Responsibilities: • Cross-Platform Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies that highlight the benefits of emerging markets renewable energy and Alcazar’s energy platform, supported by in-depth market research, trend analysis, and content creation. Deliver commentaries and short-form content across multiple channels, including conferences, presentations, and digital platforms. • Content Creation: Write and manage the production of materials from concept to completion across diverse formats—white papers, articles, videos, podcasts, and social media. Ensuring consistency in messaging, voice, and editorial quality. • Public Relations and Media Strategy: Develop and execute a proactive PR strategy that enhances Alcazar's reputation in the private equity and renewable energy sectors. Cultivate relationships with key media outlets, industry influencers, and thought leaders to secure coverage and position Alcazar as a leader in sustainable infrastructure investment. Manage crisis communication and respond to media inquiries as needed. • Rebranding and Marketing Initiatives: Lead Alcazar Energy’s rebranding efforts, including the development of a refreshed brand identity that aligns with our strategic vision. Oversee marketing initiatives designed to elevate Alcazar's reputation within the renewable energy space, targeting key investor audiences and developers with bespoke content and branding efforts. • Private Equity/renewable energy Marketing: Create compelling marketing collateral that articulates Alcazar’s unique selling points in sustainable infrastructure to the private equity and investment community. This includes materials for investor presentations, offering documents, and updates on fund performance, as well as ESG and sustainability initiatives. • Industry Analysis: Monitor and synthesise key trends in renewable energy, sustainable infrastructure, and private equity, particularly in emerging markets, for use in Alcazar’s communication channels and investor outreach. • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Senior Leadership, investment professionals, and internal teams to align marketing efforts with broader business strategies. Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and media outlets where necessary. • Metrics and Reporting: Produce regular metrics reports that track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communication efforts, with a focus on investor engagement, and brand visibility. Relationship Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders (Senior Leadership, investment professionals) and external stakeholders (investors, developers, media, and agencies). Qualifications and Skills: • 10+ years of PR/marketing and communications experience within asset management or private equity, with a focus on renewable energy or infrastructure, with proven content creation, project management, and strategic positioning capabilities. • Marketing degree preferred; CFA or equivalent certifications advantageous. • Expertise in infrastructure or renewable energy investment management products and services, ideally across multiple distribution channels. A strong interest or experience in ESG and emerging markets is highly desirable. • Strong multitasking abilities and comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. About the role We're looking for a highly motivated, experienced and self-starter Account Executive who is passionate about voice technology and how it is transforming the public sector in the Middle East region. We don't just sell a product or custom-level solutions; we partner with governments and public sector entities to help them deliver new citizen and resident experiences, national AI initiatives, and voice services at scale with our breakthrough voice technology. Responsibilities: Support in the provision of legal advice: * Provide transactional support to Alcazar Energy in deal execution, including drafting/reviewing documents, preparing legal documentation throughout the investment lifecycle, supporting negotiations, providing support on legal aspects related to transaction structuring, ETC * Support the provision of legal, regulatory and corporate governance advice and direction to facilitate the making of informed decisions while managing key legal and regulatory risks. * Provide awareness and answer basic queries in relation to standard legal documentation/templates. Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements and contracts: * Review and negotiate standard legal related documentations and contracts, and assess legal and regulatory risks in business operations, with guidance from senior team members. * Assist in identifying and assessing legal and commercial risks of transactions and developing action plans and basic solutions for identified deficiencies. * Provide legal advice to Alcazar Energy corporate and to business teams: * Provide sound commercial legal and regulatory advice to Alcazar Energy, and its assets and subsidiaries, as required, ensuring compliance with the defined legal framework and protecting the company’s legal interests. * Partner with transaction teams throughout the transaction execution process through conducting pre-contract risk assessment, transaction and project structuring and execution and post completion management, to cater to the business function’s needs and protect its interests at appropriate risk levels. * Support Corporate workstreams: * Company secretarial administration, board packs, resolutions, POAs, corporate registers, KYC requests, statutory filings and liaison with corporate service providers. * Origination of Investment: * Provide legal support on acquisitions and investment transactions, including management of legal due diligence, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, coordination of local counsel, preparation of signing and closing deliverables, management of conditions precedent, execution planning and support with transaction structuring. Support Project Finance workstreams: * Lead the day-to-day legal support for development and execution projects, including drafting and negotiation of project agreements, management of local counsel, permitting support, land and transmission agreements, procurement documentation and legal support throughout project execution. Support Project Delivery & Operations: * Provide legal support to the Delivery & Operations team on contractual and commercial legal matters, including review and negotiation of service agreements and ancillary contracts, legal support during the negotiation and execution of key project agreements, contractual interpretation, legal conditions precedent, coordination with external counsel and day-to-day legal advice throughout project execution and operations. Support Fund operations: * Provide legal support on acquisitions, disposals and internal portfolio transactions, including transaction structuring, coordination with tax, finance and external counsel, drafting and negotiation of transaction documentation, incorporation and ongoing corporate management of project companies, management of signing and closing workstreams, and ongoing legal support for portfolio companies. Address legal and other related risks: * Identify and assess legal, regulatory and commercial risks, and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimise exposure to uncontrolled risk. * Provide expert advice on drafting and negotiating agreements and contracts: * Provide advice on drafting contracts and increasing awareness of the application of laws and regulations to support securing beneficial and commercially advantageous opportunities. * Develop, review and/or negotiate agreements, contracts and relevant legal documentation for the business function, its subsidiaries and assets, as applicable. * Counsel management on the interpretation and application of contractual provisions to implement legal contracts. Support with litigations and business advice: * Assist in the preparation of litigation or court proceedings where necessary. * Participate in internal and external meetings, as required, to discuss the legal aspects of the business function operations. * Engage proactively with the assigned business function to gather information, understand needs, and set expectations. * Assist external counsel: * Assist in managing and monitoring activities performed by external legal counsel and reviewing output.
