What do we do?
Paddle offers digital product companies a completely different approach to their payment infrastructure. Instead of assembling and
maintaining a complex stack of payments-related apps and services, we’re a Merchant of Record for our customers. That means we
take away 100% of the pain of payment fragmentation. It’s faster, safer, cheaper, and, above all, way better.
We’re backed by investors including KKR, FTV Capital, Kindred, Notion, and 83North and serve over 6000 software sellers in 245
territories globally.
As a Staff Insights Analyst, you'll be a senior individual contributor at the heart of Paddle's decision-making. You'll own the
end-to-end process of turning complex, cross-functional data into clear commercial recommendations that shape how we grow. Working
across product, sales, marketing, and finance, you'll uncover the root causes of business challenges, model the financial impact
of potential actions, and present your findings directly to senior leadership, including the exec team.
This is a high-autonomy role for someone who thinks like an owner, is comfortable with ambiguity, and can move fluidly between
rigorous quantitative analysis and compelling narrative.

celebrate that every Paddler is unique and we welcome every individual perspective. As an inclusive employer we don’t care if, or
where, you studied, what you look like or where you’re from. We’re more interested in your craft, curiosity, passion for learning
and what you’ll add to our culture. We encourage you to apply even if you don’t match every part of the job ad, especially if
you’re part of an underrepresented group.
Please let us know if there’s anything we can do to better support you through the application process and in the workplace. We
will do everything we can to support any accommodations needed. We’re committed to building a diverse team where everyone feels
safe to be their authentic self. Let’s grow together.

Plain is redefining customer support for the next generation of B2B companies. We’re building the fastest, most powerful platform to help companies move beyond reactive support and build true customer relationships. Some of the world’s most forward-thinking companies - like Cursor, Raycast, and Granola - trust Plain to unify all customer interactions, enable faster team collaboration, and supercharge their workflows with AI. B2B customer support is undergoing a seismic shift. AI is transforming the way companies engage with customers, shifting support from a siloed function to a company-wide effort across Slack, Discord, and any other channel you talk to customers in. The old way - slow, manual, and disconnected - no longer works. We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and help us define the next phase of support tooling. WHAT YOU'LL DO Design at Plain is about a lot more than pushing pixels in Figma, it’s about defining what support tooling should be. You’ll own problems end to end – from talking to customers, and coming up with new ideas all the way to tweaking animation easing curves in the front end. You will: * Work on everything from early feature ideation, designing, and shipping a feature through to building and launching a landing page to announce it to the world. * Work closely with the entire team, as well as our customers – in sketches and prototypes, Figma mocks and PRs on Github. You’ll get into the weeds and measure your designs on what is shipped, not what’s in Figma. * Help set the roadmap and priorities with the rest of the team. You’ll be the wide-angle lens of the team, interpreting customer feedback and your own experiences and gut and translating this into a coherent product vision. * You will define the design system that powers Plain. From iconography to colors and design tokens and components, you will make sure that Plain’s UI is built as a cohesive system. * You will iterate and work on design in the open and create a culture where anyone feels comfortable pitching product and UI ideas. This is a role for a senior or staff-level product designer. You should have a proven track record working for product-led companies, ideally in B2B SaaS, be as excited about UI details as you are about customer conversations, and be driven by impact above all. THIS IS A GREAT FIT IF YOU… * Feel comfortable taking ownership in ambiguity. You should be happy with a bit of chaos and adrenaline that comes from being in a fast-moving product team. * Want to be involved in every aspect of a new feature from planning and scoping right through to designing, building and sharing the story behind the work as it launches. * Love working on intricate, complex UI and sweating the details. * Are comfortable with HTML, CSS, and React. We don’t expect you to be an expert, but you should see code as a tool in your toolkit, feel comfortable opening PRs, and be able to work in close collaboration with engineers * Prefer working in the open and default to sharing early and often. You seek input from the team vs iterating on your own and presenting only your final design. THIS WON'T BE THE RIGHT ROLE IF YOU… * Are uncomfortable with ambiguity. We have some really exciting traction but are still at an early stage and are constantly learning and trying new things as our company grows. * Are looking to manage others. We're firmly looking for someone who, for now, wants to be an individual contributor. * Want a pure design role - you’ll be wearing many hats and get involved in all aspects of building a product and company. * Want a traditional product team set up, with a predictable roadmap, clearly scoped out tickets, a PM, and so forth * Expect all the perks of a big company. We’re a Series A startup and are competitive in what we offer at our stage, but it’s a different role and opportunity than working at an established tech company.