WHAT YOU’LL DO Build and Ship AI-Powered Tools and Workflows * Build and own a growing library of internal AI tools — custom web apps, Streamlit interfaces, prompt-powered utilities, and automated workflows — that brand teams use in daily production * Design and implement automation pipelines that connect creative tools, content systems, and AI APIs, reducing manual overhead and building in the consistency that brand work requires at scale * Integrate AI capabilities directly into creative production workflows, including generative asset creation tools, design application features, and content workflows using LLMs * Own the full lifecycle of everything you ship — from initial scope and build through deployment, iteration, and ongoing maintenance Enable Adoption Across Brand Teams * Serve as the shared AI implementation resource across brand marketing functions and surfaces — this is a core pillar of the role, not a side responsibility * Educate and enable internal teams on the AI tools and systems you're building — running onboarding sessions, writing accessible documentation, and being the go-to resource for practical AI adoption * Build enablement resources — playbooks, templates, prompt libraries, training — so brand teams can confidently use AI tools without breaking brand standards * Partner directly with each team to understand their specific needs, then build solutions that are reusable across the broader brand org Define and Maintain Governance Standards * Define and evolve the standards that make AI tooling sustainable: prompt libraries, model selection criteria, output evaluation frameworks, and usage guardrails that protect brand integrity * Be the first line of defense on brand consistency in AI-generated outputs across all touchpoints * Surface insights to leadership: what's working, what's not, where the next gaps are Stay Ahead of the Landscape * Evaluate new AI platforms, models, and tools — rapidly prototyping with the ones that have genuine application for brand and creative work * Bring a strong, informed point of view on where AI adds real value versus where it introduces risk or noise WHAT YOU’LL BRING * 8–10 years of combined experience in systems thinking, creative technology, software development, AI engineering, or an adjacent field — with meaningful time spent building tools for creative, brand, or marketing teams * 3–5 years of hands-on AI experience, including production-proven work with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) and advanced prompt engineering. You've built workflows and tools powered by these, not just explored them * Demonstrated experience building automation pipelines using tools or custom scripting that connect APIs, creative platforms, and data systems in real working environments * Solid design foundations — understanding of brand systems, the intent behind creative decisions, and the tools that support brand capabilities * A systems thinker's instinct: you design for the workflow, not just the task. You understand upstream and downstream effects, and you build solutions people can maintain * Strong communication skills across creative and technical audiences. You can explain model tradeoffs to a designer and articulate brand constraints to a developer * The ability to operate autonomously: scope ambiguous problems, make pragmatic calls, and prioritize across multiple teams and workstreams * Knowledgeable and comfortable working within the Snowflake ecosystem and tools PREFERRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field * Record of building tools that teams adopt and sustain — not just prototypes, but things that stick * Experience working within or directly alongside creative organizations (agency or in-house brand team) with firsthand understanding of how brand and creative production operates * Familiarity with graphic design, web, motion graphics, or video production workflows * Experience implementing AI governance, responsible AI frameworks, or brand compliance systems LET’S DO THIS! We're scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth, and we're looking for builders who see AI not as a buzzword but as a fundamental shift in how great brands get built. At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. Snowflake's Data Engineering organization builds the platform that ingests, transforms, and stores data for modern lakehouse architectures — powering billions of queries, DML, and DDL operations with industry-leading price-performance. We lead the industry's shift to open data lakes through our work on Iceberg and Polaris, and we deliver capabilities like Snowpark, Dynamic Tables, cross-region replication, time travel, and zero-copy cloning at enterprise scale. We are investing in a new line of applied research — building toward verified data infrastructure and trustworthy data systems — that brings formal methods, automated reasoning, and modern AI techniques to bear on the hardest problems in our distributed systems and developer tooling. The goal is to improve correctness, reliability, and engineering velocity at a scale very few platforms operate at. We're hiring at both the Staff and Principal level; we'll calibrate the offer to the candidate's experience and scope of impact. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Lead research projects that apply formal methods, program analysis, automated reasoning, and AI-driven techniques (including code generation and modeling) to real problems in our cloud data platform. * Translate research ideas into prototypes, then into shipped capabilities that move concrete business metrics — quality, velocity, reliability, and operational performance at scale. * Partner closely with engineering leaders, product managers, and key customers to identify high-leverage opportunities and turn them into deliverables. * Influence the engineering and product roadmap; advise leaders on which research directions are pragmatic and which are not. * Train and uplevel engineering teams on new methods, and scale those methods across the organization. * Maintain expertise at the frontier of the field through publications, conference participation, open-source contributions, and patent filings. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * PhD (or equivalent research experience) in Computer Science or a closely related field. * Depth across the areas this role sits at the intersection of: * Formal methods — e.g., model checking, theorem proving, SAT/SMT, program verification, type systems, or program analysis. * Distributed systems — designing, reasoning about, or verifying large-scale concurrent and distributed systems. * Software engineering — strong fundamentals; able to go from a research idea to production-quality code in collaboration with engineering teams. * AI / ML — practical experience applying modern ML, including LLMs, to systems problems such as code generation, synthesis, or automated reasoning. * 8+ years applying theoretical computer science to large-scale software systems — ideally cloud data platforms, distributed systems, or developer infrastructure. * Demonstrated ability to drive company-level initiatives in partnership with engineering and product leadership. (Weighted more heavily for Principal-level candidates.) * Track record of technical contribution to the field — publications, open-source work, patents, or comparable evidence of impact. * Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where impact is measured by what ships. ABOUT WORKING HERE Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company's confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data, and to keep customer information secure and confidential as an essential part of their duties. Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We're hiring an exceptional iOS engineer to help us push the bar even higher. You will: * Shape & improve the iOS experience that millions of players open every day. * Lead architecture and implementation on a large, evolving Swift/Objective-C codebase, making decisions that hold up across years of product growth. * Push the platform forward by adopting the latest iOS, hardware, and iOS capabilities. * Partner deeply with product, design, and data science to materialize ideas. * Raise the engineering bar through code review, technical mentorship, and the standards you set in your own work. * (Principal) Set technical direction across multiple workstreams, drive multi-quarter initiatives that span teams, and act as a force multiplier for the broader iOS platform. You can tell the difference between an interaction that's correct and one that feels right, and you fight for the latter. * Excellent judgment under ambiguity, and a bias toward shipping over speculating. Nice to have: * Cross-platform development with C++ and low-level hardware APIs. * Experience with rendering, graphics, or game-engine-adjacent systems. * Contributions to open source, conference talks, or technical writing in the iOS community. * Experience integrating on-device or server-side generative AI into consumer products. Datadog's Technical Solutions (TS) organization is one of the largest organizations in the company — spanning Sales Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Enterprise Customer Success Managers, Technical Support Engineers, and Solutions Architects who work with prospects and customers across every stage of their journey with Datadog. Technical Solutions Operations (TSO) exists to make that organization faster, smarter, and more scalable. We build the systems, analytics & programs that give TS teams more leverage — and we measure our success by the business outcomes we drive, not the projects we complete. The programs this team runs touch every function in TS, and the operating model you build will define how that scales. We're looking for a Director of Technical Program Management to lead the TSO Program Management team. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: you'll own the programs that shape how TS operates at scale, lead a team of technical program managers, and serve as a peer to the Directors and VPs who run the teams you support. Your counterparts are leaders overseeing hundreds of customer-facing technical professionals, and your role is to successfully interface with each organization with proactive solutions on how your team can help them be more effective. This is a rare opportunity to lead a function where the output isn't a deliverable, it's organizational capability. If you want to build something that compounds across an entire organization, this is the role. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Run the PMO as a business impact function. Own the PMO operating model end-to-end, including intake, prioritization, scoping, execution, and impact measurement — with every program directly linked to measurable business outcomes such as productivity gains, revenue influence, cost efficiency, or customer experience improvements. Establish a PMO operating standard that other TS leaders adopt as the benchmark. * Build capabilities that scale across TS, not point solutions. Build durable, cross-functional capabilities that drive business outcomes across every function in TS. Solve systemic problems with scalable solutions and operating models — not one-off fixes — and hold your team to the same standard. * Drive programs from alignment to impact. Establish clear scope, sequencing, ownership, and success metrics before execution begins. Hold your team to rigorous delivery standards and close every program with post-launch reporting that connects leverage created directly to business outcomes for partner teams. * Represent TSO in executive forums. Represent TSO in executive forums with Director and VP-level counterparts across TS. Come prepared with clear recommendations, framed trade-offs, and the ability to drive decisions — not surface issues. Own stakeholder relationships and outcomes and drive alignment across disparate teams. * Deploy AI to create operational leverage. Identify and build AI-enabled workflows that reduce friction across how programs are planned, communicated, and executed — for your team and for the TS functions you support. This is a core expectation, not a future initiative. You bring a clear point of view on where AI creates a genuine capability shift and you build toward it. * Develop the TPM team and raise the bar. Lead a team of senior Technical Program Managers delivering complex, concurrent initiatives across TS. Raise the bar for execution quality, stakeholder management, and accountability — and develop a team that operates independently and owns outcomes. * Build cross-functional relationships before you need them. Build cross-functional relationships across TS and adjacent functions before programs require it. Use influence, credibility, and direct engagement to drive alignment, resolve tension, and expand the reach and impact of TSO well beyond its own boundaries. WHO YOU ARE * 10+ years running complex, cross-functional programs at a senior level, with VPs and senior Directors as your primary stakeholders — ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS go-to-market, customer-facing, or revenue operations organization * A systems builder with a track record of designing operating models, playbooks, and frameworks that other teams adopted as a reference standard * Autonomously executive-ready — decisive under ambiguity, composed under pressure, and capable of leading VP-level conversations without preparation coaching * Experienced applying AI as an operational tool, with a practical point of view on where it creates capability shifts — not just productivity gains * A developer of senior talent who raises the bar on what great program management looks like and builds teams that operate independently at a high standard * Outcome-oriented and metric-driven — you define success before work begins and hold yourself and your team accountable to delivering against it PREFERRED EXPERIENCE * Experience supporting large-scale go-to-market or customer-facing technical organizations spanning sales engineering, post-sales, technical support, or solutions architecture * Familiarity with support operations platforms and the workflows they enable across technical teams * Experience designing org-wide AI-enabled capabilities in an operational context * Background in tooling strategy, workforce planning, or operational transformation at scale in a SaaS environment Datadog values people from all walks of life. We understand not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That's okay. If you’re passionate about technology and want to grow your skills, we encourage you to apply. Benefits and Growth: * New hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase plan (ESPP) * Continuous professional development, product training, and career pathing * Intradepartmental mentor and buddy program for in-house networking * An inclusive company culture, ability to join our Community Guilds (Datadog employee resource groups) * Access to Inclusion Talks, our Internal panel discussions * Free, global mental health benefits for employees and dependents age 6+ * Competitive global benefits Benefits and Growth listed above may vary based on the country of your employment and the nature of your employment with Datadog.
