Som lärare inom Kriminalvården arbetar du i tre funktioner. Du undervisar dina studerande på anstalten Salberga i lärcentrums lokaler och du kommer även att stötta studerande i rollen som pedagogisk handledare för dem som har sin ämneslärare på distans i myndigheten. Förutom det undervisar du även studerande på distans som studerar på andra anstalter dock sker allt arbete på plats på anstalten. Om tjänsten Vi söker nu en legitimerad lärare i svenska och svenska som andraspråk på gymnasial nivå till ett vikariat på KompetensCentrum i Tidaholms kommun. KompetensCentrum är vuxenutbildning som ligger i nära anslutning till Rudbecksgymnasiet där vi erbjuder kurser och utbildningar inom många olika områden och på olika nivåer. På KompetensCentrum sker undervisningen till stor del i form av närdistans, medan några kurser är på plats också. Närdistans innebär att kursen inleds med en fysisk uppstart tillsammans med eleverna. Därefter bedrivs undervisningen huvudsakligen på distans, där eleverna har regelbundna digitala handledningar/lektioner under kursens gång. Eleverna kan även ha handledning på plats på så kallade Studiestugor. Vid olika tillfällen genomförs provuppgifter och examinationer på plats. Kurserna är vanligtvis på 20 veckor och startar 4 gånger om året. Tillsammans har KompetensCentrum och Rudbecksgymnasiet ett nära samarbete, vilket du kan komma att märka på olika sätt. Eventuellt kommer du ha någon kurs även på Rudbecksgymnasiet. Rudbecksgymnasiet är lokaliserat i en fin miljö med vatten vid Vulcanön. Skolan har byggnader på Vulcanön samt på Smedjegatan och ligger mitt bland lummiga grönområden. Vi lägger stor vikt vid samarbete mellan personal och mellan elever på skolans olika program.
