Tu trabajo tendrá un impacto directo tanto en métricas de marca como en KPIs de negocio. Principales responsabilidades * Traducir el posicionamiento y propuesta de valor de las marcas del Grupo Cabify en campañas, mensajes y experiencias relevantes para conductores. * Diseñar, ejecutar y optimizar estrategias de captación de drivers a lo largo de todo el funnel, desde awareness hasta conversión y activación. * Colaborar con equipos globales de Digital y agencias creativas para desarrollar campañas de adquisición innovadoras y orientadas a performance. * Liderar acciones BTL y activaciones de marca, desde la conceptualización hasta la ejecución y análisis de resultados. * Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento orgánico y nuevas palancas de adquisición basadas en insights de mercado, comportamiento de usuarios y tendencias culturales. * Analizar y optimizar continuamente KPIs clave como CPL, CAC/DAC, conversión a FOD y métricas de engagement de marca. * Garantizar consistencia y excelencia en la aplicación de la identidad y lineamientos globales de marca. * Participar activamente en la evolución de la plataforma de marca junto al Head of Marketing. * Construir reporting accionable que permita entender el impacto de las campañas y tomar decisiones basadas en datos. * Trabajar con una mentalidad de test & learn, proponiendo nuevas ideas, formatos, canales y enfoques creativos. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * AI-Enhanced Production Ecosystems: Advanced capability in adopting and implementing generative AI tools (such as Midjourney, Runway, Vizcom, and Weavy) into the design pipeline to maximize asset velocity, explore vanguard concepts, and drive structural innovation. * Closely collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, Motion Designers, Generative AI Artists, and cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life across campaigns and digital experiences. * Execute and scale high-quality design across a wide range of deliverables, including campaign assets, presentations, product-inspired marketing materials, digital experiences, social content, and branded communications. * Translate established creative direction into polished, production-ready design while maintaining consistency across channels, formats, and audiences. * Create and adapt product UI, interface components, diagrams, icons, and supporting visual assets that accurately reflect the ChatGPT experience across marketing and launch materials. * Partner with Generative AI Artists to integrate AI-generated imagery into campaigns, ensuring outputs meet brand standards and creative objectives. * Leverage AI-assisted design workflows and emerging creative technologies to improve efficiency, accelerate iteration, and support creative development. * Build polished presentations in Figma and Google Workspace, ensuring ideas are communicated clearly and visually. * Develop design explorations and high-fidelity assets that help teams visualize and refine creative concepts. * Maintain and evolve design systems, templates, asset libraries, and production workflows that enable efficient creative development at scale. * Provide guidance and support to Associate Visual Designers, helping elevate craft, consistency, and executional quality across the team. * Partner with developers, producers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate handoff and seamless execution. WHAT YOU BRING: * 2+ years of experience in digital, interactive, or brand design. Bachelor’s degree in Design (or equivalent professional experience). * Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace. * Experience with prototyping (animation/motion is a strong plus). * Deep knowledge of visual design, UI/UX principles, branding, and typography. * Ability to build high-quality presentations and confidently articulate design decisions to stakeholders at all levels TAKE INTO ACCOUNT: You will have to communicate with your team members abroad, therefore fluency in English and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must for this role.
