Your Mission We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to join the People Operations team at BlaBlaCar. As a People Ops Specialist, you will manage the day-to-end employee lifecycle for Blablacar’s employees based in France. As part of a team, you will ensure full legal compliance in France, while providing prompt, effective support for all employee inquiries. By maintaining our HRIS and formalizing contractual elements, you will act as a key guardian of our data integrity and internal policies. This role is essential in streamlining our onboarding journey and optimizing HR processes to support our team.
