Hälso- och sjukvården i Region Sörmland är organiserad i fem divisioner - kirurgi, medicin, medicinsk service, primärvård samt psykiatri och funktionshinder. Divisionerna bedriver sin verksamhet över hela länet och i huvudsak vid länets tre akutsjukhus; Mälarsjukhuset i Eskilstuna (MSE), Nyköpings lasarett (NLN) och Kullbergska sjukhuset i Katrineholm (KSK) samt vid Region Sörmlands vårdcentraler. Varje division leds av en divisionschef som är direkt underställd hälso- och sjukvårdsdirektören. Enheten vårdkvalitet ligger under Kvalitet & Verksamhetsstöd och ingår i Division Medicinsk service. Även om verksamheten och enheten är ny, har delar av verksamheten funnits sedan tidigare i annan form. Division Medicinsk Service omfattar tio olika verksamheter som alla har gemensamt att understödja och bidra i patientens resa genom vården. Verksamheter som ingår är: 1177, Ambulanssjukvården & Sjukvårdenslarmcentral, Hjälpmedelscentralen, Klinisk Fysiologi, Klinisk kemi (lab), Kvalitet & Verksamhetsstöd, Medicinsk Fysik & Teknik, Radiologi och Rehabiliteringskliniken. Enheten Vårdkvalitet innefattar Patientsäkerhetssamordnare, Synergiförvaltare och Utskrivningskoordinatorer. Enhetens gemensamma uppdrag är att stödja vårdverksamheternas arbete i säker vård. Kompetenserna som är samlade inom enheten har en unik möjlighet att fånga, förstå och agera för en säkrare vård för våra patienter. Dina arbetsuppgifter Som enhetschef leder du en organisation med cirka 10 medarbetare och har ansvaret för enhetens utveckling, förbättringsarbeten, budget, personal och arbetsmiljö. Då enheten har ett hälso- och sjukvårdsövergripande uppdrag i att stötta verksamheterna, innebär det många samarbetskontakter. Du leder enhetens arbete och har ett nära samarbetar med andra chefer och verksamheter för att säkerställa en högkvalitativ och effektiv vård. Då enheten är ny i sin sammansättning, behövs ett tydligt inkluderande ledarskap för att skapa bästa förutsättningar. En central del av ditt arbete blir att fortsätta utveckla samverkan med Hälso- och sjukvårdens olika verksamheter samt bidra till en utveckling av nya arbetssätt som kommer våra patienter till godo. Som enhetschef arbetar du halva din arbetstid som chef och ledare på enheten. Den andra halvan av arbetstiden arbetar du antingen som patientsäkerhetssamordnare eller kliniskt i annan verksamhet. Du är direkt underställd verksamhetschefen för Kvalitet & Verksamhetsstöd och ingår i verksamhetens ledningsgrupp tillsammans med verksamhetens övriga enhetschefer. Vill du vara med och leda samt utveckla patientsäkerhetsarbetet inom Region Jämtland Härjedalen? Vi söker dig som vill arbeta som chefläkare med bas i division kirurgi men som tillsammans med övriga chefläkare och patientsäkerhetssamordnare i regionen samordnar det hälso- och sjukvårdsgemensamma vårdskadepreventionsarbete och patientsäkerhetsfrågor. Du kommer anställas som chefläkare av divisionschefen för division kirurgi och ha din grundanställning i denna funktion men kombinera det med arbete i din grundspecialitet, med forskning eller annat. Tillsammans med patientsäkerhetssamordnaren i division kirurgi stöttar du chefer och medarbetare i patientsäkerhetsarbete för en trygg, tillgänglig och säker vård. Du stöttar chefer att ligga långt framme i det proaktiva patientsäkerhetsarbetet men finns även till hands när det har hänt svåra händelser. Du beslutar om och när Lex Maria-anmälningar ska göras. Gäller anmälan dina närmaste kollegor så tar du hjälp av chefläkarna i de andra divisionerna. Självklart finns du även där när dina kollegor behöver liknande stöd. Det övergripande patientsäkerhetsteamet består av 6–8 personer som ses fasta dagar för att hantera frågor som är gemensamma i hela hälso- och sjukvården. Under 2025 inrättades LSG patientsäkerhet för region interna patientsäkerhetsfrågor. I interna LSG ingår utöver patientsäkerhetsteamet även divisionscheferna och stabschefen i HS-staben. Vid behov deltar även jurist. 1 plats(er). ARBETSUPPGIFTER Chefläkarna utgör ett medicinskt och sjukvårdsjuridiskt stöd för ledningen, tillsammans med regionöverläkarna och regionjuristerna. Som chefläkare verkar du för en god säkerhetskultur och deltar i förebyggande patientsäkerhetsarbete. Du har en tydlig operativ koppling i stöd till division kirurgi, men samtidigt viktigt med en övergripande samverkan i många övergripande processer. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter för chefläkare är att: • Introducera och utbilda chefer samt de medarbetare som har särskilt ansvar för patientsäkerhetsarbete inom divisionen. • Vara metodansvarig för tex Gröna Korset, RoK-analyser inom Patientsäkerhet och avvikelseprocessen inkl Lex Maria. • Genomföra och leda större händelseanalyser med många enheter involverade (fler än två och/eller komplexa händelser). • Vara anmälningsansvarig enligt Patientsäkerhetslagen (Lex Maria) inom Regionen. • Föra löpande dialog med patientnämnd och IVO. • Ansvara för att upprätta en Patientsäkerhetsberättelse för hela HS (analys, indikatorer, aktiviteter). • Delta i MLA-nätverket • Delta i LSG Patientsäkerhet (för hela länet) • Delta i nätverk med övriga chefläkare inom Regionen, sjukvårdsregionalt och nationellt. • Inhämta ny kunskap inom fältet patientsäkerhet på regional/nationell nivå Utöver tjänsten som chefläkare kommer en av de tre chefläkartjänsterna att även inkludera teamledarskap för hela patientsäkerhetsteamet (chefläkare och patientsäkerhetssamordnare). För denna chefläkare innebär det tid om totalt 60% (40+20%). Fördjupning om teamledarskapet kommer hanteras vid intervju. KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som är specialistläkare med flerårig erfarenhet, meriterande med chefs- och eller ledarerfarenhet. Du har även ett intresse och engagemang för vårdkvalitet, patientsäkerhet och utvecklingsarbete. Kunskap/intresse för arbete med risk- och händelseanalyser är meriterande samt erfarenhet av arbete som MLA/MLU eller i annan ledningsfunktion.
