250+ local authorities rely on Vizzia to keep their streets cleaner and safer. Safety is our next frontier - a new business line
with massive potential, and four parallel workstreams that will decide whether it scales or stalls: revenue × product alignment,
top-of-funnel acquisition, sales activation (turning meetings into signed contracts), and delivery (making sure what we ship
matches what we sold).
Today, we clearly see how to enable this new offer and we are seeking a brilliant individual contributor to make the difference on
implementing our plan. We are looking for someone who can listen to sales calls and turn the patterns into a sharper pitch, sit
with product to make sure the roadmap reflects what's actually selling, and walk a deployment to spot what broke between the demo
and the install.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to Benoît Renard (CMO), with deep partnerships across Sales, Product, and
Operations. Your mission is to own Safety end-to-end and build it into a business line we can scale.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT. Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t. Alan exists to end the wait. Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way. So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience. We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR. Prevention as the new norm. The role of a Business Segment Lead is to reach market leadership in their given segment. To succeed, you will have to (1) articulate a vision for your segment, (2) define priorities and resources to deliver, and (3) make strategic decisions for your segment based on market insights. You’ll relentlessly ask yourself: what is the best product offering to become leader in this segment? * Go-to-Market strategy: You’ll work both on renewal (account management) and expansion strategy (business development). This will require you to adapt and innovate when it comes to distribution channels, sub-segments, and partners management. * P&L ownership & Resources allocation: You’ll own the return on investment of your segment and are in charge of building the case for internal resources allocation based on your P&L. * Product trade-off: You’ll work together with product teams in order for us to build the best product based on market insights. WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR NEW SEGMENTS: * It gathers several, high potential sub-segments where everything is to be built. * We will focus heavily on those new opportunities in the coming years. ⭐️ IF YOU HAVE SOME OF THE FOLLOWING, YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT ⭐️ * At least 8 years of prior experience leading a business (product category, business segment, etc.) * Full working proficiency in French * At least advanced level in English * An exceptional ability to establish transversal influence * Used to analyze and manipulate data to build a 360 degree view of your market * A strong business sense while being able to go deep into product considerations * Able to articulate clear strategies in spite of complexity/uncertainty * A prior experience working with senior leadership * You are a generalist self-starter (Vs a specialist of 1 single industry) able to adapt fast and not afraid to go on the field to support your team mates and learn from them * You are based in (or willing to relocate to) either Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Brussels, Madrid or Barcelona.
