We're looking for an Analytics Engineer to help ensure data integrity across Extend's financial and operational systems. This
architecture powers reconciliation, audit readiness, and payment accuracy for the Servicers and Merchants we work with. This is a
cross-functional role. You'll partner with Accounting, Operations, Reporting, and Engineering to align internal and external
financial data, and build well-documented, reliable pipelines in Snowflake and dbt. It's a hands-on role anchored in SQL and
analytics engineering, with real ownership over the reconciliation workflows you support.
Data Pipeline Development. You build and maintain data pipelines in Snowflake and dbt to support reliable, auditable
reconciliation between internal and external systems.
Claim Reimbursement & Contract Sales Ownership. You own and improve the data workflows related to Claim Reimbursement and Contract
Sales, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reconciliation with partners.
Cross-Functional Partnership. You work closely with Accounting, Engineering, Operations, and Reporting to align and reconcile
internal and external financial data, acting as a connective link between technical and non-technical teams.
Data Quality & Audit Readiness. You ensure data integrity across systems and support internal and external audits through
well-documented, traceable data practices.
Integrations & APIs. You use tools like Thunderclient and Postman to interface with production systems, and help enhance
integrations with Service Providers and Merchants to improve the timeliness and accuracy of claim expense reporting and payments.
Issue Investigation & Process Improvement. You identify, investigate, and fix data quality issues, recommending process
improvements to reduce errors and manual intervention, and help extend our data quality standards and operational analytics
practices.
Expected Pay Range: $138,750 - $161,250 per year salaried*

ABOUT THE ROLE: The Revenue Analytics team is focused on developing strategic recommendations grounded in data to scale, drive, and recover revenue. We are experts at synthesizing different contexts from Sales, Growth, Product, Engineering, and Risk to identify growth and expansion opportunities that directly drive the company’s bottom line. If you have a passion for breaking down complexity and ambiguity into quantifiable impact, you’ll thrive on our team. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: * Cross-functional Champion: Independently lead cross-functional teams through ambiguous questions to influence and implement revenue driving initiatives and recommendations. * Revenue Optimization: Own and identify innovative new strategies to maximize revenue and enhance client acquisition throughout the entire revenue waterfall. * Data-driven Insights: Lead the charge in improving our quantitative analysis techniques (simulation models, A/B testing, causal impact analysis, etc.) to better influence audiences on strategic direction, with opportunities to present these insights to leadership on a regular basis. * Data Infrastructure: Own, refine, and improve existing data pipelines to harness the power of data analytics, defining data structures, and leveraging advanced tracking methodologies to uncover revenue opportunities. * Role Model: Develop junior members of the team in terms of analytical thinking and excellence. * AI for Change: Leading the charge for how to embed AI into the Revenue Analytics workflow, raising the floor on what the team can produce. You'll have latitude to experiment and the expectation that you will. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: * 7+ years experience in data science and/or consulting with strong emphasis on breaking down ambiguous business problems into data driven impact. * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills who excels at sharing data insights to audiences of all backgrounds * Expert knowledge of SQL, Python, A/B testing, and Github * Excited and passionate about the new AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) and eager to learn how that can help improve our day-to-day efficiency * Intellectually curious, willing to think beyond just the revenue organization and prioritize what is best for the business holistically * Empathetic, humble, and collaborative team player * Advanced degree in data science, analytics, economics, statistics or similar quantitative field * Candidates must be located within the continental United States Expected Pay Range: $138,750 - $150,000 per year salaried* * The target base salary range for this position is listed above. WHAT YOU'LL DO: This role will lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of high-impact product features that drive value for our merchants and their customers. As a Product Manager, you will act as the bridge between business goals, technical constraints, and user needs, leading cross-functional teams to ship scalable solutions in a fast-paced startup environment. * Support Product Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to define the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that align with Extend’s mission to revolutionize the post-purchase experience. * Own Feature Outcomes: Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for specific features—from initial discovery and requirement gathering (PRDs) to launch and post-launch optimization. * Collaborative Execution: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and stakeholders to deliver persona-first, data-driven solutions while navigating technical trade-offs and business goals. * Decide with Data: Leverage user research, product analytics and A/B testing to iterate on features and advocate for the best user outcomes. * Accelerate with AI: Identify opportunities to integrate AI-assisted tools and workflows to enhance the merchant experience and automate internal processes. * Customer Advocacy: Actively engage with internal Customer Success teams to gather feedback, identify pain points, and translate them into actionable product requirements. * Refine the Roadmap: Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective meetings, providing clear direction and ensuring the team is focused on the highest-priority tasks. