Så här brukar vi beskriva tjänsten Som hovmästare hos oss har du en viktig roll i att skapa struktur, trygghet och flyt i matsalen. Du är närvarande i service, leder arbetet på plats och bidrar till en varm och professionell atmosfär för både gäster och kollegor. Rollen kombinerar operativt ledarskap med ett tydligt fokus på värdskap, kvalitet och helhetsupplevelse. Ditt ansvar i rollen Du ansvarar för att planera och leda det dagliga arbetet i matsalen samt säkerställa en hög och jämn servicenivå. I rollen ingår att samordna arbetet mellan kök och servis, hantera bordsbokningar och bemanning samt introducera och stötta nya medarbetare. Tillsammans med restaurangchef bidrar du till utveckling av rutiner, service och gästupplevelse. Du är en tydlig förebild i värdskap, kommunikation och arbetsglädje och finns nära verksamheten i det dagliga arbetet. Du arbetar strukturerat och lösningsorienterat, har god datorvana och erfarenhet av bordsbokningssystem. Du talar svenska och engelska obehindrat och har goda kunskaper inom vin och dryck.
