DEIN PROFIL * Minimum 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field. * Proven experience mentoring or leading analytics teams. * Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-changing environments with evolving business needs. * Experience building and maintaining BI dashboards, such as Tableau dashboards or Excel reports. * Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Python and Snowflake for data analysis, automation, and ETL workflows. * Solid understanding of data engineering fundamentals, including data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance principles. * Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives. * Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS is a strong plus. * Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; experience in the Retail or Agency sector is a plus. * Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required; fluency in German is a plus.
