Join the Leadership Team at Velora Health Head of Growth Location: Stockholm Level: Senior, reporting directly to CEO Start: As soon as possible About Velora Health Velora Health is a rapidly growing AI HealthTech startup on a mission to address the leading causes of preventable death. Our goal is bold yet simple: a longer and healthier life for more people, through the fusion of personalized care and a holistic approach to health. We started our journey by tackling one of the biggest global health issues: obesity, which affects nearly 1 billion people worldwide. We're now expanding beyond obesity into broader chronic care. Through our platform and digital health clinic at Velora.se, we provide individuals access to the latest and most effective research-based treatments. We're AI-native. We use AI across the whole company. In Sweden alone, 2 million could live longer with Velora. Today we're a 20-person team across clinical care, engineering, growth and operations. Now we're hiring our Head of Growth to join our Leadership Team. The opportunity Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be part of Velora's Leadership Team and a key voice in strategy and high-level decisions. This is not a support role, we're looking for a leader who challenges, sharpens, and helps drive the company forward. You combine sharp strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll help set direction, then take full ownership of growth and deliver measurable results. We're a subscription business, so retention and lifetime value matter as much as sign-ups. But for us the stakes are bigger than revenue. We're building the lifelong home for people with chronic disease, where staying in care means living longer: for someone with obesity, dropping out of treatment means 5 to 10 years of lost life. That is where great care and growth become the same job, and it is exactly what we built our platform and doctor-led care model to do. What you'll own The growth number, and the overall growth strategy including international expansion Acquisition and CAC across current channels (paid marketing, organic search, referral) Test and scale new growth avenues beyond B2C (B2B, B2B2C, payor and insurance) The in-product growth surface (onboarding, paywalls, activation) Retention, win-back and LTV, together with Medical Operations Referral and word-of-mouth Pricing, packaging and monetization Positioning and messaging Growth reporting and the insight the leadership team runs the business on The growth team and external partners What you'll do Co-shape strategy, priorities and operating rhythm with the CEO and leadership team Run a strong experimentation cadence Work AI-native: decide what in growth should run on AI and build the end-to-end workflows Default to agents: reach for AI agents before headcount, then hire people for the rest Treat growth as a product discipline: work in the product with engineering and clinical on onboarding, activation and retention, not just channels Bring structure, prioritization and momentum where things are undefined Lead cross-functional initiatives across commercial, clinical and product/tech Raise standards, remove bottlenecks, and increase execution speed Be hands-on, this is a builder role, not a "slide-only" role What success looks like First 30 days: Go deep on the product and the patient journey, the funnel and unit economics, and our patients and team. Come back with a growth model and your own read on where the biggest growth is. By 90 days: Deliver 2 to 3 clear improvements to acquisition or retention that move the numbers By 6 months: Growth runs as a gold-standard function with clear unit economics, a strong experimentation engine and a clear plan to scale revenue sharply from here. Who you are You're a high-ownership leader who can zoom out and zoom in, from strategy to execution, without losing quality. THE ROLE As the Manager, SMB Account Executives, you will lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of approximately 5 SMB Account Executives. You will be responsible for driving the execution of our small-business sales strategy, ensuring your team meets and exceeds their revenue targets. This is a role where you will not only manage pipeline and forecast accuracy but also actively mentor reps through complex deal cycles, refine their pitching mechanics, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Team Leadership & Coaching: Manage and mentor a team of ~5 SMB AEs. Conduct weekly 1:1s, live call coaching, and pipeline reviews to elevate the team’s sales acumen and execution. * Revenue Delivery: Own the aggregate quota for the SMB segment. Ensure the team maintains a healthy, predictable pipeline and accurately forecasts monthly and quarterly revenue. * Sales Execution: Actively jump into deals to support your reps. Help navigate objections, multi-stakeholder evaluations, and closing negotiations. * Process Optimization: Partner with Sales Operations and Marketing to refine inbound lead routing, outbound prospecting strategies, and internal sales playbooks. * Talent Development: Recruit, onboard, and retain top-tier sales talent. Build a clear path for AEs to grow within the revenue