Som logistikkoordinator får du en central roll i den dagliga driften där du fungerar som länken mellan våra kunder och den operativa verksamheten. Du ansvarar för att planera, koordinera och optimera order- och transportflöden samtidigt som du säkerställer att vårt automatiserade lagersystem används på bästa möjliga sätt. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter: Vara kontaktperson för interna och externa kunder gällande order, transporter och kundärenden. Planera och administrera kundorder och transporter. Registrera inkommande och utgående transporter samt säkerställa korrekt dokumentation. Säkerställa att in- och utlastningsplaner följs samt hantera avvikelser. Ta fram rapporter, analysera nyckeltal och driva förbättringsarbeten. Styra, övervaka och prioritera lagerflöden i vårt automationssystem. Följa upp den dagliga driften och säkerställa att verksamheten levererar enligt plan. Arbeta med produktionsplanering på dag- och veckobasis. Koordinera felsökning och kommunicera med tekniker, operatörer och andra funktioner vid driftstörningar. Samordna kommunikationen med kunder, ledning, intern IT och externa systemleverantörer vid systemrelaterade incidenter. What You Will Look Into: * Goods Receiving: Moving pallets from delivery trucks into the warehouse racks. * Production Area: Moving full component trays (PCB blisters) from SMD Line to Assembly stations, and returning empty trays. * Packing & Shipping: Moving packed pallets to the wrapping machine and then to storage. * Refilling Picking Zones: Making sure our picking areas and manual workbenches stay stocked with parts automatically.