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: * Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in product management, with a track record of shipping successful B2B or consumer-facing software products. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience showing a strong grasp of product fundamentals. * Core Competency: We need a PM who is an execution powerhouse. You should demonstrate the ability to take complex, ambiguous problems and break them down into clear, executable steps for engineering and design teams. * Analytical Prowess: Strong proficiency in using data to tell a story. Enterprise Data Architecture & Execution * Execute Intradiem's enterprise data strategy and roadmap, ensuring data architecture supports AI transformation and advanced analytics capabilities. * Implement and maintain comprehensive data governance frameworks covering data quality, lineage, access controls, privacy, and regulatory compliance requirements. * Support defining enterprise data standards, cataloging, metadata management, and self-service analytics capabilities that democratize data access while maintaining security. * Partner with IT and Legal teams on data privacy frameworks, security architecture, and regulatory compliance. Business Intelligence & Analytics Execution * Support the buildout and maintenance of business intelligence solutions that drive data-driven decision making across all functions with production-grade reliability and monitoring. * Build automated reporting systems and KPI tracking mechanisms with real-time monitoring capabilities. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical data solutions and reporting frameworks. * Troubleshoot data quality issues and implement systematic solutions to ensure data integrity and reliability. * Serve as primary point of contact with our data infrastructure partners, managing relationships and technical requirements. AI-Ready Data Infrastructure * Lead and coordinate the transformation of enterprise data architecture to be AI-native, ensuring data is structured, accessible, and optimized, partnering with and enabling the AI Center of Excellence rather than executing in isolation. * Establish API frameworks and data integration patterns that enable real-time AI model access to enterprise data. * Create data sandboxes and experimentation environments for AI use case development and testing. * Build automated data quality monitoring and anomaly detection systems. SharePoint (Intraverse) Platform Ownership * Serve as primary administrator and strategic owner of Intradiem's complete SharePoint environment, including all sites, permissions, workflows, governance structures, and integration with enterprise systems. * Drive platform adoption through training programs, best practices documentation, user enablement initiatives, and content governance policies. * Optimize platform performance, implement security protocols, and ensure disaster recovery capabilities while managing information architecture that scales with organizational growth. Cross-Functional Partnership & Governance * Work closely with IT and Security teams on data architecture, access controls, and compliance monitoring. * Establish data stewardship programs and train business users on data literacy and responsible data usage. * Lead data governance committee and establish policies for data sharing, retention, and lifecycle management. * Conduct all business in accordance with Intradiem's policies and procedures. * Perform all other duties as assigned. Your Background: Technical Leadership * Bachelor's degree required. * 7+ years of experience in data management, business intelligence, or data architecture roles, preferably in SaaS/enterprise software environments. * Strong understanding of data modeling, warehousing concepts, and modern data architecture principles. * Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI and similar platforms) and partnering with external vendors. * Working knowledge of databases, data integration platforms, and enterprise system connectivity. AI & Data Architecture * Design enterprise AI governance frameworks and evaluate ML/AI platform integrations * Architect modern data pipelines and infrastructure to support AI initiatives * Lead cross-functional AI readiness assessments and capability development SharePoint Administration * Administer SharePoint Online environments, permissions, and business process workflows * Manage SharePoint integrations with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and coordinate updates * Provide SharePoint training, support, and governance, as needed, to users and site administrators Leadership & Communication * Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and executive-level communications. * Experience leading cross-functional data initiatives and driving organizational change around a data-driven culture. * Strong project management skills with the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution when needed.
