We are looking for an MSP Partner Manager (f/m/x) to strengthen our Sales team in the Netherlands.
In this role, you will be responsible for building Eye’s Dutch managed service provider (MSP) partner network. You will identify,
sign, and enable new partners while fostering strong, long-term relationships. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across
Sales and Marketing, representing Eye in the Dutch market with entrepreneurial drive.

Your Role at Eye * You will own and manage full sales cycle from discovery to closing. * You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners (broker and MSP), ensuring strong engagement, enablement, and deal progression. * You will build and maintain pipeline mainly through partner engagement and follow-up on marketing and partner leads. * You will apply solution selling principles: identify customer pain points, sell the value of minimizing risk, and articulate why Eye’s solutions are worth the investment. * You will recognize opportunities for market growth within your assigned region and partner ecosystem. * You will collaborate with Product and Marketing teams and represent Eye at industry events. Who You Are * You have proven experience closing SaaS or software deals, with strong customer-centric discovery and solution-selling skills. * You have expertise selling complex IT infrastructure solutions or managed services, where the value proposition goes beyond cost efficiency and focuses on risk reduction, continuity, and business impact. * You demonstrate strong relationship and/or partner management skills. * You possess affinity with structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC or similar). * You are driven and proactive with a strong sense of ownership. * You are fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written) and willing to travel up to 20% of the time. Wat je gaat doen * Je beheert de volledige salescyclus, van eerste gesprek tot closing. * Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor toegewezen partners (brokers en MSP's) en zorgt voor sterke betrokkenheid, enablement en voortgang in de dealpipeline. * Je bouwt pipeline op, vooral via partnerrelaties en opvolging van marketing- en partnerleads. * Je past solution selling toe: je haalt de pijnpunten van de klant boven tafel, verkoopt de waarde van risicoreductie en maakt duidelijk waarom de oplossingen van Eye die investering waard zijn. * Je signaleert groeikansen binnen jouw regio en partnerecosysteem. * Je werkt nauw samen met Product en Marketing en vertegenwoordigt Eye op events in de sector. Wie je bent Dit heb je nodig: * Bewezen trackrecord in het closen van SaaS- of softwaredeals, met sterke discovery- en solution sellingvaardigheden. * Ervaring met de verkoop van complexe IT-infrastructuur of managed services, waarbij de waardepropositie verder gaat dan kostenbesparing en draait om risicoreductie, continuïteit en business impact. * Sterke relatie- en/of partnermanagementvaardigheden. * Affiniteit met gestructureerde salesmethodieken zoals MEDDPICC of vergelijkbaar. * Een proactieve, ondernemende instelling met een sterk gevoel voor eigenaarschap. * Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, in woord en geschrift, en bereid tot zo'n 20% reizen. In this role, you will be responsible for building Eye’s Belgian managed service provider (MSP) partner network. You will identify, sign, and enable new partners while fostering strong, long-term relationships. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Sales and Marketing, representing Eye in the Benelux market with entrepreneurial drive. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Build and expand Eye’s MSP partner ecosystem in Benelux. * Identify and onboard new partners, developing long-term relationships based on trust. * Support partners from initial discussions through contracts, onboarding, and business planning. * Collaborate with partners on joint go-to-market initiatives and ensure mutual growth. * Represent Eye at partner meetings, trade fairs, and industry events. * Work closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, and other teams to align efforts and maximize impact. WHAT YOU WILL NEED * Experience in building and expanding partnerships, either by working directly with managed service providers (MSPs), developing a partner ecosystem, or driving new business in a SaaS or software environment. * Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, hunter-oriented mindset. * Background in software or SaaS sales, cybersecurity knowledge is a plus. * Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. * Fluency in Dutch, with good command of English. * Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly within Belgium.