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? Ready to make a serious impact? Millions of people already rely on Calendly, and we’re still in the midst of exciting product growth — it’s a fantastic time to join us. Everything you’ll work on here will accelerate your career to the next level. If you want to learn, grow, and do the best work of your life alongside the best people you’ve ever worked with, then we hope you’ll consider allowing Calendly to be a part of your professional journey. A DAY IN THE LIFE You’ll report to the Director of Analytics and serve as the connective tissue across Calendly’s Analytics organization. Our teams generate valuable insights across Product Analytics, Reporting Analytics, Marketing Analytics, and Data Science. But insights only create value when they influence decisions. This role exists to bridge the gap between analytical output and business action. You’ll partner closely with analysts, analytics leaders, and business stakeholders to understand the underlying drivers behind findings, connect patterns that may not be visible within a single team or analysis, and identify the most important implications for the business. You’ll help determine what matters, why it matters, and what actions leaders should consider as a result. You are not responsible for conducting analyses yourself. Instead, you’ll synthesize findings across the organization, connect them to broader business strategy and performance, and ensure they are communicated in ways that drive understanding, alignment, and action. This is not a reporting or dashboarding role. It is a strategic synthesis, storytelling, and influence role focused on increasing the visibility, usability, and business impact of Calendly’s analytics investments. ON A TYPICAL DAY, YOU’LL: * Partner with Analytics teams and business leaders to understand emerging trends, identify the most important business implications, and shape narratives around high-impact findings. * Synthesize insights across Product Analytics, Reporting Analytics, Marketing Analytics, and Data Science, connecting findings to broader business strategy, customer behavior, product performance, and company goals. * Create executive-ready communications including decision briefs, presentations, strategic memos, planning materials, and leadership updates. * Curate and maintain recurring insight communications, including weekly and monthly business reviews, executive summaries, and stakeholder updates. * Ensure critical insights reach the right audiences—from the board and executive team to functional leaders and the broader organization—in formats that drive alignment and decision-making. * Develop foundational materials that improve organizational understanding of key business drivers, metrics, customer behaviors, and strategic priorities. * Establish standards and best practices for analytics storytelling, insight packaging, discoverability, and communication quality across the Analytics organization. * Help Analytics teams leverage AI and emerging tools to scale communications while maintaining editorial quality and analytical rigor. WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? BASIC QUALIFICATIONS * 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, analytics enablement, product operations, research synthesis, or similar roles that translate complex information into business decisions. * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts without losing nuance and adapt messaging for audiences ranging from individual contributors to executive leadership. * Strong business acumen and analytical curiosity, with the ability to engage deeply with analytical findings, identify the most important insights, and connect them to broader company strategy, customer behavior, and business performance. * Demonstrated experience creating executive-level narratives, recommendations, and decision-support materials from analytical, technical, or operational inputs. * Experience working cross-functionally with analytics, product, GTM, finance, operations, and executive stakeholders. * Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders. * High degree of ownership and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience in management consulting, business strategy, chief of staff, business operations, analytics leadership, or similar strategic roles. * Experience supporting executive leadership teams, strategic planning processes, board reviews, or company-level business reviews. * Familiarity with analytics workflows, experimentation, metrics, forecasting, and data-informed decision-making environments. * Track record of increasing the visibility, adoption, and business impact of analytical work across multiple functions. * Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and knowledge management, including