We are hiring Product Managers across several teams in Los Angeles and Phoenix, spanning mid-level and senior roles. The Teams Depending on your background and interests, you may be considered for one or more of the following teams: * Nurture: Lead nurture communications on an AI-first team, guiding customers from early interest through purchase using machine learning, personalization, and experimentation across email, SMS, and push. * Engineering Horizontals - Identity, Experimentation & Data Platform: Own the foundational platforms that power customer trust, product innovation, and regulatory compliance, including authentication, consent management, data privacy APIs, and experimentation infrastructure, as well as the strategic shift in how Carvana consumes and governs data through enterprise adoption of Sigma, migration of legacy SQL Server assets to Snowflake, and ownership of the unit economics of the data platform. * Inventory Workforce and Vehicle Management: Support the design and development of a new collection of AI and Machine Learning vehicle routing and advanced manufacturing solutions. The goal, automate the entire reconditioning process while optimizing for speed, cost and quality. What you’ll be doing While responsibilities vary by team, all roles share a common set of expectations: * Drive the product roadmap and lead end-to-end product development informed by customer research, analytics, and business needs. * Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Analytics, and business stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and ship high-impact initiatives. * Own experimentation and measurement, actively interpreting results and translating insights into continuous product improvements. * Apply AI tools as a core part of how you work, accelerating research, synthesis, prototyping, and day-to-day execution. * Write clear requirements, project briefs, and documentation to align stakeholders and enable effective engineering execution. * Use data to size opportunities, evaluate tradeoffs, and make decisions. * Take full ownership of your product area and be accountable for the long-term trajectory of key business outcomes such as sales, gross profit, customer satisfaction, and cost per unit sold. What you should have/know * A bachelor's degree in STEM, Economics, Finance, Business, Design, or equivalent experience. * Two or more years of product, product analytics, or related experience for mid-level consideration; four or more years for senior-level consideration. * Outcome-oriented and data-driven decision making, backed by expertise in metrics, analytics, and tools such as SQL, Tableau, Looker, or Sigma. * An AI-first approach to product work, with hands-on experience using AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, and day-to-day productivity. * Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and project management skills with strong attention to detail. * Ability to learn and absorb technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical audiences. * Deep product experience at one or more highly successful and ideally high-growth companies. * Strong opinions about consumer products and a developed sense of product taste. * Experience with experiment design and interpretation. * A willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes for the sake of the team and our customers. * Self-motivated with a sense of humor and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment. It would be great if you also have * A genuine passion for AI and its potential to transform product experiences, not just familiarity with the tools but a curiosity about where the technology is headed and how to apply it creatively. * Hands-on experience building or iterating on AI-driven products, including features powered by machine learning, LLMs, RAG, tool-calling, or agent frameworks. * Knowledge of data science best practices and the ability to collaborate closely with data scientists and ML engineers to shape model-informed product decisions. * Strong UX instincts and the ability to anticipate user needs and pain points, especially in AI-assisted or conversational experiences. * Experience with agile methodology and product strategy and roadmapping. * Familiarity with Snowflake, Sigma, Looker, or Tableau for independent data exploration. * Background in automotive, e-commerce, marketplaces, retail, or similarly complex operating environments. Description Warehouse Associate (2nd Shift) Summary INCOG Biopharma Services is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team.  This role is key to the material receipt, storage, handling, movement and reconciliation of inventory at the INCOG facility. This individual will help with the development and continuous improvement of processes and procedures. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient handling, storage, and distribution of GMP products within the warehouse. This role involves receiving, storing, picking, and packing GMP products while adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards.  The warehouse associate will also support handling and delivery of NON-GMP materials throughout the facility. Must be able to meet the physical requirements of this job including operating a forklift, lifting 50lbs or more and being on your feet for 4-6 hours daily. This is a 2nd shift role with typical hours Monday-Friday 3:00PM-11:30PM. Essential Job Functions: ·       Receive incoming pharmaceutical shipments and verify contents against purchase orders, materials specifications and receiving in line with INCOG SOP’s. ·       Receive incoming non-pharmaceutical shipments and verify contents against the purchase order. Delivering to internal customers. ·       Inspect products for damage, discrepancies, or expired items and report any issues to the Warehouse Manager. ·       Store pharmaceutical products in designated areas according to material specifications and regulatory requirements. ·       Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS/SAPbyDesign). ·       Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in periodic physical inventory audits. ·       Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet internal customer demands ·       Ensure all orders are labeled correctly and prepared for internal delivery according to company standards. ·       Able to use barcode scanners and other technology to track and manage inventory. ·       Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP). ·       Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent contamination and ensure product integrity. ·       Assist in maintaining records for regulatory inspections and audits. ·       Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems safely and efficiently. ·       Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions to the Warehouse Manager. ·       Work collaboratively with other warehouse associates and departments to achieve operational goals. ·       Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures. Within Infrastructure, this role sits at the intersection of systems administration, edge device operations, networking, and security, owning the layer between our cloud platform and the thousands of cameras and edge compute units running on customer sites across the world. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Site Reliability Engineer, Networking focussed, to own how Protex devices are provisioned, accessed, secured, and kept healthy in the field. You'll be the technical lead for our remote access stack, OS lifecycle on the edge, fleet-wide patching and upgrades, endpoint security tooling, and the networking posture we present to some of the most security-conscious enterprises in the world. You'll work directly with Infrastructure, Edge Engineering, IT, and customer security teams at Fortune 500 logistics and manufacturing companies. The decisions you make show up in customer security reviews, in the way our devices land on a new site, and in how quickly we can respond when something goes wrong at 3am in a warehouse on the other side of the world. This is a hands-on role with a lot of surface area. You'll be expected to build, document, and operate, and to raise our security bar without slowing the field team down. WHAT YOU'LL OWN * Remote access - Run and evolve our remote access fabric for edge devices. Evaluate and roll out alternative access architectures (outbound-only relays, on-demand session models, hardware-based options) to meet the security requirements of customers who can't accept the default approach. * Edge security & endpoint protection - Deploy and operate security monitoring tools across remote devices via our existing device management platform. Manage sensor policy, vulnerability scanning cadence, the firewall and endpoint documentation we share with customers, and the edge-compute performance budget we're willing to spend on security tooling. * OS lifecycle - Own OS updates, upgrades, and kernel/driver compatibility across the fleet. Lead evaluation and migration work when we need to move to a more enterprise-grade base OS, including compatibility testing across our video analytics stack, GPU drivers, and device management agents. * Provisioning from get-go - Design how a brand-new Protex device goes from box to production: zero-touch or low-touch imaging, identity, secrets, certificates, remote access enrolment, device management registration, and first-boot validation. The bar is "an installer on a customer site can do it in minutes, every time." * Networking & customer security posture - Maintain the firewall, port, and endpoint documentation we hand to customer IT and security teams. Help close audits and procurement security questionnaires. * Systems administration - Internal Linux infrastructure, identity, SSO, MDM where relevant, and the day-to-day systems work that keeps the engineering org and the fleet running.
