Product Mindset: You have experience with, or a strong appetite for, Product Management/Product Ownership. You care just as much about why you are building something as how you are building it. The Startup Gene: You excel in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you can take initiative and work independently. Cross-Disciplinary Curiosity (Big Plus!): A strong interest in or exposure to 3D creation (e.g., Unreal Engine, Blender) and/or Machine Learning (specifically Generative AI or Stable Diffusion). Understanding these domains will give you a massive advantage in collaborating with our specialized team members! A Team Player: A problem solving intellect with a team player spirit and a positive can-do attitude. What We Offer A competitive salary, pension, insurances and Stock Options. Healthy work-life balance. Challenging tasks that are at the forefront of technology. The autonomy to make major technical decisions and influence the product direction. An international, caring culture where it is natural to both ask for and offer help. Flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home some days a week. Fun at work. Recruitment Process Application Review First Interview (1-1 with COO) - More about you. This is our chance to learn who you are and what you bring to the table. Technical interview (with 2-3 from the Repli5 team). You're given a technical problem related to the position and you are expected to present how you would solve this. This is followed by general technical questions Final stage is a sync with the CEO.

We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. The role As a Frontend-Leaning Fullstack Engineer at Legora, you'll shape the interfaces that legal professionals rely on every day, while staying comfortable moving down the stack when the problem calls for it. You'll own features end-to-end, from design handoff through to production, and help set the bar for what a fast, polished, and reliable product experience looks like. *This is a Stockholm-based, 5-day in-office role, we believe building together in person drives better outcomes. What you will be doing: Design, build, and ship high-quality features across our web platform, with a strong emphasis on frontend craftsmanship, performance, and usability. Own the full lifecycle of a feature, from UI to the underlying APIs and services that power it. Work with technologies such as React, TypeScript, Node.js, and our design system, while occasionally reaching into backend and infrastructure as needed. Collaborate closely with design and product to translate ideas into interfaces that feel fast, intuitive, and delightful. Champion frontend architecture, component quality, and performance best practices across the team. Review code and mentor colleagues, raising the overall technical bar and fostering a culture of excellence. Contribute to broader technical and product discussions to ensure the platform evolves sustainably. Who you are An engineer with experience building and shipping modern software products. Comfortable working across the stack, with strong skills in frontend development and a genuine eye for detail and UX. Passionate about writing maintainable, secure code — and take pride in building things that last. A problem solver who enjoys thinking about architecture, data flows, and long-term sustainability. Familiar with backend concepts, cloud infrastructure, and integrations (experience with enterprise-scale systems is a plus). Proactive, curious, and motivated by working in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment. React Native experience is a plus. Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. The Role This role sits at the intersection of law, technology, and product—supporting SMB clients across EMEA. You’ll help lean legal teams (often without large innovation/ops functions) adopt and scale Legora in a way that delivers real outcomes quickly. You’ll work closely with Legal Engineers, Customer Success, Product, and Go-To-Market to help clients move from first value to repeatable workflows—while feeding what you learn back into how the product evolves. What you’ll be doing Support SMB client onboarding, pilots, and adoption across EMEA—helping clients get to value quickly and confidently. Configure and run standard use cases end-to-end using templates (e.g. contract review, document analysis, drafting workflows), then refine based on user feedback. Deliver clear, tailored demos and training to different audiences—from day-to-day users to decision-makers—focusing on why each feature matters, not just how it works. Capture user insights and translate them into actionable product feedback, helping shape improvements that make the platform more scalable and intuitive. Document best practices and contribute to playbooks so we can deliver consistently excellent outcomes across a growing SMB client base. Own discrete workstreams on wider client programmes, managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations with increasing autonomy. Who you are You’ll thrive in this role if you’re curious, structured, and comfortable operating in ambiguity—while still delivering high-quality outcomes. Exposure to and interest in law: you’ve completed an LLB (2:1) or equivalent, with some legal work experience (e.g. paralegal, trainee, intern, in-house placement). Experience level: 0–2 years. Tech-curious and product-minded: you don’t need to code, but you enjoy experimenting with AI tools, learning product features quickly, and iterating on workflows (including basic prompt engineering). Strong communicator: you can translate between