The Support Experience group develops and applies technology at all points of the user support journey to solve customer problems
at scale, keeping millions of businesses running and unlocking growth across Stripe’s product suite.
The rise of AI agents has fundamentally changed how users interact with Stripe, with a supermajority of conversations with Stripe
now occurring via AI across various surfaces including third-party platforms. These conversations now blend planning, building,
configuration, and troubleshooting.
As a Product Manager for Support Experience, you will be responsible for building the platform that enables Stripe’s user-facing
AI agent to solve problems across the Stripe product suite. You’ll develop rapid AI-powered feedback loops that enable product
teams across Stripe to continuously improve the conversational experience of their users and build the infrastructure to enable
powerful and flexible conversational experiences to run in diverse properties such as Stripe’s merchant dashboard, consumer apps,
and experiences mediated by third-party agents.

The CX Automation team within Coinbase's Enterprise Applications & Architecture (EAA) org engineers seamless, proactive, and intelligent customer experiences by maximizing automation to resolve service needs and optimizing human-assisted channels for high-value interactions. As a Staff Product Manager, you'll own product strategy and end-to-end delivery for the support surfaces through which the majority of Coinbase customer interactions take place. Your work will directly drive the team's goals to maximize automation rates while maintaining high customer satisfaction, shaping how millions of customers experience Coinbase support. What you'll do: * Own the product roadmap and end-to-end delivery for chat, voice, and proactive support surfaces, defining how automated and human-assisted interactions flow across channels to deliver a seamless experience for both customers and agents. * Drive automation rate and CSAT improvements by identifying the highest-impact opportunities to deflect contacts before they become issues, reach out to customers proactively, and optimize the handoff from automated to human-assisted resolution. * Build AI-integrated capabilities across support surfaces by partnering with the Intelligence team (ML/LLM) and 3P AI vendors to bring intelligent routing, AI-assisted responses, and automation workflows into chat and voice experiences. * Partner with Engineering, CX Operations, Data Science, and Compliance to ensure support surfaces built on Amazon Connect, Sprinklr, and internal platforms are reliable, scalable, and compliant across all operating jurisdictions. * Shape P&L impact through tooling optimization and deprecation, evaluating build-vs-buy tradeoffs and scoping the market for emerging CX technologies that accelerate automation goals. Required Skills and Experience: * 7+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated depth in both customer-facing product surfaces (front-end UX) and platform/systems work (back-end APIs, integrations, data flows) - not exclusively one or the other. * Experience building or scaling AI-powered customer support products, including automation workflows, intelligent routing, chatbots, or LLM-based assistants across chat, voice, or self-service channels. * Track record of defining and tracking success metrics across complex funnels (automation rate, CSAT, deflection rate, resolution time) and using data to drive prioritization decisions. * Experience partnering across multiple product groups and stakeholders without owning end-to-end UX, with proven ability to influence outcomes and align priorities in a matrixed environment. * Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality. As a Technical Product Manager, you will work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and technical field organizations to ensure the features we design and ship deliver outstanding user experiences. Depending on your background, you will focus on one of two critical product areas: OLTP DATABASES You will help shape our transactional database capabilities to meet the performance, reliability, and scalability requirements of modern applications and AI agents. DATA GOVERNANCE You will help ensure data assets are governed effectively, enabling controlled access, compliance, and visibility across the organization. This includes enabling governed access for AI-driven use cases (e.g. agent-based access via MCP or similar technologies). This role requires you to deeply understand both functional and non-functional requirements, such as performance, scalability, security, and compliance and how customers meet these requirements today. You will evaluate how these workloads are implemented on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform and identify opportunities to improve the product experience. You will act as a bridge between technical field teams and product and engineering. Insights from customer PoCs, benchmarks, and real-world implementations will directly inform product decisions. You will also help ensure that product improvements are clearly communicated back to the field.
