各部門やサプライヤーとの連携を通じて、House全体の円滑なオペレーションを支え、適切な在庫管理と食品安全基準の維持に貢献する重要な役割を担います。
The Purchasing Assistant supports the day-to-day procurement and receiving operations across the House. This role is responsible
for assisting with purchasing administration, goods receiving, inventory coordination, vendor communication, and maintaining
accurate records within the purchasing system. The position plays a key role in supporting smooth operational flow while ensuring
accuracy, organization, and compliance with food safety and company standards.

The Role… Reporting to the Junior Buyer and Product Developer, the Buying Admin Assistant will play a key supporting role in the purchasing and product development strategy for Soho Home, bringing bespoke products to the retail marketplace. As Buying Admin Assistant for Soho Home, you will support the team to optimize all key functions across the buying and product development department, to ensure each brief is executed to a high standard and hits all KPI’s. Main Duties… * Provide administrative support to the Buying & Product Development department * Manage all administrative tasks along the critical path and product lifecycle * Maintain an awareness of the development critical path, supporting the team to ensure key calendar milestone are always met * Ensure key product information across all internal platforms is up to date and accurate * Update and maintain the seasonal development tracker, ensuring all key data throughout development is input * Support in the department trade preparation * Assist in compiling competitive analysis reports and other preparations required for seasonal sign-off meetings * Assist in all preparations required for prototype and finalisation meetings – Presentation boards, range management documents, and physical set up of the showroom space. Oversee all logistical elements to ensure samples are on time and in place for key meetings. * Take responsibility of all sample requests and shipments in line with department demands, liaising with suppliers as required * Manage samples across all sites (office, warehouse, showroom). Main Duties and Responsibilities.. * Work hand in hand with Club Manager * Promote Soho House and its concept, whilst achieving the highest member and guest satisfaction * Be visible on the floor and engaging with the members gaining feedback and noting any comments through the reporting channels and directly to the kitchen and front of house team * Ensuring that members and guests have a great experience and resolving any issues before they depart * Provide support directly to the team on the floor including (but not limited to) * Leading by example with a hands-on approach, setting an energetic pace and standards * Daily assignments of responsibilities to all the team * Organization and control of mise en place * Daily staff briefings including comprehensive information on members and guests and any other relevant information * Showing leadership thorough thoughtful decision making * Ensuring the team are handling and reporting any negative feedback to allow it to be addressed immediately * Taking immediate corrective action when any incidents occur * Ordering and purchasing of products for the Club * Manage and operate the POS system and ensure all items are updated as necessary * Contact person for all staff for any requests and problems and being responsible and pro-active in problem solving * To ensure that the club team is appropriately groomed and wearing the correct uniform in accordance with site and company standards * Ensure the menus are updated monthly and are correct at time of printing, adhere to GM’s and Club Manager deadlines for menu printing * Coordinate tasks and work with other departments to ensure that the department runs efficiently * Print, organize, and separate various necessary documents, summarize relevant information, and distribute information to appropriate employees * Ensure employee compliance with company standards and policies and external regulations * Ensure that hourly employees are trained on company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects of the job * Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate quality standards * Maintain the highest level of appearance at all times P&D Responsibilities.. * Prepare and monitor rotas for the club staff and reduce unnecessary overtime – work efficiently * Manage the Annual leave responsibly ensuring that employees take their entitlement within the year * Ensure working hours are logged (daily/weekly) for accurate payroll purposes for all departments you are responsible for * Identify recruitment needs in line with company and statutory requirements and in partnership with P&D, recruit a team that meet and exceed customer service standards * Communicate via regular team meetings, one to one job chats and training sessions * Carry out regular performance reviews, provide feedback and coaching to direct reports as per the P&D guidelines - adhering to deadlines * Deal with poor performance through job chats and where necessary, facilitate disciplinary processes according to Soho House procedures * Participate and lead internal trainings and attend external trainings where necessary * Train and develop the team to deliver to Soho standards and exceed customer’s expectations * Produce an in-depth training plan for your department to drive sales and profits;
