Nu söker vi en junior rekryterare som vill kombinera rekrytering, kandidatdialog och employer branding med möjligheten att påverka hur vi attraherar framtidens seniora arbetskraft. Du kommer arbeta med volymrekrytering mot våra kontor i Sverige och aktivt söka upp nya vägar för att nå och attrahera seniorer och pensionärer till Veterankraft. Det här är en roll för dig som trivs med att ta egna initiativ, är framåtdrivande och vågar testa nya vägar för att nå rätt människor.
Som junior rekryterare på Veterankraft är du navet i vår veteranrekrytering. Du arbetar med volymrekrytering för våra kontor i Sverige och ansvarar för att kontinuerligt fylla vår pool med nya Veteraner. Du ansvarar för att driva rekryteringsprocesserna framåt, tillsätta nya veteraner utifrån kontorens behov och ansvarar för all kommunikation med kandidater längs vägen. Du får en central roll i att säkerställa att rekryteringsprocessen håller tempot och att Veteranerna finns där när verksamheten behöver dem.
Utöver det operativa rekryteringsarbetet kommer du arbeta aktivt med employer branding och att attrahera nya Veteraner. Det innebär att exempelvis att bygga nya samarbeten med organisationer, företag och föreningar där seniorer finns samt att hitta nya kreativa sätt att nå vår målgrupp. Med det kan vissa resor tillkomma där du kan behöver besöka våra lokalkontor eller andra parter för att ingå samarbeten.
Skriva och publicera annonser för att attrahera nya Veteraner
Screena ansökningar och genomföra telefonintervjuer
Boka kandidater vidare i processen och upprätthålla ordning och struktur längs vägen
Ha löpande dialog med kontoren runt om i Sverige för att säkerställa behov och leverans
Driva employer branding och aktivt hitta nya vägar och arbetssätt för att nå och attrahera seniorer och pensionärer
Söka upp och etablera nya samarbeten med föreningar och organisationer som når vår målgrupp
Du utgår från vårt huvudkontor i centrala Stockholm och arbetstiderna är måndag - fredag 8.00-17.00.
Vem vi söker
Vi tror att du har erfarenhet av rekrytering och att ha drivit rekryteringsprocesser självständigt. Du är en person som genuint gillar att prata med människor och som snabbt bygger långsiktiga relationer och förtroende. Du är lösningsorienterad och ser möjligheter snarare än hinder. Du är nyfiken, tar initiativ och lär dig gärna nytt. Vi tror att du:
Har 1-2 års erfarenhet av rekrytering
Har akademisk examen inom HR, personalvetenskap eller motsvarande
Kan enkelt hålla många rekryteringsprocesser igång samtidigt
Är van vid att jobba operativt, ha många bollar i luften och trivs i en dynamisk miljö
Tar ansvar, är effektiv och prioriterar saker i rätt ordning
Är målinriktad och tycker om att arbeta mot uppsatta mål
Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska i tal och skrift
