Digital Marketing Lead

About the Job

As Digital Marketing Lead, you will play a central role in strengthening our marketing capabilities and turning digital marketing

into measurable business results.

• You will own and drive Advisense’s digital presence across markets and target customer segments, increasing visibility,

strengthening Advisense’s position.

• You will own and continuously develop HubSpot as our platform for marketing automation, lead management, analytics, and

commercial reporting, ensuring that it effectively supports our marketing and sales activities.

This position sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Commercial Excellence. Success in the role requires strategic

thinking, strong analytical capabilities, and a willingness to execute hands-on.

• Inbound demand generation & ABM - Plan, execute, and continuously optimize digital demand generation and account-based

marketing activities that increase visibility, engagement, and contributes to qualified pipeline across Advisense's service

lines and markets.

• Content distribution & end-to-end commercial plays - run multi-channel campaigns leveraging thought leadership content,

webinars, events, email marketing, social media, and paid channels to generate awareness and demand.

• HubSpot ownership - Own the HubSpot platform, including CRM administration, governance, workflows, lifecycle stages, lead

management processes, integrations, and user support.

• Pipeline contribution - Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide transparency into traffic, leads, MQLs, SQLs,

opportunities, pipeline generation, and commercial performance.

• Analytics & optimization - Monitor campaign performance, identify improvement opportunities, and use data-driven insights to

optimize marketing effectiveness and return on investment.

• Commercial excellence support - Support broader commercial excellence initiatives by ensuring high-quality customer and

opportunity data, consistent reporting, and scalable marketing and sales processes.

• Sales collaboration - Work closely with sales teams across the Nordic region to align targeting, lead qualification, follow-up

processes, and demand generation priorities.

• You have 3-5+ years of experience within digital marketing, demand generation, marketing automation, CRM management, or a

related B2B marketing discipline.

• Commercial mindset - You understand that marketing success is ultimately measured by business outcomes and contribution to

pipeline and revenue growth.

• HubSpot expertise - You have hands-on experience working with HubSpot and understand how to leverage the platform to support

both marketing execution and commercial operations.

• Hands-on execution - You combine strategic thinking with a strong execution mindset. You are equally comfortable discussing

strategy with stakeholders and executing campaigns, workflows, reports, and platform configurations yourself.

• Data-driven - You are comfortable working with marketing and sales data, building reports, analyzing funnel performance, and

translating insights into action.