appropriate use cases and quality controls. This role may require occasional travel for company events, team collaboration, or offsites. Tier 1 Salary Hiring Range $173,027—$203,561 USD Tier 2 Salary Hiring Range $158,608—$186,597 USD Tier 3 Salary Hiring Range $144,189—$169,634 USD The ranges listed above are the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change. Calendly takes a number of factors into consideration when determining an employee’s starting salary, including relevant experience, relevant skills sets, interview performance, location/metropolitan area, and internal pay equity. Base salary is just one component of Calendly’s total rewards package. All full-time (30 hours/week) employees are also eligible for our Top Performer Bonus program (or Sales incentive), equity awards, and competitive benefits. IN ART WE TRUST Moco isn’t like any other museum. We started in Amsterdam, expanded to Barcelona, and after receiving +5 million visitors are now shaking things up in London. Our goal? To make art, fun, bold, and for everyone. At Moco, we showcase work by icons like Basquiat, Warhol, Kusama and street legends like Banksy, whose art challenges power and speaks to the people. We celebrate the voices that are not always found in traditional museums, from the streets to the digital world and beyond. Our spaces are filled with immersive art, powerful messages and a playful spirit. We believe in breaking the rules, thinking differently, and making art that connects with real life. Our team is made up of curious, passionate people who love creativity, community, and doing things with heart. You don’t need to be an art expert, just open-minded, energetic, and ready to be part of something exciting. THIS IS YOU We are looking for a sharp, curious Marketing Data & Insights Analyst to join our performance marketing team in Amsterdam. You will be the person in the team who lives in the data every day — across paid media, creative, CRM, conversion, and the visitor experience — turning numbers into decisions. Where the rest of the team is focused on running campaigns and channels, you focus on what the data is telling us across all of them, and make sure those insights actually change what we do next. You’ll work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing and the wider marketing team across Amsterdam, Barcelona and London, and will be the go-to person whenever someone asks “what does the data say?” This role is ideal for someone with a genuine love of digging into numbers, spotting patterns, and translating them into clear, actionable recommendations — not just building reports, but driving the conversations that follow them. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Performance Marketing Analysis * monitor performance across Meta, Google, TikTok and affiliate channels, identifying what’s working, what isn’t, and why. * track channel mix efficiency and spend allocation, surfacing where budget should shift. * build and maintain dashboards that give the team a daily, reliable view of performance across markets. Creative Insights * analyse creative performance across formats, hooks and messaging to identify what drives results. * turn creative learnings into a living set of best practices for the content and design teams. Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) * own the A/B testing roadmap for landing pages, the website and the ticketing funnel. * design, run and read out tests, working with the development team to implement winning variants. * identify friction points in the customer journey from ad click to completed booking. Attribution & Channel Mix * track attribution trends across channels and flag shifts early (e.g. organic search decline, paid efficiency changes). * provide recommendations on how the channel mix should evolve based on performance and attribution data. Visitor & Customer Insights * analyse visitor survey data (discovery channels, favourite artists, satisfaction) across locations. * identify trends and differences between Amsterdam, Barcelona and London, and translate them into recommendations. Forecasting, Reporting & Tooling * support visitor and ticket sales forecasting, and benchmark performance across locations. * analyse promotion, discount code and partner channel performance. * maintain and improve the analytics stack (GA4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Klaviyo, ticketing data) and own a single source of truth for reporting. REQUIREMENTS * 2–5 years of experience in a marketing analytics, performance marketing, CRO or data analyst role. * strong hands-on experience with GA4, and comfortable working in Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager and similar platforms. * experience designing and running A/B tests; familiarity with CRO/testing tools is a plus. * strong Excel/Sheets skills; experience with a BI or dashboarding tool (e.g. Looker Studio) is a plus. * comfortable working with CRM data (Klaviyo or similar) and survey data. * an analytical mindset paired with strong communication skills — you can explain what the data means to non-analysts and influence decisions. * experience in e-commerce, ticketing or visitor attractions is a plus, but not required. * proactive and curious: you don’t wait to be asked the question, you spot it in the data first.
