Vad kommer du att arbeta med? Som Complaint Coordinator ansvarar du för att samordna och driva hanteringen av kundreklamationer för våra Wood Coatings-kunder i hela EMEA. Malmö är vår huvudsakliga produktionsanläggning inom Industrial Coatings Wood, vilket ger tjänsten en viktig funktion i kontakten mellan kunderna och verksamheten. Du följer varje ärende från registrering och prioritering till avslut och ser till att utredningar genomförs strukturerat inom överenskomna tidsramar. Arbetet innebär att samla in och analysera information, granska dokumentation och tillsammans med berörda funktioner fastställa bakomliggande orsaker. Utifrån resultatet samordnar du korrigerande och förebyggande åtgärder, följer upp att de slutförs och utvärderar om de har fått avsedd effekt. About us  The research at the Division of Microstructure Physics focuses on experimental investigations of engineering materials using advanced characterization techniques. We mainly use electron microscopy, atom probe tomography (APT) and large scale facilities (synchrotron and neutron scattering). The research primarily deals with the relation between microstructure and properties, and how this relationship is influenced by processing and in-service degradation. Among the materials studied, steel, hard coatings, zirconium alloys and high entropy materials are central. The applications are often related to energy and sustainability. About the research project   Nuclear fuel is enclosed in cladding tubes made from zirconium alloys. To improve reactor safety and economic performance, new alloys are continuously being developed. In this project, the corrosion behaviour of a novel zirconium alloy will be investigated to improve our understanding of the underlying corrosion mechanisms and support the development of next-generation materials. Advanced characterization techniques, including electron microscopy and atom probe tomography, will be used to study corrosion processes at the atomic scale. Who we are looking for The following requirements are mandatory: To qualify as a Doctoral student, you must have a Master's degree (masterexamen) of 120 credits or a Master’s degree (magisterexamen) of 60 credits* in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science or Mechanical Engineering. Du arbetar nära vår säljavdelning, våra butiker och professionella kunder för att säkerställa att våra produkter används på bästa möjliga sätt. Rollen är varierad och kombinerar teknisk rådgivning med kundkontakt. Du kommer att arbeta nära professionella målare, driva tekniska projekt samt planera och genomföra utbildningar och produktpresentationer. Våra säljare bokar in aktiviteterna, medan du ansvarar för det tekniska innehållet och ser till att varje utbildning eller kundbesök skapar värde. Majoriteten av dina kundbesök sker i Stockholmsområdet och vidare upp mot Norrland, men resor i övriga delar av Sverige förekommer vid behov. Du blir en del av vårt nordiska Technical Service-team med totalt nio kollegor varav fyra stycken är baserade i Malmö. För att bygga starka relationer inom teamet och delta i gemensamma möten reser du till Malmö cirka en gång i månaden. Du rapporterar till Nordic Technical Service Manager. Genomföra kundbesök tillsammans med säljavdelningen eller på eget initiativ enligt planerad resrutt. Stötta kunder före och under projekt genom tekniska bedömningar, målningsbeskrivningar samt objektiv och rådgivande expertis. Hantera reklamationsärenden, oftast i samband med planerade regionala kundbesök. Rapportera i interna system Utföra besiktningar samt genomföra utbildningar för butikspersonal och kunder. Hålla produktgenomgångar och skräddarsydda utbildningar utanför det ordinarie utbildningsprogrammet. Delta i och leda kund- och branschaktiviteter såsom målarfrukostar (cirka en gång per månad) samt större event, exempelvis Måleriets dag. Ge tekniskt och marknadsrelaterat stöd via telefon i en rådgivande och coachande roll. Samarbeta med marknadsavdelningen för att bidra till kunskapsspridning genom sociala medier kanaler. Vem är du? Vi söker dig som är en erfaren målare med ett genuint intresse för teknik, kvalitet och att dela med dig av din kunskap. Du trivs i en roll där du får kombinera din praktiska erfarenhet med rådgivning, utbildning och nära kundkontakt. Som person är du självgående, lösningsorienterad och trygg i mötet med människor. Du har lätt för att skapa förtroende och bygga långsiktiga relationer med både kunder och kollegor. För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har: Målarutbildning och minst 10 års praktisk erfarenhet som målare. Gedigen teknisk kunskap om färg, färgsystem och appliceringsteknik. Erfarenhet av att hålla utbildningar, presentationer eller på annat sätt dela med dig av din kompetens är meriterande. God kommunikativ förmåga och ett professionellt bemötande i dialog med kunder och kollegor. Goda kunskaper i Microsoft Office (Word, Excel och PowerPoint). Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift. B-körkort.
