What you will do In this high-impact role, you will combine technical expertise and sales leadership to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and represent our technology to the leading engineering companies in Japan. We are seeking a seasoned sales leader with a solid engineering foundation who will identify, develop, and execute strategies to capture new business opportunities in Japan while strengthening relationships with existing customers. The Role We’re looking to make a founding hire into our Relationship Management team to lead our expansion into Japan. THE ROLE The Marketing Manager role in Japan is a key position, primarily responsible for B2C marketing execution across our websites. You will focus on utilizing key marketing channels effectively and efficiently to drive ticket sales, while also supporting consumer and client brand awareness. Working closely with the global marketing team and local stakeholders, you will monitor and update front-facing promotional areas and support B2B communications as needed. You are highly organized and accustomed to working in a fast-paced team environment. You have a keen eye for detail and can work with speed and accuracy. Your presentation skills are excellent, and you have a good command of English and Japanese. You are proficient in photo editing, can multi-task effortlessly, and remain positive and calm under pressure. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Email marketing rollout for all weekly B2C campaigns – including newsletters, solus mails and ad-hoc campaigns. Work at getting the best out of the Salesforce email tool * Push engaging content across our social media channels – keeping the artist & AXS brands in mind * Supporting B2B business development and branding with communication and campaign support * Work on regular competitor analysis and feedback. * Paid social media and Google Ad word campaigns * Using analytical tools, build weekly and monthly reports on Looker for Senior Management, feeding back results and improvement plans. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support marketing across AXS.com, including ability to edit images, text and links. * Collaboration with the Client Services Team to ensure processes are maintained and to continuously work on improvements. * Ensure that AXS.com copy meets SEO requirements. Ensure that copy on each page is edited to be concise, refreshed and focused on key work search improvement. * Work closely with the venues and promoters ticketing teams to ensure that processes are maintained and reviewed regularly to improve usability.
