I rollen som Project Finance & Transaction Associate kommer du att arbeta tillsammans med Head of Project & Investment Finance med
Rollen innebär att du arbetar brett och verksamhetsnära med att ta fram, samordna och kvalitetssäkra underlag, analyser och
beslutsmaterial. Du kommer även att vara delaktig i frågor kopplade till BRF-affären, affärsmodeller och projektens finansiella
struktur.
I denna roll får du möjlighet att arbeta tillsammans med erfarna kollegor inom Ekonomi, Business Control, Legal och
affärsutveckling i ett globalt företag inom fastighetsbranschen.
Du kommer att bidra i både dagliga och mer långsiktiga frågor för att säkerställa att affärer och projekt har en tydlig finansiell
struktur och skapar långsiktigt värde för Bonava Sverige.

Din bakgrund
Vi ser att du är civilekonom eller motsvarande akademisk examen. Det är önskvärt med erfarenhet från fastighetsbolag,
revisionsbakgrund eller liknande controllerbakgrund. Du har förståelse för redovisning och controllerarbete.
För att trivas i rollen bör du vara nyfiken, noggrann, analytisk och ha en god samarbetsförmåga. Du är kommunikativ, strukturerad
och har lätt för att bygga både interna och externa relationer. Du har en god kommunikativ förmåga och kan på ett tydligt och
förtroendeingivande sätt förklara komplexa frågor för olika målgrupper. Du trivs i affärsnära sammanhang, gillar att vara med där
det händer och har ett naturligt sätt att nätverka och skapa förtroendefulla relationer. Du är trygg i att arbeta nära affären,
kan hantera flera parallella frågor och har hög integritet. Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i både tal och skrift, är en
förutsättning.

Responsibilities: Support in the provision of legal advice: * Provide transactional support to Alcazar Energy in deal execution, including drafting/reviewing documents, preparing legal documentation throughout the investment lifecycle, supporting negotiations, providing support on legal aspects related to transaction structuring, ETC * Support the provision of legal, regulatory and corporate governance advice and direction to facilitate the making of informed decisions while managing key legal and regulatory risks. * Provide awareness and answer basic queries in relation to standard legal documentation/templates. Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements and contracts: * Review and negotiate standard legal related documentations and contracts, and assess legal and regulatory risks in business operations, with guidance from senior team members. * Assist in identifying and assessing legal and commercial risks of transactions and developing action plans and basic solutions for identified deficiencies. * Provide legal advice to Alcazar Energy corporate and to business teams: * Provide sound commercial legal and regulatory advice to Alcazar Energy, and its assets and subsidiaries, as required, ensuring compliance with the defined legal framework and protecting the company’s legal interests. * Partner with transaction teams throughout the transaction execution process through conducting pre-contract risk assessment, transaction and project structuring and execution and post completion management, to cater to the business function’s needs and protect its interests at appropriate risk levels. * Support Corporate workstreams: * Company secretarial administration, board packs, resolutions, POAs, corporate registers, KYC requests, statutory filings and liaison with corporate service providers. * Origination of Investment: * Provide legal support on acquisitions and investment transactions, including management of legal due diligence, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, coordination of local counsel, preparation of signing and closing deliverables, management of conditions precedent, execution planning and support with transaction structuring. Support Project Finance workstreams: * Lead the day-to-day legal support for development and execution projects, including drafting and negotiation of project agreements, management of local counsel, permitting support, land and transmission agreements, procurement documentation and legal support throughout project execution. Support Project Delivery & Operations: * Provide legal support to the Delivery & Operations team on contractual and commercial legal matters, including review and negotiation of service agreements and ancillary contracts, legal support during the negotiation and execution of key project agreements, contractual interpretation, legal conditions precedent, coordination with external counsel and day-to-day legal advice throughout project execution and operations. Support Fund operations: * Provide legal support on acquisitions, disposals and internal portfolio transactions, including transaction structuring, coordination with tax, finance and external counsel, drafting and negotiation of transaction documentation, incorporation and ongoing corporate management of project companies, management of signing and closing workstreams, and ongoing legal support for portfolio companies.
