Vi söker en Executive Assistant som stöttar CEO & Founder i planering, kommunikation och uppföljning i en verksamhet med högt tempo.
Du arbetar proaktivt med kalendern, planerar, prioriterar och koordinerar möten samt säkerställer att rätt underlag, deltagare och förberedelser finns på plats. Du skapar överblick över veckan och ser till att CEO & Founder är förberedda inför kommande aktiviteter.
En central del av rollen är att dokumentera möten, tydliggöra beslut, ansvar och nästa steg, samt följa upp att aktiviteter och deadlines rör sig framåt. Du driver uppföljning i organisationen och säkerställer att inget faller mellan stolarna.
Du strukturerar och prioriterar inkommande kommunikation samt fungerar som en koordinerande länk mellan CEO & Founder och organisationen. Du ser till att information är tydlig, uppdaterad och når rätt personer i rätt tid.
Rollen innefattar även att koordinera resor, logistik och praktiska arrangemang samt att säkerställa att rapporter och beslutsunderlag kommer in i tid och håller en jämn kvalitet.
Om dig
Vi söker dig som har arbetat i en administrativ eller koordinerande roll i minst ett år och är van att arbeta strukturerat i ett högt tempo. Du trivs i en position där du skapar ordning, driver uppföljning och bidrar till att få saker att hända.
Du har hög integritet och gott omdöme, och är bekväm med att hantera känslig information i en roll nära bolagets ledning och ägare.
Rollen ger dig en bred inblick i verksamheten och hur ett bolag drivs, med möjlighet att arbeta nära beslutsfattande och få förståelse för både operativa och strategiska delar.
Som person är du proaktiv, noggrann och trygg i att ta initiativ. Du har ett starkt eget driv och en naturlig förmåga att ligga steget före. Vi ser det som meriterande om du har studerat inom ekonomi eller liknande.
