OVERVIEW: We’re looking for motivated students and engineers eager to put their university knowledge into practice—bridging the gap between academic theory and hands-on, solution-driven work. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design and develop robotic cells * Build prototypes and test rigs for robotic peripherals (e.g., innovative vacuum grippers) * Plan and run experimental trials * Contribute to project planning and execution QUALIFICATIONS: MUST HAVE: * Excellent CAD skills, demonstrated through portfolio projects you can present * OR Outstanding academic record—minimum GPA of 1.7 or better on the German scale—in an engineering program at a reputable university * Strong analytical thinking * Solid grasp of technical interrelationships * Familiarity with machine design and control engineering OUR INTERVIEW PLAN: * Application * Take‑home assignment: You’ll complete a short, role‑relevant task with clear instructions and a deadline. * Cultural fit interview (40 min): A conversation about how you work, what motivates you, and what you’re looking for. OVERVIEW We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Intern (m/f/d) to support our sales and go-to-market team. This internship is ideal for students or early-stage professionals who are passionate about leveraging data to drive decision-making in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment. This role is highly operational and impact-driven: You will work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations to uncover trends, optimize CRM systems, and contribute to impactful initiatives that improve sales efficiency and effectiveness. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Clean and standardize CRM records * Support Reporting for C-Level executives * Improve data structure and maintain hygiene * Support ongoing CRM maintenance so reporting and sales execution stays reliable * Research and prepare outbound initiatives for target accounts * Create and maintain offer/proposal templates * Build a presentation library (deck modules, reusable slides, versioning/structure) * Organize case studies and documentation so sales and marketing can find and reuse content quickly * Support ad-hoc operational tasks that unblock the team and improve execution speed QUALIFICATIONS * Ongoing studies in Business, Economics, Data/Analytics, Marketing Ops, or related fields (or comparable early-stage experience) * Very strong attention to detail and willingness to do structured operational work * Confident with Excel/Google Sheets; interest in CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus) * Able to research quickly and summarize clearly (stakeholders, pains, context) * Organized working style; you enjoy creating order, templates, and reusable structures * Proactive mindset: you spot gaps, propose improvements, and follow through OUR INTERVIEW PLAN * Application * Take‑home assignment: You’ll complete a short, role‑relevant task with clear instructions and a deadline. * Cultural fit interview (40 min): A conversation about how you work, what motivates you, and what you’re looking for. OVERVIEW: We are seeking a highly motivated Research Intern to contribute to our work on task decomposition and multimodal fusion for imitation learning in robotic manipulation. This internship is ideal for students or early-stage researchers passionate about applying machine learning, computer vision, and robotics to real-world industrial automation challenges. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop and evaluate task decomposition methods for complex robotic manipulation tasks. * Investigate multimodal sensor fusion (e.g., vision, force, tactile) techniques to improve policy learning. * Implement and benchmark imitation learning pipelines using both simulated and real-world robotic setups. * Collaborate with our engineering team to transfer research outcomes to prototype systems. * Document and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS: MUST HAVE: * Enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program in Robotics, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 1.7 (German scale). * OR GitHub repository with at least 5 stars OTHER REQUIREMENTS: * Familiarity with reinforcement learning, imitation learning, or behavior cloning methods. * Hands-on experience with robotic platforms or simulation environments (e.g., PyBullet, Isaac Gym). * Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow is a plus. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