lawyers and technologists clearly and confidently, adapting your style to the room. Analytical and detail-oriented: you can evaluate outputs, spot issues, and propose pragmatic improvements. Proactive and reliable: you follow through, manage expectations, and know when to escalate risks or blockers. Comfortable with SMB dynamics: you understand that SMB clients value speed-to-impact, clarity, and practical guidance over long change programmes. What success looks like (Associate level) You execute defined client deliverables with growing autonomy, supporting multiple pilots simultaneously. You independently configure standard use cases using templates, explain the setup to users, and capture feedback in crisp notes. You deliver strong demos (especially to existing clients on new features), and follow up with clear summaries and next steps. You manage specific workstreams on broader programmes—owners, dependencies, deadlines—adjusting quickly when constraints change. You build trust with stakeholders through responsiveness, clarity, and reliable delivery. You can speak credibly about how AI is impacting legal work, and connect those implications to Legora’s capabilities. A few more things Legora is fast-growing, and this is a role with real autonomy and responsibility. If you’re excited by building from first principles, learning quickly, and helping SMB legal teams transform how they work—this is the moment. Ready to join us in building the intelligent future of law? Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. What you'll be doing Let's get the tricky part out of the way: this role doesn't fit neatly into a traditional box. Be the voice of government and institutional users inside Legora - sharing insights from policy teams, regulatory bodies, parliamentary counsel offices, and public sector legal departments that directly inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction. Delivering clear, confident product demos and training that bring the power of our platform to life - whether you're presenting to a government legal department, rolling out to a regulatory agency, or training institutional legal teams. Documenting best practices from leading public sector organisations, contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, and help shape how we grow this function globally. Confidently helping government and institutional teams navigate one of the biggest shifts in how public sector legal work operates - from evaluating the ROI and efficiency gains of AI to clearly mapping how AI will impact different functions, from legislative drafting to regulatory compliance and policy development. Understanding and navigating the unique requirements of public sector organisations, including security clearances, data sovereignty, transparency obligations, and procurement processes. What you bring You come from the world of government or institutional law; but you've never been content with how things have always been done. You may have worked as a government lawyer, parliamentary counsel, or legal adviser in a public institution, managing complex policy matters and legislative work. Perhaps you've worked in private practice serving government clients, understanding their unique needs and constraints. Maybe you've been involved in legal operations, digital transformation, or innovation initiatives within the public sector. Either way, you know how government and institutional legal teams think, work, and (sometimes) struggle and you're ready to help them level up with technology. You'll thrive in this role if you: Have a background in law, with experience working in government, public institutions, or serving public sector clients - ideally with exposure to multiple departments, policy areas, or jurisdictions. Understand the public sector context: accountability to citizens, budget constraints, transparency requirements, complex stakeholder management, and the balance between innovation and risk aversion in government settings. Are tech-curious and product-savvy. Not necessarily a coder, but passionate about navigating technical conversations, especially around things like generative AI, technology implementation, innovation and productivity. Communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders, from government legal advisers to policy makers, and from civil servants to engineers. I.e. translating across disciplines is second nature to you. Bring structure to ambiguity and energy to complexity; and enjoy being the calm, credible presence in a fast-moving environment. Understand how to evaluate and improve existing processes as a direct result of new and emerging technologies - whether that's streamlining legislative drafting, enhancing regulatory analysis, improving policy development, or managing freedom of information requests. Are proactive, self-directed, and comfortable juggling multiple client relationships at once. Care deeply about quality, but don't get stuck in perfectionism - you get things done, and you make them better over time. Navigate security and confidentiality requirements with confidence, understanding the sensitivities of working with government and institutional clients. Appreciate the mission-driven nature of public sector work and the importance of delivering value for taxpayers and citizens. A few more things We're a fast-growing company with bold ambitions, so you'll be joining at a time when things are moving quickly - in the best possible way. You'll have a lot of autonomy, a lot of responsibility, and the chance to genuinely shape how this function evolves. Everyone here has a founder-mentality.

