As our new Office Ambassador you'll join the People & Workplace team based in Copenhagen, reporting to Heidi, working to make
Lunar's office a place people actually want to show up to.

We’re looking for a Danish speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Customer Support at the Copenhagen Office! About the role We are looking for a Customer Support Representative with Danish language skills to assist our customers with incoming inquiries regarding our products and services. You’ll be a part of our Customer Support team, reporting to the Customer Support Manager. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our customers' trust. You will be in direct contact with the customers through email and social media. You also will be accountable for troubleshooting any problems and issues occurring to the customers regarding our products. * Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via our support channels and social media. * Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features * Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions * Monitoring customers’ reviews and answering them in a polite manner aiming to provide the information requested * Reaching the set KPI’s ABOUT THE TEAM You'll join a global support team of 15, working closely with both local and global colleagues. Your primary focus would be assisting our Danish customers but you’re also expected to assist our other global customers as well. Our support structure includes local agents in major markets, while smaller markets receive support in English or via translation tools. We foster a collaborative environment with regular team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and opportunities for cross-functional collaboration. We work towards multiple KPIs, with customer satisfaction as our main focus. To ensure high customer satisfaction, we believe it’s important that we work closely with other departments, to enhance the customer experience. ABOUT YOU To enjoy this role, we think that you're a person with a positive attitude who takes great responsibility for your own decisions and at the same time has the ability to work closely with your team members and the rest of your colleagues at Storytel. * Experience in the customer support field or similar service role. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Patience when handling tough cases. * Excellent communication skills in Danish and English, both written and spoken. Swedish and/or any of the other nordic languages, would also be meritable. * Used and able to troubleshoot problems. ABOUT THE TEAM The Global CVM team is a passionate and diverse group of people and we’re responsible for the value of our customer base and making them stay in the service. We are focused on campaigns and every aspect of commercial thinking like cross-sell, upsell, and winback. Your job will be to work closely together with local markets in order to deliver, execute and follow up on initiatives. You will also work closely with the CRM team who are responsible for our marketing automation platform and engagement strategy. In this role you will work closely with a range of markets and discuss priorities with the local Country Managers and Marketing Managers. Your role will be both to analyze customer data, present and discuss findings with the local market and initiate initiatives to improve our key metrics. You will also be required to build flows or campaigns in our CRM Marketing Automation tool Braze. This includes finding the right communication channel, adapting copy and images to the system, segmenting users to maximize effect, send out communication and follow up. There is a focus on scalability and leveraging AI to improve our processes, so your input and sparring on how to automate and scale will be valued and help us do more with our current resources to support the company growth. You will also work with e-commerce when it comes to book sales of individual titles and help grow this newly launched area. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Stakeholder management of the markets you are responsible for * Analyze data in order to create initiatives to mitigate customers leaving the service * Discuss initiatives and support local activities in order to increase customer base * Cross-sell, up-sell and win-back in your markets * Follow up and measure impact of initiatives and report to stakeholders * Knowledge sharing with the rest of the organization * Studying changes in key metrics and long-term trends * Think commercially and look for ways to improve our metrics * Take part in projects such as churn-reduction or new subscription type roll out WE BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE: * Minimum 3-4 years of expertise within CRM - preferably with Braze experience * Experience from both e-commerce and subscription services will be a big benefit * Analytical mind set and used to work with data * Enjoys discussing CRM initiatives with multiple stakeholders and find solutions to improve key metrics * Min bachelor’s degree with a preference in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Business & Management, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience * Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets savvy and have experience with BI tools like Looker or other dashboards. * Good AI understanding and how to apply it in a CRM context * Business level of English, fluent in writing and spoken word We believe you'll be a great addition to our small, agile team. As our new Fraud Specialist you'll be based in Copenhagen, joining the FCP Operations team, reporting to Alexander, working to protect our customers and keep their money safe. This role serves customers across the Nordics, so fluency in Swedish and English is essential. What will you do? * Monitor and analyse transactions to identify and act on suspicious activity before it causes harm. * Handle fraud cases end-to-end — investigating, documenting, and resolving with care and precision. * Collaborate with teams across Lunar to share insights and strengthen our fraud detection capabilities. * Stay close to emerging fraud trends and financial crime typologies, applying what you learn in your day-to-day work. * Balance security with a great customer experience, making sure protection never comes at the cost of usability.
