business grows internationally.
You don't need experience with every technology listed above, but you should be capable of learning quickly and adapting.
You'll have direct influence over product decisions, architecture, and company strategy.
Your work will impact thousands of users and properties across multiple countries.
You'll work closely with founders and gain exposure to engineering, product, operations, AI, and business.
Work from anywhere.
We're building quickly and looking for people who want to grow alongside the company.
If you love building products, solving real-world problems, and creating systems that scale, we'd love to hear from you.

We’re now building an AI-powered shopping assistant to help users find the best products by price, quality, and environmental impact. Having reached profitability in our core market, we’re now scaling globally, with a strong focus on the US. It’s still day 1, come build the future of shopping with us! This position is remote-friendly (France and Spain). 📱OUR ENGINEERING TEAM Our Engineering team excels at solving cutting-edge technical challenges with elegant solutions. With a strong focus on product innovation and design, they are shaping the future of the shopping experience. Their ambition is to have a positive impact on the everyday lives of hundreds of millions of users around the world. Software Engineers in the Engineering team work hand-in-hand with the Product team, from exploration, design, and roadmap prioritization to implementation, and deployment in production. At Joko, we have firsthand experience that teams with engineers who possess a diverse range of skills, and where engineering and product collaborate closely, are able to deliver a truly delightful and innovative user experience. The Engineering team is currently growing fast to continuously innovate on all parts of our product and tech stack and to empower the revolution of the way people shop online. 🎯 WHAT YOU WILL DO As a Growth Software Engineer, you will be the driving force behind scaling Joko's user and business growth through code. You will work hand-in-hand with the Product team, iterating fast on high-impact levers — acquisition, retention, engagement — across France and our international expansion, starting with the US. You will operate at the intersection of product and engineering to move the business forward at speed, within a dedicated cross-functional task force bringing together key members from Marketing, Data, Business, and Product. * Growth experimentation: You will design, build, and ship experiments across the full user journey — from onboarding to retention — to drive significant impact on key growth metrics. You will quantify impact, iterate on what works, and kill what doesn't, fast. * Engagement & product complexity: You will work on ambitious features like gamification, personalization, and cross-feature engagement to deepen user connection with Joko's increasingly complex product surface. * AB testing & data-driven development: You will build and run AB tests at scale, instrument features for measurement, and partner closely with the Data team to make every decision evidence-based. * Fast prototyping: You will move quickly, put prototypes in front of users, gather feedback, and iterate. You will thrive on short cycles and learning loops. * Cross-functional collaboration: You will be the natural bridge between business, product, and technical stakeholders. You will translate business challenges into engineering solutions, surface technical constraints that shape product decisions, and ensure alignment across teams so that growth efforts move fast without friction. * International expansion: Depending on priorities, you may also play a role in Joko's expansion into new markets, adapting the product to local contexts and helping our infrastructure scale across geographies. 👀 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Experience: You have at least 3 years of software engineering experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a B2C product. * Track record: You've worked with real production constraints, ideally in a B2C product used by hundreds of thousands of users. You have shipped features end-to-end and taken full ownership of their outcomes. * Builder's mindset: You love building things that move metrics. You are not just coding — you are thinking about the business impact of what you ship. * Full-stack spirit: You are comfortable across the stack. You adapt to whatever layer the problem lives in — front, back, infra — without hesitation. * Analytical skills: You are deeply data-driven. You instrument your code, design experiments, and use data to validate or kill your hypotheses. * Fast learner: You are up to speed quickly on new domains, new markets, and new constraints. You are energized by unfamiliar territory, not slowed down by it. * Problem solver: You bring creative, practical solutions to complex, ambiguous problems. You do not wait to be told what to build — you figure out what matters and go build it. * Drive & ownership: You hold yourself accountable for outcomes, not just outputs. You care about whether your work actually moves the needle. * Team player: You work closely with Product, Design, and Data. You communicate clearly, share context generously, and make the people around you faster. * Language: You are fluent in English (written and spoken). * Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges, you welcome feedback and you love constantly learning and getting better. 💎 OUR PERKS (Some of the benefits listed below are available to full-time positions only) At Joko, we believe that flexibility and trust are essential.