What you’ll be doing Let's get the tricky part out of the way: this role doesn't fit neatly into a traditional box. It's part legal ops, part product specialist, part solutions architect, and part client whisperer. If you enjoy roles that stay static, this probably isn't it. Your mission is to help our clients, some of the most sophisticated tax and legal advisory teams in the world, get the absolute most out of our platform. Some of what you'll be up to: Acting as a thought partner to tax partners, legal advisory leaders, and consulting teams - building trusted relationships, addressing tricky pain points, and identifying high-value opportunities for them to scale their use of Legora across service lines and jurisdictions. Confidently helping tax and legal advisory teams navigate one of the biggest shifts in how professional services operate - from evaluating the ROI and competitive advantage of AI to clearly mapping how AI will impact different service lines, from tax compliance to regulatory advisory. What you bring You come from the world of tax and legal advisory; but you've never been content with how things have always been done. You may have trained at a Big 4 firm, working across tax structuring, legal advisory, or consulting. Perhaps you've specialised in legal operations, innovation, or technology implementation within a professional services environment. Maybe you've even moved into legal tech or consultancy, helping advisory teams modernise and scale. Either way, you know how tax and legal advisory teams think, work, and (sometimes) struggle and you're ready to help them level up with technology. You'll thrive in this role if you: Have a background in law or tax, with experience at a Big 4 firm or leading professional services practice - ideally with exposure to multiple service lines, jurisdictions, or innovation initiatives. Are proactive, self-directed, and comfortable juggling multiple client relationships at once. Care deeply about quality, but don't get stuck in perfectionism - you get things done, and you make them better over time. Understand the commercial realities of professional services: leveraging teams efficiently, demonstrating value to clients, managing complex multi-jurisdictional matters, and balancing technical excellence with commercial delivery. What you’ll do You’ll lead the post-sale customer experience, owning onboarding, adoption and long-term value realization for a portfolio of Mid-Market firms or corporates. Specifically, you will: Design each client’s adoption playbook: the tailored change-management approach, stakeholder map and target outcomes for how that firm adopts Legora and transforms the way they work. Execute against that playbook, sequencing initiatives from initial rollout to firm-wide scaled adoption and adapting as the client’s needs and Legora’s capabilities evolve. Act as a strategic advisor who deeply understands client goals and legal workflows, surfaces high-impact opportunities, and guides teams toward maximum value from Legora. Drive sustained value through a structured operating cadence: success plans, enablement, stakeholder check-ins, training and value reviews. Orchestrate engagement from cross-functional teams to accelerate client success (GTM, Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Marketing, Support), maintaining end-to-end account context and coordination. Translate customer feedback into action by collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to inform roadmap, positioning, and enablement. What you bring You care deeply about customer outcomes and you know that transformation has to be designed and led. You’re proactive, strategic and comfortable steering demanding, senior stakeholders through significant change. You take pride in being the reason customers adopt, grow and succeed. We’re looking for A consulting or transformation background, with a demonstrated track record of designing and delivering change-management programs inside large, complex organizations. Experience building tailored, client-level transformation roadmaps and adoption plans and steering them to measurable outcomes. 3 - 6 years in management consulting, customer success, account management, or a related field, ideally with exposure to high-growth B2B SaaS or Legal Tech. A track record of driving adoption, retention, and satisfaction with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders. Experience working with legal, compliance, or other regulated and complex industries or the ability to learn a complex domain exceptionally fast. Strong program and project management skills; you keep multi-workstream initiatives moving and your clients confident. Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal. You can lead boardroom conversations with legal leaders and roll up your sleeves with hands-on teams. High EQ: you know when to listen, when to advise and when to act. A love of fast-paced, early-stage environments where you help build the playbook, not just follow it. Comfort with metrics and driven by data, customer health, and outcomes over process. What we offer: At Legora, you’ll have the chance to build long-term, strategic relationships with some of the world’s leading law firms - working on truly impactful problems from day one. You’ll be part of a fast-scaling, entrepreneurial environment where your ideas matter and your growth is a priority. As an early member of the Engagement Management team, your work will be visible, meaningful, and closely connected to both our clients and our product evolution. