We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer
What You Will Work On
Translate process requirements into practical manufacturing solutions
Develop process descriptions, process parameters, operating limits, and process documentation
Support process development for GMP manufacturing operations
Develop and optimize batch processes and recipe management
Work with DeltaV or equivalent automation platforms
Define process parameters, setpoints, and operating boundaries
Support commissioning, process verification, testing, and startup activities
Troubleshoot process and production issues
Collaborate closely with automation, validation, and commissioning teams
Support process safety through alarm philosophy and interlock design
Ensure compliance with GMP/GxP standards and regulatory requirements
Participate in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
Prepare and maintain technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle
What You Bring
Experience as a Process Engineer within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or other GMP/GxP-regulated industries
Strong understanding of batch manufacturing processes and recipe development
Experience with DeltaV or similar Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
Experience defining process parameters, setpoints, and operating limits
Understanding of alarm philosophy, interlocks, and process safety principles
Experience with process verification, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
Experience collaborating with automation and validation teams
Strong technical documentation skills
Experience working in highly regulated manufacturing environments
Good communication and collaboration skills

Assignment Description We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer What You Will Work On Develop and configure automation solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturing systems Design and implement control logic, sequences, phases, and interlocks Configure and optimize DeltaV or equivalent DCS automation platforms Develop HMI screens and operator interface solutions Configure alarm management and control strategies Integrate process equipment with control systems and higher-level applications Support batch control and recipe implementation Participate in FAT, SAT, commissioning, and system verification activities Troubleshoot automation systems during testing and startup Prepare and maintain automation documentation and technical specifications Support qualification and Computerized System Validation (CSV) activities Collaborate with process, validation, commissioning, and engineering teams Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, and pharmaceutical quality standards Support system improvements and automation optimization throughout the project lifecycle What You Bring Experience as an Automation Engineer within the pharmaceutical industry or another GMP/GxP-regulated environment Strong hands-on experience with DeltaV or similar DCS/process automation platforms Experience configuring control logic, sequences, phases, interlocks, and alarm functions Experience developing HMI applications and operator interfaces Experience integrating process equipment with automation and supervisory systems Good understanding of GMP, GxP, and Computerized System Validation (CSV) Experience performing FAT, SAT, commissioning, startup, and automation verification Experience troubleshooting, testing, and documenting automation solutions in regulated environments Ability to work effectively with process, validation, and commissioning teams Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

You likely have experience in areas such as: Production, process, manufacturing, or product engineering Manufacturing processes, production flows, and technical documentation Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, or continuous improvement Root cause analysis and quality tools Cross-functional collaboration in industrial environments Experience with NPI, industrialization, automation, SAP/ERP, or project leadership is considered a plus. You are: Structured and solution-oriented Hands-on and quality-focused Communicative and collaborative Motivated by improving products, processes, and production flow Education Relevant backgrounds include Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Production, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related engineering disciplines. Equivalent practical experience is also valuable. Language & Security Some projects require: Swedish and English communication skills Swedish citizenship Ability to pass a security clearance For certain roles, English only may be sufficient. Assignment Description We are looking for an experienced Paint Automation Engineer What You Will Work On Support and optimize automated paint production systems Serve as the automation specialist for paint shop operations Troubleshoot and resolve automation and production issues Program, configure, and optimize industrial robots and automation systems Improve automated paint application processes and production efficiency Support industrialization and implementation of new production technologies Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, and reliability Collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering, and project teams Optimize manufacturing processes and automated material handling systems Support commissioning, testing, and validation of automation solutions Participate in technical investigations and root cause analysis Contribute to technical documentation, standards, and best practices Coordinate automation activities and support smaller technical projects Ensure compliance with safety standards and production requirements What You Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or a related technical discipline Experience working with industrial automation in manufacturing environments Strong understanding of automated production systems and industrial processes Experience with robot programming and industrial automation systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within complex production environments Experience driving continuous improvements and process optimization Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive technical activities Fluent English communication skills
