About the role
This is a brand new Adoption Strategist role sitting at the intersection of adoption, enablement, scaled programs, and product
expertise so we expect the scope to evolve and want someone excited to build as it does. You'll design and run the programs -
onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, adoption playbooks - that drive corporate and mid-market customers to activate
their core use case and expand into new ones. Everything you build has to scale across a high-volume book, not be custom to one
account. You'll need deep product fluency - enough to be the most credible voice in the room on how to use the product well -
without ever owning an account or its technical implementation directly. This is a builder role for someone extremely analytical,
comfortable running live enablement at scale, and already advanced with AI tools to automate the systems behind it.
Since this is a new role, we expect the scope to evolve over time - being adaptable and excited to build is a core part of being
successful here. Focus areas include, but aren't limited to:
practices, and get them to time-to-value quickly on their core use case
a product expert on our existing product and you're constantly the first to learn new products coming to market
value-add service that drives deeper adoption
capabilities, and use those trends to develop data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks across the customer base in region
and webinars, based on opportunities or new product releases
(e.g., Solutions Engineering, GTM, Customer Experience, Product Marketing and Engineering)
Requirements
highly technical company with a large, low-touch book
self-serve content, and more
workflows with AI tools is ingrained in how you work
practices. You also identify data points that aren't yet tracked but would uncover new insights and change strategy
RevOps, and GTM to move adoption forward