organization. * Key Results & Metrics Success in this role will be measured by performance against key metrics, including: * Team Quota Attainment: Percentage of the team meeting or exceeding their individual quarterly revenue targets. * Pipeline Velocity & Conversion: Improvement in the team's win rates and average sales cycle length. * Forecast Accuracy: The variance between your committed forecast and actual revenue closed at the end of the quarter. * Team Retention & Ramp Time: Successfully onboarding new hires to productivity quickly and maintaining low regrettable attrition. You know how to diagnose skill gaps in a sales cycle and coach reps on discovery, multi-stakeholder alignment, and urgency building. * Data-Driven: Proficient in CRM hygiene (Salesforce/HubSpot) and using data to identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel. * Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You are comfortable building playbooks, not just executing existing ones. What You'll Do Let's get the tricky part out of the way: this role doesn't fit neatly into a traditional box. It's part legal ops, part product specialist, part solutions architect, and part client whisperer. If you enjoy roles that stay static, this probably isn't it. Your mission is to help our clients, some of the most sophisticated tax and legal advisory teams in the world, get the absolute most out of our platform. * Acting as a thought partner to tax partners, legal advisory leaders, and consulting teams - building trusted relationships, addressing tricky pain points, and identifying high-value opportunities for them to scale their use of Legora across service lines and jurisdictions. * Working together with Go To Market and Customer Success in taking full ownership of client relationships - from running pilots with key practice areas, to onboarding new team members across tax, legal and consulting functions, and ultimately guiding firm-wide adoption across Big 4 and professional services firms. * Be the voice of tax and legal advisory users inside Legora - sharing insights from tax structuring teams, regulatory advisory practices, and legal consulting functions that directly inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction. * Delivering clear, confident product demos and training that bring the power of our platform to life - whether you're presenting to a tax partner, rolling out to a global advisory team, or training legal consulting professionals. * Documenting best practices from leading professional services firms, contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, and help shape how we grow this function globally. * Confidently helping tax and legal advisory teams navigate one of the biggest shifts in how professional services operate - from evaluating the ROI and competitive advantage of AI to clearly mapping how AI will impact different service lines, from tax compliance to regulatory advisory. What You Bring You come from the world of tax and legal advisory; but you've never been content with how things have always been done. You may have trained at a Big 4 firm, working across tax structuring, legal advisory, or consulting. Perhaps you've specialised in legal operations, innovation, or technology implementation within a professional services environment. Maybe you've even moved into legal tech or consultancy, helping advisory teams modernize and scale. Either way, you know how tax and legal advisory teams think, work, and (sometimes) struggle and you're ready to help them level up with technology. You'll thrive in this role if you: * Have a background in law or tax, with experience at a Big 4 firm or leading professional services practice - ideally with exposure to multiple service lines, jurisdictions, or innovation initiatives. * Are tech-curious and product-savvy. Not necessarily a coder, but passionate about navigating technical conversations, especially around things like generative AI, technology implementation, innovation and productivity. * Communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders, from tax partners to consulting leaders, and from lawyers to engineers. I.e. translating across disciplines is second nature to you. * Bring structure to ambiguity and energy to complexity; and enjoy being the calm, credible presence in a fast-moving environment. * Understand how to evaluate and improve existing processes as a direct result of new and emerging technologies - whether that's streamlining tax compliance workflows, enhancing regulatory analysis, or improving multi-jurisdictional advisory work. * Are proactive, self-directed, and comfortable juggling multiple client relationships at once. * Care deeply about quality, but don't get stuck in perfectionism - you get things done, and you make them better over time. * Understand the commercial realities of professional services: leveraging teams efficiently, demonstrating value to clients, managing complex multi-jurisdictional matters, and balancing technical excellence with commercial delivery. What’s In It For You * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients domestic and