As a consultant, you'll contribute to real product development projects, from concept sketches all the way to production-ready designs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, turning ideas into robust, functional, and manufacturable products.

Develop and improve 3D models and detailed designs in PTC Creo
Secure functionality and seamless integration with electronics, optics, and audio systems
Choose suitable materials and optimize designs for production and cost efficiency
Participate in prototyping, testing, and iterative improvements
Collaborate effectively across disciplines in a product-focused environment
🎯 What We're Looking For
At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design, ideally within consumer or industrial products
Strong proficiency in PTC Creo
Experience with plastic part design
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture, not just the CAD model
Ability to work independently and take ownership of your designs
Fluency in both English and Swedish

You will develop and maintain high-quality sighting systems, working with new product development, product life cycle, and urgent technical or quality issues. The role requires strong analytical skills and technical knowledge in machining, precision mechanics, and tolerance analysis. Experience with D-FMECA, tolerance calculations, and test/validation is key to ensure our products meet high standards for accuracy, durability, and functionality. What you will do · Contribute technical expertise in machining and precision mechanics to new development projects, from concept to final product, including prototyping, testing, verification, and validation. · Lead D-FMECA, concept selection, and root cause analysis work. · Ensure that the design meet specified requirements and strict tolerance and performance standards. · Maintain and improve existing products based on field data and customer feedback. · Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with precision requirements. · Quickly resolve urgent technical or production issues affecting quality or delivery.
