About The Role The Onboarding Specialist is an internal-facing operations role on the External Partnerships team, sitting with the Senior Onboarding Supervisor. This person is the day-to-day engine of the team — keeping launches on track, cross-functional work moving, and the Onboarding Associate prioritized and unblocked. This role does not manage external partner relationships. It exists to absorb the operational coordination that scales with every new partner launch, freeing senior team members to focus on strategic growth and program management. Senior Onboarding Supervisor has measurably more capacity for program management. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: At Taskrabbit, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent, and equitable. Total compensation consists of base pay + bonus + benefits + perks. The base pay range for this position is $89,000 - $119,000. This range is representative of base pay only, and does not include any other total cash compensation amounts, such as company bonus or benefits.