internationally. * Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success. * Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily. * In-person environment: Union Square office designed for ambitious builders. * Benefits & Perks: We invest in our people with a comprehensive, thoughtfully designed benefits package: Medical, Dental & Vision * Multiple medical plan options through Aetna and Kaiser Permanente * HSA or Healthcare FSA (based on plan selection) * Dental plans via MetLife * Vision plans via Vision Care Family Support * Generous parental leave * Free access to Maven Clinic * Dependent Care FSA * Free One Medical membership for employees and dependents Additional Perks * Pre-tax commuter benefits * Life Insurance + STD/LTD * 401(K) with generous company match * Unlimited PTO * Robust voluntary benefits, including identity protection (via Aura), legal coverage via MetLife, pet savings programs, and more Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. ABOUT US Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. THE ROLE The IT and AI Enablement function exists to make Legora itself run as well as the product we sell: secure, automated, and compounding over time. The Workplace Technology Lead owns everything technical a person touches when they walk into the office — onboarding, hardware, AV, cabling, and physical-security infrastructure — with Workplace Technology Staff supporting as the site scales, and works alongside the EAs, Workspace, Office Managers, and Brand/Events teams. One Lead per major site (Stockholm, London, New York, Sydney, Denver); they share playbooks and cover for one another. This role owns Denver. What You'll Be Doing * Own Denver's workplace technology end to end — the day-to-day experience for staff and guests. Lead the Workplace Technology Staff where the site has them; do the work yourself and build the team where it doesn't. * Run the technology side of new-hire onboarding on the ground: devices staged, accounts and access provisioned, day-one setup, and the in-person welcome to Legora's tools — Workplace handles the desk and space. * Own the AV and conferencing estate — meeting rooms, all-hands, and event AV. * Inside Workplace’s office buildouts, program-manage the physical systems — cameras, badge / access-control, and structured cabling: oversee installers, hold vendors to Legora’s standards and acceptance tests, and make sure each is installed correctly, comes up on the network, and stays available. Workplace owns the buildout; you own that the tech works; Security owns access policy and monitoring. * Manage the local hardware lifecycle — provisioning, stock, repairs, returns — and be the site’s top escalation point above first-line support. * Resolve local requests through Legora’s shared service desk, working to common SLAs with automated routing. * Oversee the site’s technology spend — AV, hardware, and IT / AV vendors — forecasting with Finance and feeding the overall site budget that Workplace owns. Who You Are * 6+ years across IT / workplace technology, AV, or facilities-adjacent technical operations, including running on-site buildouts end to end — you're comfortable owning a site. * Ready to incubate a site — happy to start as the sole technologist and build the team as the office grows. * A program manager at heart — you can scope a fit-out, keep installers, vendors, and timelines on track, and own a budget and forecast spend without drama. * Hands-on and present — this is a five-days-on-site role (you can't stage a new hire's desk or recover a dropped meeting room remotely), and you like being the person on the floor who makes the space work. * A calm partner and — where there’s a team — a steady manager who develops people; you're the point of contact when an event or VIP visit depends on the tech. * Standards-minded and ambitious — you want your site to set the bar the others copy, and you keep the next buildout cleaner than the last. Nice To Have * AV and conferencing at scale — room design, signal flow, and acceptance testing (Neat, Zoom Rooms). * Technical program management of physical installs — structured / low-voltage cabling and commissioning of building systems. * Physical-security infrastructure — badge / access-control and camera / CCTV (e.g. Verkada): keeping it installed, networked, and available, and coordinating installers. * Office network fundamentals — Meraki and the local network spine, working with the IT Systems team. * Endpoint and onboarding logistics — macOS provisioning, Jamf / Apple Business Manager, and staging hardware for new hires. * Comfortable running support through an ITSM / service-desk platform and adopting AI-assisted, agentic automation — we run an AI-native ITSM (Serval), and exposure to tools like ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Freshservice transfers well. * Experience with Neat, Zoom, Meraki, Verkada, Jamf, Apple Business Manager, and 1Password. *Please note that due to summer holidays, our response times may be a little longer than usual. We'll be reviewing applications from late July/early August. Thank you for your patience! RaySearch develops innovative software solutions to improve cancer care. About 1000 clinics in more than 40 countries use