If you want to shape how a scaling global company operates—keep reading. As a Product Designer at Bureau, you will shape how users visualize, manage, and optimize risk decisions. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end UX/UI for sophisticated capabilities, including workflow builder, orchestration, behavioural biometrics UI, rule configuration, and Device ID reporting. Your designs will bring clarity, trust, and precision to decision-making in high-stakes environments. What you’ll be doing * Translate complex orchestration flows, rule engines, and case management dashboards into intuitive, user-friendly designs that empower risk, product, and engineering teams * Create end user experience to build advanced, super clean and intuitive onboarding and verification journey for large enterprises * Create seamless experiences for fraud, risk, and security management platforms. * Build and maintain design systems, components, and style guidelines to ensure consistency across Bureau’s multi-signal platform. * Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate AI-powered workflows into cohesive visual experiences; ensure feasibility and fidelity throughout the design journey. * Conduct research and usability studies with real users in risk, product, and compliance functions to iterate interfaces that deliver clarity, speed, and trust. * Provide pixel-perfect assets and design specs that accelerate development and elevate execution quality. What You’ll bring * 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Product Designer in enterprise SaaS, ecommerce, or FinTech. * Experience in building customer facing user journeys for B2C brands. * Expertise in crafting visually compelling, UI-rich mockups with a strong sense of design taste. * Ability to translate Bureau’s brand values in all the clear design solutions. * Demonstrated ability to design complex data-rich interfaces, such as dashboards, workflow builders, or admin tooling. * Mastery of Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD, prototyping tools (like Framer, rive and/or lottie), and collaborative design systems. * Strong UI/UX sense with emphasis on information architecture, interaction design, data visualization, and accessibility. * Resolute attention to detail, advocacy for usability and accessibility, and passion for turning complex problems into elegant solutions. Purpose Provide senior analyst support across technology governance, risk, and compliance by keeping GRC data, workflows, actions, and reporting current and reliable. This role helps the organisation maintain audit readiness, strengthen accountability for risk actions, and provide clear visibility of compliance status, control health, and remediation progress. Key Responsibilities • Maintain GRC portals, including risk registers, control records, evidence libraries, issue logs, policy links, assessment workflows, dashboards, and reporting views. • Ensure GRC portal dat a is complete, accurate, consistently classified, and aligned to agreed standards for risk, control, issue, and evidence management. • Coordinate portal updates, access reviews, workflow changes, template improvements, and reporting enhancements with technology, security, and business stakeholders. • Perform regular data quality checks across GRC records and follow up with owners to correct missing, outdated, or inconsistent information. • Own and manage the risk action calendar, covering risk assessments, control reviews, evidence refresh cycles, policy reviews, audit milestones, remediation deadlines, governance forums, and leadership reporting. • Track action owners, due dates, dependencies, and completion status for risk and compliance activity. • Proactively follow up on upcoming, overdue, or blocked actions, escalating material risks, delays, and dependencies through the appropriate governance channels. • Use the calendar to support forward planning, workload visibility, and timely completion of recurring GRC obligations. • Support technology risk assessments, control reviews, compliance checks, and issue management activity across security, technology, and business teams. • Maintain and update risk registers, control mappings, compliance evidence, remediation plans, and exception records. • Support the interpretation of policy, regulatory, contractual, and audit requirements into practical actions for control and risk owners. • Monitor remediation progress and help ensure risk treatment plans are realistic, tracked, evidenced, and closed appropriately. • Prepare risk and compliance status reports, dashboards, metrics, and packs for governance forums and leadership review. • Coordinate evidence collection for internal audits, external audits, customer assurance requests, and compliance reviews. • Validate that evidence is current, complete, clearly labelled, and mapped to the relevant controls or obligations. • Support audit walkthroughs, control owner preparation, finding tracking, and post-audit remediation follow-up. • Maintain reusable evidence and control documentation to reduce repeated requests and improve audit readiness. • Partner with security, technology, legal, procurement, internal audit, and business teams to drive clear ownership of GRC actions. • Provide guidance to control and risk owners on GRC processes, portal usage, evidence expectations, and action tracking. • Identify opportunities to improve GRC workflows, portal usability, reporting, data quality, and stakeholder accountability. • Contribute to the maintenance of GRC procedures, guidance materials, and operating rhythms. • Provide support with the compliance inbox. Skills & Competencies • Strong experience in governance, risk, and compliance operations within a technology, cybersecurity, audit, or regulated environment. • Practical experience maintaining GRC tools or portals, including risks, controls, issues, evidence, workflows, dashboards, and reporting. • Strong planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage calendars, action trackers, recurring obligations, and cross-functional follow-ups. • Good working knowledge of technology risk management, control frameworks, audit evidence, compliance reporting, and remediation tracking. • Ability to interpret risk and compliance requirements and translate them into clear actions for stakeholders. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, well-governed records. • Confident communication skills, including the ability to follow up, challenge constructively, and escalate when required. • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders, control owners, auditors, and technical teams. • Strong written documentation skills and the ability to produce clear status reports, dashboards, and governance packs. • Familiarity with frameworks and obligations such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, SOX, PCI DSS, GDPR, COBIT, or DORA. • Experience with GRC platforms such as Vanta, ServiceNow GRC, Archer, OneTrust, LogicGate, AuditBoard, Jira-based risk workflows, or equivalent tooling. • Experience supporting third-party risk, policy management, control testing, or regulatory compliance programmes. • Relevant certification such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001, or equivalent professional experience. Effective conscientious Credit Controller who can demonstrate a successful proven track-record within a credit collection role. Utilising either credit management software, e-mail, telephone to contact Clients regarding debts owed and ensure payment to contracted terms of outstanding invoices. Extremely Client focused, strong communicator, resilient and determined individual who can be self-motivated, and team oriented to achieving individual and team targets set by the Credit Manager What you'll be doing: * To manage an allocated Client portfolio ensuring payment to contracted terms * Utilise either Credit Management Software (where available), e-mails and telephone to contact Clients in order to ensure payment to terms * Keep a record of all communication with the Client * Resolve all queries and or problems for Clients, copy invoices, proof of delivery, credit notes, and liaise internally to progress any queries that are being handled in any other department or by the operating companies(Opco). * Responsible for the accuarte and timely reporting of Client queries. Liaising with the Billing team and or Opco in order to resolve Client disputes quickly and efficiently * Reconcile clients accounts/ledger. * Attend Opco and or client meetings * Participating in cash planning and forecasting * Providing accounts receivable (AR) systems support to management * Managing the integrity of the notes and supporting documentation regarding queries raised by Clients in accordance to SOX control process’s * Adhere to the Groups credit policy * Ensure daily bank statements are reviewed and Client cash received is allocated accurately on day of receipt of the funds * Cheques received must be recorded and banked daily * Ensure and coordinate with the applicable MDM contact that the integrety of the Client master data records accurately reflect the agreed contractual terms and processes of the Client.
