The position reports directly to the Group’s Global (Head of) Talent Acquisition Director and is part of the Center of Excellence. This is a permanent, fulltime position, based in our Stockholm Headquarters.
Your mission is to attract the talent that drives our future and create our reputation as Employer of Choice. You lead the end-to-end employer branding ecosystem – from shaping and deploying our EVP to owning our global career site and orchestrating campaigns. In close partnership with Communications and the business, you amplify our voice and bring our thought leaders into the spotlight. Through standout social content and consistent activation, you ensure our brand reaches, engages, and converts top talent.
We are looking for an experienced Manager who plans, executes and deploys programmatic Talent Marketing and EVP strategies based on Electrolux Group’s business strategy and brand guidelines.
You will own the content and structure of the Group’s career page and campaign landing pages, and continuously monitor analytics to prove target group reach and conversion.
You co-create the strategic Employer Value Proposition (EVP) together with regional Talent Marketers and oversee its deployment and continuous relevance across our business regions.
You orchestrate holistic Talent Marketing strategies for dedicated target groups in the Commercial and Tech areas and support other business regions in their talent marketing activation.
You lead and ideate compelling content creation in print and virtual media.
Together with Early Careers and TA Managers, you lead our University Relations strategy and act as first point of contact for our partners. Your input supports our career events program.
You steer central external suppliers and support our TA Partners with the toolbox to locally execute career events.
Your assets enable our regional Talent Acquisition Partners to initiate talent pipelining campaigns in our Candidate Relationship Management system (CRM)
You author and align on the content of recruiting-related company profiles and pages, for example in LinkedIn.
You lead global overarching Employer Branding initiatives, such as employer award audits.
You initiate ambassador programs, lead Talent Marketing initiatives projects and educate our Talent Acquisition, People and Business functions on Talent Marketing and Employer Branding related topics.
You support budgeting and related business cases to plan targeted investments, as well as continuously monitor ROI through data reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
You bring experience from Employer Branding or Brand Management within an international matrix organization, and you excel at leading digital marketing initiatives, leveraging SEO and AI-driven content strategies to reach the right target audiences.
Relevant Degree in Marketing or similar;
Proven record of successful value proposition creation and implementation;
Solid Marketing and Communications skills in all relevant digital communication platforms, including website creation and management, with knowledge of google adwords, SEO, LLM/AI friendliness; demonstrated impact on reach and conversion increase; experience with Programmatic Job Ad posting vendors is a plus.
Excellent English language skills with a strong storytelling capability;
Strong networker who can build and grow partnerships across various areas, such as universities, agencies, and internal customers
A collaborative, supportive and roll-up-the-sleeves attitude;
Creative, pragmatic and structured work approach, able to manage multiple projects in parallel.

The Role: Yubico is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our UKI, Nordics & MEA enterprise business. This is a true player-coach leadership role. Approximately 70% of your time will be focused on leading, developing, and scaling a high-performing sales organization, while 30% will be dedicated to executive sponsorship and direct involvement in strategic enterprise opportunities.
