We are currently partnering with a leading global financial institution to recruit a Client Assets Analyst to join a high-performing team within a regulated financial services environment. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * The Go-To HR Partner: Serve as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and HRBPs across Poland and the wider EMEA region, delivering top-tier customer service and guidance. * Employee Lifecycle Champion: Own and manage core HR processes from onboarding to off-boarding, contract creation, absence management, and benefits administration. * Workday & Systems Expert: Support the HRIS team in designing, testing, and implementing new Workday modules and system enhancements to elevate the user experience. * Data Integrity & Compliance: Maintain pristine employee files and records in Workday and downstream systems, ensuring strict compliance with local data protection regulations. * Continuous Improvement: Identify process bottlenecks, draft high-quality SOPs, and recommend smart, scalable solutions to optimize day-to-day HR workflows. * Collaborative Projects: Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and global HR teams to support annual cycles (like compensation planning and talent reviews) and broader HR initiatives. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM * The Experience: Significant, hands-on experience in HR Operations across EMEA, with deep, specialized expertise in Polish employment practices and administration. * The Tech Stack: Deep working knowledge of Workday modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Absence) is essential. Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) are a must. * The Language Skills: Professional fluency in both English and Polish (written and spoken) is required. Any additional European language is a great plus! * The Mindset: A proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
