I rollen som Delivery Manager for Customer Solution (CS) & Corrective Maintenance (CM) har du en central position i arbetet med att säkerställa kvalitet, styrning och effektiva leveranser inom våra mobila kundlösningar och tekniska förvaltning. Du fungerar som länken mellan teknik, affär, leverantörer och interna intressenter, med ansvar för att skapa struktur, driva förbättringar och säkerställa att våra leveranser håller hög kvalitet.
Du kommer att tillhöra Networks Operations, där vi ansvarar för att våra nätlösningar och tjänster levereras med hög tillgänglighet, kvalitet och kundfokus. Rollen är viktig för Telenor eftersom den bidrar till stabila nätlösningar, effektiva processer och en kundupplevelse som skapar ett tryggt och bekymmersfritt digitalt liv för våra kunder.
Exempel på arbetsuppgifter
Ansvara för operativ hantering och koordinering av ärenden av mobila kundlösningar (CS).
Hantera operatörsförfrågningar, repeaterärenden och avtalsrelaterade frågor.
Ansvara för styrning, uppföljning och vidareutveckling av CM ur ett governance-, kvalitet-, kostnads- och samverkansperspektiv
Följa upp SLA och OLA, kvalitetssäkra leveranser samt driva förbättringsinitiativ inom CM.
Vara kontaktperson och eskaleringspunkt gentemot interna och externa samarbetspartners.
Utveckla rapportering, analys och arbetssätt för ökad kvalitet, effektivitet och datakvalitet.

Erfarenhet av koordinering, leveransstyrning eller förvaltning inom telekom, nätverk eller tekniska infrastrukturtjänster.
God teknisk förståelse för mobilnät och telekomlösningar.
Erfarenhet av att arbeta med flera intressenter, leverantörer och interna samarbetspartners.
God analytisk förmåga samt vana att arbeta strukturerat med uppföljning och kvalitetssäkring.
Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.
Erfarenhet av mobila kundlösningar (CS), mobilnätsinfrastruktur eller felhantering i fält (CM).
Erfarenhet av ekonomisk uppföljning, prognoser och fakturahantering.
Kunskap i något eller flera av system såsom Oracle, Scrive, Remedy och Coupa.
Erfarenhet av arbete med SLA/OLA-styrning och förbättringsarbete.
