Arbetet är förlagt på dagtid under vardagar och kunden tillämpar dag-till-dag-bokning. Vi ser gärna att du har en tillgänglighet på 3–4 dagar i veckan och kan påbörja upplärning omgående. Arbetsuppgifter I rollen som maskinoperatör inom produktion kommer dina arbetsuppgifter att variera och innefatta arbete i produktionen med maskin körning och maskin övervakning, kvalitetskontroller samt montering av kosmetikprodukter. Du kan även komma att arbeta med hand paketering av färdiga produkter. Arbetet utförs i renrum, vilket innebär att det är oerhört viktigt att följa samtliga regler och rutiner kring arbetskläder, hygien, säkerhet och arbetssätt. Noggrannhet och ansvarstagande är därför avgörande i rollen. Job Description: Coordinating with staff and sub-contractors on site for project QA-QC progress and process mainly for overall piping weld log improvement at DRP and Gemkom Spool Fabrication Workshop. Conducting on Site VI Visual Inspections at DRP and Spool Fabrication workshop via NOIs when required. Carrying on QA/QC documentation and document controlliny support digital and hard copy QA/QC documentation. QA/QC Planning time & resources, scheduling the inspection activities, updating actual progress and quality documentation, analysing variance, interpreting KPIs, forecasting weekly & monthly inspection requirements etc. Monitoring/discussing QA based documentation submission performance status; QC Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for inspection and documentation methodologies of construction & co-ordination with site management activities of additional LDD works via NCR management system. Attending open box inspections of complex equipment, ensuring that equipment/ materials received are in accordance with the quantity & quality with coordination of logistics when necessary. Responsible for coordination with the engineering, purchase and finance department for design & drawing specification, dispatch of materials at site’s, raising invoice and payment. Interacting with client for securing quick approval of the designs provided & carrying out planning as per pert chart requirement. We are seeking diligent Maintenance Technicians to join our team for the preservation and protection of mechanical equipment at a DRI plant. This role focuses on ensuring that machinery, currently stored or installed in open-air environments without HVAC systems, remains in optimal condition through rigorous preservation protocols. The work tasks may include but are not limited to: Job Description Environmental Protection: Implement measures to protect exposed machinery and equipment from adverse weather conditions and humidity. Corrosion Control: Apply VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) treatments and other surface protection methods to machined parts and sensitive surfaces. Mechanical Maintenance: Perform routine greasing of bearings and execute periodic shaft rotations (turning) to prevent equipment degradation. Climate Management: Monitor and implement heating solutions for specific machinery components as required by technical specifications. Inventory & Documentation: Keep accurate records of all preservation activities and periodic maintenance cycles. Desirable qualifications (not mandatory) Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical maintenance or industrial preservation. Education: Vocational training or certification in Mechanical Maintenance, Industrial Technology, or a related field. Technical Skills: Familiarity with mechanical machine elements & assemblies. Also, knowledge about specialized greases and surface corrosion protection applications. Physical Capability: Fully comfortable for working at heights.
