"Detection and Quantification of Multiple Faults in Residential Heat Pumps” Would you like to work with one of Sweden's strongest brands and be involved in developing the next generation of NIBE products and smart heat pumps? NIBE AB is now recruiting a talented student with a master degree in science to work as an industrial PhD student on smart heat pumps. We are now looking for an industrial PhD student, interested in technology and wants to work on developing sustainable climate solutions. The position will be shared in between Sweden and France. At NIBE's head office, you will work in an international environment with a world-class product portfolio that requires both intensive and high-quality product development. Description of the subject and the position To make these smart heat pumps a reality a heat pump manufacturer, an electricity utility company and a technical university specialized in energy efficiency systems have joined forces to propose an industrial postgraduate student position. Based on previous works, the PhD student will explore the real time assessment of residential heat pump operation, facing one major or several simultaneous faults. This work will include theoretical analysis of heat pump operation, detailed modelling using Dymola software and laboratory testing of real systems installed in climatic chambers. The PhD student will beneficiate from the knowledge and experience of the three partners and be given a unique chance to acquire strong and valuable expertise in control systems, thermodynamics, heat transfer, laboratory testing and modelling. General features about the overall organization The PhD student will be employed by NIBE AB and administratively attached to Mines Paris which will serve as the entity behind the academic examination. Most of the experimental and practical work will be done on the test benches at EDF R&D facilities near Paris. The PhD director will be a professor from Mines Paris and the PhD student will beneficiate from the support of one supervisor from EDF R&D and one supervisor from NIBE AB. The PhD study is planned for three years. Part of the work, around 50%, will be done at NIBE AB premises in Markaryd. The remaining time will be spent in France, at EDF R&D premises at Les Renardières and at Mines Paris. Product & Experience Design • Oversee the end-to-end design of the organisation's digital product portfolio, including financial comparison tools, recommendation engines, editorial content experiences, and emerging AI-powered advisory products. • Own the design system architecture and component library, ensuring consistency, accessibility, scalability, and brand coherence across all platforms and touchpoints. • Lead the design strategy for new product initiatives, including AI chat assistants, personalised financial wellness tools, and machine-learning-optimised content experiences. • Ensure all design output meets the highest standards of usability, accessibility (WCAG compliance), performance, and visual quality. Innovation & AI Integration • Pioneer the integration of AI and machine learning into the design workflow, including AI-first design systems that connect design components directly to AI coding tools to eliminate inconsistencies and accelerate development. • Lead the development of LLM-optimised content templates and information architectures that ensure content is structured for both human consumption and machine-readable citation by large language models. • Drive design innovation through rapid prototyping, consumer testing, and iterative experimentation, enabling the organisation to validate ideas at low cost before committing engineering resources. • Identify and evaluate emerging design technologies, tools, and methodologies that can provide competitive advantage. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence • Partner with Product, Engineering, Editorial, Growth, SEO, and Data Science teams to ensure design thinking is integrated across all workstreams and business decisions. • Collaborate with commercial and partnerships teams to design consumer experiences that drive revenue growth, lead generation, and partner engagement. • Establish and lead cross-functional design review processes, ensuring alignment between design direction and business objectives. • Act as the primary advocate for consumer needs within the organisation, embedding consumer insights and user research evidence into strategic planning and prioritisation. THE ROLE We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing. This role owns the engine room of marketing: the martech stack, campaign hierarchy, lead scoring and routing, and budget, that determine how fast, how well, and how cost-effectively marketing-generated demand converts into pipeline impact. You'll work hand-in-hand with RevOps and the wider marketing team, and in particular a regional marketing director, to make sure every region has the reporting it needs to run its business. You're equally comfortable in the weeds of a routing rule and in a room with regional leadership explaining what the numbers mean. