Together with the CFO, you'll build and further develop our controlling function with the goal of creating better business insights, stronger performance follow-up, and more effective decision support. A key part of the role will be developing how we measure and manage the business through relevant KPIs, dashboards, reports and business-focused analysis. You'll also have a key role in budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, profitability analysis, and scenario planning to support both strategic and operational decision-making. You'll continue to play an important role within the accounting function, contributing your accounting expertise during month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, and other periods of high workload. Success in this role requires a strong accounting foundation combined with a business-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in analysis. Accounting Own the company's accounting function, including month-end and year-end closing and day-to-day accounting. Ensure financial processes comply with internal policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations. Manage tax calculations, tax returns, VAT, and other tax-related matters. Handle all payroll administration, including payroll processing, accounting, taxes, and payments. Drive automation and continuous improvement of finance processes, including the use of AI. Act as the primary contact for external auditors and lead the annual audit process. Long-term – Business Controlling Analyze revenue, costs, and profitability. Define and further develop relevant KPIs. Build dashboards and management reporting. Identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement. Drive the budgeting, forecasting, and performance follow-up processes. Prepare business cases, scenario analyses, and decision support for management. Who are you? Job Overview As Marketing & Production Manager, you are the person who makes sure everything Filippa K puts into the world (e-commerce imagery, seasonal launches, bigger campaigns, AI-generated content) looks and feels like Filippa K. You own the end-to-end production process, from traditional shoots to AI-driven content systems, and act as the day-to-day brand guardian for content and asset quality across the marketing team and its closest collaborators on the digital team. As owner of the seasonal communication calendar and go-to-market plans, you ensure alignment across all departments and channels. You will oversee and collaborate closely with the AI Content Creator on priorities and output quality, while continuing to build Filippa K's traditional production capability where AI is not yet the right tool. You report to the VP of Marketing & Communication and are based at Filippa K's headquarters in Stockholm. Responsibilities & Tasks Brand Guardianship & Quality Control: - Own final sign-off and delivery of all e-commerce imagery, traditional and AI-generated, before it goes live. - Own and maintain clear brand and quality standards for AI-generated e-commerce imagery (model direction, styling, background, lighting, fit accuracy) to ensure consistent, repeatable quality control. - Approve e-commerce weblook and flatshot imagery, both AI-generated and traditionally produced, before publication, working closely with the E-com team on commercial priorities and the product team on product accuracy. - For bigger campaigns and productions, lead styling and casting decisions day-to-day and prepare briefs and final creative for the VP's approval, including for AI-generated productions. - Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day brand and quality judgement calls across marketing and e-commerce and sales, escalating to the VP depending on the project. Strategy, Campaign & Go-To-Market Execution: - In collaboration with the VP of Marketing & Communication, set go-to-market strategies and timelines. - Manage go-to-market roll-outs, ensuring smooth coordination across Marketing, Sales, and E-com. - Lead execution of the seasonal communication calendar, ensuring consistent timing and messaging across all channels and markets. - Track and analyse campaign and content performance, translating insights into continuous improvement of content and production approaches. Content Production & Direction: - Act as project lead for seasonal campaigns, translating brand and marketing strategy into effective, scalable content plans. - Plan and lead traditional productions, including campaigns, line releases, store openings, and product launches, covering schedules, budgets, and quality control during shoots. - Plan traditional e-commerce shoots in close collaboration with the E-com team's merchandising counterpart, sharing planning responsibility where relevant. - Define the right balance between traditional and AI-generated production for each project, based on creative, commercial, and efficiency needs. - Coordinate delivery of assets across e-commerce, retail, PR, social, wholesale, and paid channels. - Manage external consultants, agencies, art buyers, and supplier relationships, including usage rights. AI Production Leadership & Collaboration: - Set shared priorities with the AI Content Creator and collaborate closely on their day-to-day output, balancing marketing's needs with shared requests from the E-com team. - Oversee and challenge the prompt libraries, workflows, and tools the AI Content Creator builds, driving continuous improvements in speed, consistency, and scalability. - Drive the transition of e-commerce content production to AI-first workflows, in line with the team's goal of moving e-com production fully to AI by year end, while maintaining quality and brand standards. - Continuously evaluate new AI tools and ways of working, reducing dependency on external production and resources where it makes sense to do so. Cross-Team Collaboration: - Establish a simple, shared intake process with the digital team so content requests are managed efficiently, within a clear timeframe, and serve both teams. - Work closely with the PR & Social Media Manager to ensure content plans and production support their needs. - Work closely with the E-com team's merchandising function to keep traditional and AI-driven e-commerce imagery aligned with commercial priorities without compromising brand consistency. - Ensure the Retail team is kept informed of communication plans and receives distributed marketing assets ahead of and during launches and campaigns. - Liaise with the Wholesale team ahead of key sales periods to understand content needs, and throughout the season on requirements linked to wholesale marketing spend or partner agreements. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in marketing project management, campaign planning, or production, ideally within fashion or premium retail. - Proven experience delivering large-scale marketing productions and managing go-to-market processes end to end. - A strong, well-trained eye for brand and fashion aesthetics, comfortable being the final word on whether an asset is on-brand. - Genuine interest in collaborating with and guiding a junior AI-focused specialist, without formal management responsibility. - Experience with, or strong interest in and understanding of, AI-driven content production and tools. - Strong project management skills, with experience handling complex timelines, budgets, and multiple stakeholders. - Comfortable owning final decisions independently on high-volume e-commerce content. - Strong collaborator, able to work effectively across sales channels, product and development teams, PR, and external partners, while equally comfortable operating independently. - Fluent in English; Swedish is an advantage.
