About the role
We’re hiring a Web3 Product Marketing Manager to shape how a prediction protocol built for real-time markets shows up in the
world. You’ll sit at the centre of product, growth, comms and community, turning a technically ambitious product into a story that
traders, builders and partners can quickly understand.
This is a hands-on role for someone who likes building from scratch. You’ll own the narrative, lead launches, and run the
experiments that help turn a prediction protocol into a category-defining product. The team is small, decisions are fast, and the
work gets into market quickly.

About the role We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to shape how a decentralised exchange (DEX) shows up in the world. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands onchain trading and its audiences deeply, from alpha groups and trading communities to professional traders, and can turn that understanding into messaging that resonates with them. You’ll work closely with Product and the Head of Marketing to shape positioning, growth and how the product is talked about in the market. What you’ll be doing You’ll shape the positioning, launches and market story that help the product stand out. * Own positioning and messaging across core audiences, including alpha groups, trading communities and professional traders * Craft a clear differentiation story grounded in the product’s strengths as well as simplify a technical product narrative so it makes sense to both experienced traders and people coming onchain for the first time * Lead go-to-market activity for launches, product capabilities and ecosystem features, from brief through to post-launch measurement * Act as the team’s expert on the onchain derivatives and trading landscape, including trends, trader insights and market takeaways * Turn market intelligence into positioning, product recommendations and growth tactics * Support adoption and retention through tactics such as community leaderboards, yield-based rebates and referral mechanics What we’re looking for * Solid experience in product marketing or a related role, including meaningful hands-on experience in Web3, consumer fintech or trading products * Experience with retail trading products or exchanges (DEX or CEX), and a genuine understanding of how order books and derivatives or perps work * A track record of leading product launches end to end, with measurable results * Proven ability to own positioning and messaging for a product or protocol and execute go-to-market campaigns across channels * Strong grasp of crypto-native culture and communities, including X, Discord and Web3 platforms * Highly analytical, comfortable defining and tracking growth, retention and adoption metrics * Comfortable operating hands-on in a fast-moving environment with significant ownership Apply if you want to help shape how a decentralised exchange is positioned, launched and adopted. At Somnia you'll be working alongside a talented team working across the core blockchain along with novel protocols leveraging its capabilities. About the Role We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to build across the breadth of what Somnia ships, from consumer-facing products to developer technologies to internal platform and tooling. One month that's a polished end-user app, the next it's an SDK, a CLI, or the internal systems the rest of the team builds on. This is a role for someone who cares as much about the product as the code. You'll own the full lifecycle, from rapid prototyping to deployment. You use AI tools as a multiplier and like shipping end-to-end. What you’ll be doing * Design and build production-grade products end-to-end—back-end through UI—across consumer apps, developer-facing technologies and internal platform tooling. * Build the high-performance back-ends and services these products depend on. * Create developer technologies—SDKs, APIs, CLIs, libraries and starter kits—that make the platform easy to build on. * Build internal tooling and platform infrastructure that raises the velocity of the whole team. * Work self-directed: watch the ecosystem and the team's needs, spot gaps and propose and build what moves things forward. * Work with DevRel, Marketing and BD so what you build lands with users and developers and fits go-to-market. The team We are seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to serve as the strategic architect for the Ledger Consumer Ecosystem. In this senior role, you will bridge deep product marketing expertise with integrated campaign orchestration, positioning Ledger hardware ("Signers") and the Ledger Wallet app as one unified, secure trading solution. You are a cross-functional influencer and GTM architect. While dedicated channel owners (CRM, Performance, Social, Web) manage tactical delivery, your mandate is to define the target audience, build the value propositions, and orchestrate the cohesive frameworks and "strategic guardrails" that guide their efforts. You will apply operational rigor to ensure that GTM plans are executed flawlessly across the physical and digital ecosystem. Your mission Integrated Strategy & Product Positioning * Unified Narrative: Define core positioning, messaging frameworks, and user personas. What we’re looking for: * Experience: Strong experience in consumer product marketing or integrated marketing, with a proven track record in the crypto, digital assets industry, fintech or hardware with apps * GTM Architect: Proven ability to build overarching Go-to-Market strategies and integrated marketing plans from scratch. * Technical Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and digital asset management solutions. * Driver & Influencer: Highly skilled at leading by influence.