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own campaign hierarchy and structure: Build and maintain a clean, consistent campaign hierarchy in Salesforce (and connected tools) so every initiative, a single webinar, a third-party event, a sponsorship, a paid campaign, rolls up correctly into its parent program and ultimately into channel and pipeline reporting. * Enable campaign-level analytics: Make sure every campaign is structured and tagged so its performance can be isolated on its own or rolled up to the program level. Partner with RevOps and the Data Analytics team on how those metrics get modeled and presented, so at any given point we know exactly which campaigns are driving pipeline and which aren't. * Own the martech stack: Administer and continuously improve our marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, intent data, BI/analytics tools), keeping tools integrated, clean, and trusted. * Manage the marketing ops budget: Monitor spend across tools, campaigns, and vendors; ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget; and flag cost-effectiveness issues before they become a problem. * Improve speed-to-lead: In close partnership with RevOps, design, implement, and iterate lead scoring models and routing logic so the right leads reach the right rep as fast as possible. * Partner with RevOps: Be marketing's counterpart to RevOps on funnel definitions, handoffs, SLAs, and data hygiene across the lead-to-opportunity process. * Support regional marketing leadership: Work closely with regional marketing directors, alongside RevOps and the Data Analytics team, to make sure each region has the dashboards and reporting it needs for visibility into pipeline, funnel performance, and campaign impact. * Drive data integrity: Own the data model connecting marketing systems to Salesforce, and Hubspot, ensuring consistent fields, campaign attribution, and reporting logic across the funnel. * Enable the marketing team: Act as the go-to person for marketing systems and reporting questions, training the wider team on tools, processes, and self-serve dashboards. WHAT YOU BRING * An analytical, AI-enabled business mindset: 4-5 years of experience in marketing operations, equally comfortable building a report and explaining what it means for the business, is a campaign underperforming because of targeting, creative, or timing, and what should we do about it. You're quick to bring in AI tools (e.g., Clay) to work faster and smarter, not just to keep up with them. * Campaign reporting expertise: A track record of designing campaign hierarchies and reporting structures that let stakeholders drill from a single event or ad down to individual performance, and back up to full program-level ROI. * Salesforce expertise: Hands-on experience administering Salesforce, including the Campaign object, campaign hierarchies, and reporting/dashboards. This is a requirement. * Marketing automation and BI fluency: Experience with a marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Customer.io) and comfortable working in analytics/BI tools such as Hex, Looker, or Tableau, enough to partner effectively with RevOps and the Data Analytics team on how metrics get modeled and presented. You don't need to build every dashboard solo. * Lead scoring and routing experience: Proven experience designing lead scoring models and routing logic, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. * Systems thinking: You see how tools, data, and process connect, and default to fixing the underlying system rather than patching one-off issues. * Clear communicator: You can explain technical or data concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including regional leaders who need answers, not jargon. We are looking for an experienced Head of Production to lead our in-house game production and ensure the successful delivery of games from concept through release. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving production environment and knows how to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex, multi-team deliveries. The Role As Head of Production at Hacksaw Studios, you will own the end-to-end production pipeline - from concept through release. Working closely with production, QA, compliance, and management teams, you will ensure that every game is delivered on time, to the right standard, and with full visibility on risks, certification, and release planning. Your key responsibilities include: Serve as the senior production leader across all active productions, ensuring Team Leads have the direction, support, and tools they need to deliver. Maintain oversight of all ongoing game productions, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and delivery risks. Ensure effective resource planning and delivery across the production organisation. Act as the primary point of contact for production status, timelines, risks, and dependencies. Maintain expert knowledge of Hacksaw's end-to-end production process, including design, development, QA, compliance, certification, and release. Ensure games are prepared for certification and release in accordance with regulatory requirements. Coordinate with Compliance and QA teams throughout the production lifecycle to maintain consistent quality and release readiness. Continuously improve production processes, planning methodologies, and delivery practices to increase efficiency, predictability, and scalability. What We're Looking For You bring: Proven experience in a senior production leadership role, ideally within the gaming industry. A strong understanding of end-to-end game production processes, from concept through release. The ability to lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple concurrent productions. A structured, organised approach with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and to a high standard. Strong communication skills - you're comfortable operating across all levels of the organisation, from production teams to senior management. The confidence to have difficult conversations, give direct feedback, and drive resolution when things get complex. Nice-to-have: Experience in the regulated real-money gaming or iGaming industry. Familiarity with compliance, certification, and regulatory requirements relevant to game releases. A personal interest in games and the gaming industry. A deep understanding of game mechanics, player psychology, and what makes products successful. The ability to define and communicate a clear product vision, and the conviction to make difficult decisions when needed. Strong leadership skills with experience working cross-functionally across creative and technical teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