RaySearch software to improve treatments and quality of life for patients. RaySearch was founded in 2000 and is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. The headquarters is located in Stockholm, with subsidiaries in the US, Europe and Asia - Pacific. Today we are more than 400 employees with a common vision of improving cancer care with innovative software. Our great staff is crucial for our success and we offer a fantastic working environment in modern offices, flexibility and good opportunities for development. We believe in equal opportunities, value diversity and work actively to prevent discrimination. RaySearch develops software that supports cancer treatment at hospitals and radiotherapy clinics worldwide. We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to work on RayIntelligence, an oncology analytics platform helping radiotherapy clinics turn data into actionable insights.About RayIntelligence Radiotherapy clinics generate large amounts of clinical and operational data every day, but much of this information remains difficult to access, analyze, and act upon. RayIntelligence is designed specifically for radiotherapy clinics, bringing together data from treatment planning systems, oncology information systems, and other clinical and operational sources. The platform enables clinics to analyze treatment workflows, patient volumes, machine utilization, resource planning, treatment patterns, and long-term outcomes. By making data more accessible and reliable, RayIntelligence helps clinics understand their operations, learn from past treatments, and continuously improve care. For healthcare analytics to create value, clinics need confidence in the data they use. RayIntelligence ensures consistent metrics, understandable insights, and traceable data from source to result. Already deployed at customer sites, the platform is continuously expanding its analytical capabilities and adoption worldwide. About the Role The role spans data ingestion, integration, transformation, analytical data modeling, and the implementation of new analytics use cases. Working in healthcare brings unique engineering challenges. Data quality, traceability, reproducibility, validation, and risk management are key aspects of our software development process. While RayIntelligence is not a medical device, we apply many of the same engineering principles and quality practices used across RaySearch. Unlike internal analytics teams, we are building a product for environments where we do not control the source systems. This requires us to handle limited access to real-world customer data, variations between customer environments, and the challenge of creating analytics that clinics can understand and trust. Today, the platform focuses on analytics and reporting use cases, with future AI and machine learning capabilities building on the foundations being developed. RaySearch supports the use of modern AI-assisted development tools where appropriate, while maintaining the quality standards and engineering rigor required in healthcare software. Responsibilities Capture and integrate data from clinical and operational source systems Design, build, and maintain data ingestion and transformation pipelines Develop analytical data models supporting product capabilities and customer use cases Implement new analytics capabilities using SQL and Python Contribute to architecture and design decisions related to scalability, maintainability, and data quality Improve observability, traceability, and reliability across the platform Ensure that metrics, transformations, and data flows can be understood, tested, and verified Participate in validation, testing, and risk-management activities appropriate for healthcare software environments Technology Stack Our platform includes technologies and programming languages such as: Python & SQL PostgreSQL & SQL Server dbt AWS CDC-based ingestion Apache Superset Your Profile We believe successful candidates will typically have experience in several of the following areas: SQL development Python development Data engineering and ELT/ETL development Data modeling and data warehousing Experience applying software engineering best practices to data platforms and production systems Translating product and analytical requirements into robust technical solutions Working with data quality, observability, testing, or traceability in production data systems Formal education in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is beneficial. Equivalent practical experience is equally valued Seniority is typically demonstrated through several years of professional experience designing, building, and operating production data systems Our Culture At RaySearch, we share a passion for innovation and the fight against cancer. Our team consists of dedicated experts who strive to deliver exceptional results through collaboration, attention to detail, and cutting-edge technology. We take pride in our role as a leader in cancer treatment, developing solutions that truly make a difference for patients worldwide. Our Offer We offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment in Hagastaden, Stockholm’s Life Science Hub.
