Über die Rolle
Als Sales Consultant wirst du ein zentraler Teil unseres Beratungsteams sein und Kund:innen dabei helfen, ihre finanzielle Situation zu verbessern. Du bearbeitest eingehende Kreditanfragen über unsere digitalen Kanäle und Partner, führst Risikoanalysen durch und begleitest Kund:innen durch den gesamten Prozess.
Die Rolle verbindet analytisches Denken mit einer starken Affinität zur Kundenkommunikation - sowohl telefonisch als auch digital. Du hörst aktiv zu, stellst die richtigen Fragen und findest Lösungen, die einen echten Mehrwert für unsere Kund:innen schaffen.
Als einer unserer ersten Mitarbeiter in Deutschland stehst du im Mittelpunkt unserer Expansion. Du wirst keinen strikten Prozessen folgen, sondern uns dabei helfen, zu definieren, wie wir unsere Kunden unterstützen. Zu deinen wichtigsten Aufgaben gehören:
Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Kreditanträgen
Vorbereitung von Risiko- und Kreditwürdigkeitsprüfungen
Bewertung der Rückzahlungsfähigkeit von Kund:innen
Beratung und Begleitung während des gesamten Prozesses
Beitrag zur Verbesserung der finanziellen Sicherheit unserer Kund:innen
Über dich
Wir suchen kommunikative und lösungsorientierte Personen mit ausgeprägten zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten. Du fühlst dich im Kundendialog wohl und schöpfst Energie daraus, Dinge voranzutreiben, Beziehungen aufzubauen und konkrete Ergebnisse zu erzielen. Du lässt dich von klaren Zielen motivieren und kannst Analysen und Zahlen in passende Empfehlungen und Maßnahmen für Kund:innen übersetzen.
Erfahrung in den Bereichen Kundenberatung, Kreditvermittlung oder Sales
Drive, Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig und zielorientiert zu arbeiten
Analytisches Denken und Interesse an persönlicher Finanzplanung

Wichtig: Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich. Schwedischkenntnisse sind ein großes Plus.

Clavister is looking for an IAM Security Engineer to join their Customer Success team and help customers and partners successfully implement and operate their identity and access management solutions. In this role, you will work at the intersection of technology, architecture, and customer collaboration. You will guide customers through implementations, troubleshoot complex environments, and help design secure identity solutions that protect digital identities and enable modern access management. You will play a key role in ensuring that customers gain long-term value from Clavister's IAM solutions while strengthening their partnerships and contributing to the growth of the business. About the Role As an IAM Security Engineer, you will work closely with Clavister's customers and partners to design, implement, and optimize IAM solutions including identity lifecycle management, provisioning, authentication, and federation in complex environments. The role combines technical architecture, consulting, and problem-solving, and requires strong collaboration across teams. You will also contribute to continuous improvements in how Clavister delivers services and supports their customers and partners.
