WHAT YOU'LL DO: This role will lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of high-impact product features that drive value for our merchants and their customers. As a Product Manager, you will act as the bridge between business goals, technical constraints, and user needs, leading cross-functional teams to ship scalable solutions in a fast-paced startup environment. * Support Product Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to define the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that align with Extend’s mission to revolutionize the post-purchase experience. * Own Feature Outcomes: Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for specific features—from initial discovery and requirement gathering (PRDs) to launch and post-launch optimization. * Collaborative Execution: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and stakeholders to deliver persona-first, data-driven solutions while navigating technical trade-offs and business goals. * Decide with Data: Leverage user research, product analytics and A/B testing to iterate on features and advocate for the best user outcomes. * Accelerate with AI: Identify opportunities to integrate AI-assisted tools and workflows to enhance the merchant experience and automate internal processes. * Customer Advocacy: Actively engage with internal Customer Success teams to gather feedback, identify pain points, and translate them into actionable product requirements. * Refine the Roadmap: Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective meetings, providing clear direction and ensuring the team is focused on the highest-priority tasks. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: * Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in product management, with a track record of shipping successful B2B or consumer-facing software products. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience showing a strong grasp of product fundamentals. * Core Competency: We need a PM who is an execution powerhouse. North America is a versatile engineering professional who combines deep technical expertise in CBTC, other rail systems with strong project management and system integration capabilities. The Senior Project Engineer shall be experienced across all phases of the V-Cycle (per EN50126) including but not limited to system concept, system definition, system specification, risk management, requirements management, design management, interface management, verification, validation, testing, commissioning, and certification. The role shall support DB E.C.O. North America’s infrastructure group, while also supporting business development activities. ABOUT THE ROLE: We're looking for an Analytics Engineer to help ensure data integrity across Extend's financial and operational systems. This architecture powers reconciliation, audit readiness, and payment accuracy for the Servicers and Merchants we work with. This is a cross-functional role. You'll partner with Accounting, Operations, Reporting, and Engineering to align internal and external financial data, and build well-documented, reliable pipelines in Snowflake and dbt. It's a hands-on role anchored in SQL and analytics engineering, with real ownership over the reconciliation workflows you support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Data Pipeline Development. You build and maintain data pipelines in Snowflake and dbt to support reliable, auditable reconciliation between internal and external systems. Claim Reimbursement & Contract Sales Ownership. You own and improve the data workflows related to Claim Reimbursement and Contract Sales, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reconciliation with partners. Cross-Functional Partnership. You work closely with Accounting, Engineering, Operations, and Reporting to align and reconcile internal and external financial data, acting as a connective link between technical and non-technical teams. Data Quality & Audit Readiness. You ensure data integrity across systems and support internal and external audits through well-documented, traceable data practices. Integrations & APIs.
