About this opportunity
Meet the On-Site Support Team. We are working with global processes, delivering within the agreed service levels, aligned with the highest focus on delivering the best service to our users. You’ll be responsible for performing best in class service and support to all IT related end-user hardware, as well as executing hardware work orders and incident reports. You may also assist with special projects and other activities if needed.

The position is based in Nordea Stockholm HQ (Smålandsgatan 15-17). The team is part of a bigger Global team supporting the Nordics, Estonia and Poland. Please note that as this is an On-Site Support role, remote work is not possible.
Fluency in verbal and written English. We also consider it highly meritorious if you speak, write and understand Swedish
Experience from internal and external customer contact, preferably in a support and service organisation
Knowledge about Microsoft products (Office 365)
Knowledge and interest of computers
Professional experience from working with WIN10 / 11

As a 3rd Line Network Technician, you will be the final technical authority within their operational flow. You will join a complex operations unit that acts as the bridge between day-to-day drift and their architectural design teams. You will work with some of the most advanced network infrastructures in the Nordics, gaining exposure to technologies that are setting the industry standard for the next five years. A security clearance is required for this position. We focus on specialization. For this position, we need you to have a deep, senior-level grasp of Fortinet (FortiGate, SD-WAN, FortiAP, NAC/EMS).