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, helping shape not just customer outcomes but how we engage and support legal professionals across the globe. We offer a competitive salary, a high-upside equity program, and full support for relocation to our centrally located Stockholm office - designed for focus, energy, and great collaboration. Your mission: improve reliability, boost performance, and build a rock-solid platform that scales with the company. You'll work hands-on across infrastructure and backend systems, helping teams ship faster, safer, and smarter. What you will be doing: Build the core infrastructure and reliability abstractions that all our engineering teams use Sit with all teams and help them structure their SRE efforts: observability, alerting, fault tolerance and reliability Proactively monitor our infrastructure and develop it for hyperscale and reliability Contribute to incident response and post-incident learning Work with Pulumi on primarily Azure, but also AI deployments on AWS and GCP Who you are You have years of experience as a backend engineer but have solid infrastructure, observability, monitoring know-how Experience with Kubernetes Experience with Pulumi (preferred) or similar IaC tools like AWS CDK, Terraform But most importantly, you are someone who “Gets stuff done” and understands building a $10bn company isn’t always glamorous and takes hard work and long hours Proactively and independently solves the most burning problems Strives in a fast-paced environment where the answers aren’t always clear and processes are few Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. The role As a Data Scientist at Legora you will turn data into decisions. You'll sit close to the business, taking questions end-to-end: shaping the metric, modelling the data in dbt, running the analysis, and making the recommendation. You'll pull in new data sources when you need to, but the underlying instrumentation and platform belong to our data engineering team. Insights are useful; impact is what we hire for. We're an AI-first data team. We believe the data function should be redesigned around what AI now makes possible, not retrofitted with it, and we want someone excited to help define what that looks like in practice. There's no single profile we hire for. Some of us are strongest at data modelling and analytics engineering, some at experimentation and causal inference, some at machine learning, some at stakeholder influence. You'll likely be excellent at one or two of these and competent across the rest. That's the bar. We're a small, centralised team supporting the whole company, hiring for the person, not the seat. Depending on your strengths and where we have the biggest gap when you join, you could be embedded primarily with: Product: instrumentation, feature adoption, user behaviour, A/B testing, shaping the roadmap with PMs and designers. Finance & RevOps: ARR, NRR, forecasting, board reporting, pricing analytics across a 40-country footprint, and unit economics for an AI-native product. Growth & Marketing: acquisition funnels, attribution, campaign measurement, lifecycle analytics, and what actually moves enterprise legal buyers. GTM & Customer Success: pipeline analytics, customer health, expansion signals, and retention drivers in a category that didn't exist three years ago. You'll partner directly with leaders across Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM, most of whom are unusually data-fluent and will happily open a SQL editor with you. Your work will directly influence how we prioritise, how we sell, how we price, and how we build. What you will be doing Partner with stakeholders across Product, Finance, GTM, Growth, and beyond to translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations. Define the metrics that matter, design the experiments or analyses that test them, and measure the impact of what we ship. Conduct deep-dive analyses on the questions that move the business, and proactively surface the questions nobody is asking yet. Model the data you need for your work in dbt, pulling in new sources when necessary, and partner closely with data engineering on anything that needs to scale beyond your immediate use case. Build dashboards and reporting that scale beyond you, so the company can answer its own questions where possible. Help shape how the data team operates as we scale: standards, tooling, ways of working. What you'll need Strong proficiency in SQL and Python. Solid grasp of data modelling and what it takes to build analytical work that is reliable and trusted. Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence decisions through data storytelling, including pushing back when the data doesn't support what someone wants to do. Genuine depth in at least one of the following, with competence across the rest and curiosity to grow: Data modelling and analytics engineering (dbt, dimensional modelling, semantic layers, self-service) Experimentation and causal inference (A/B test design, quasi-experiments, statistical rigour) Machine learning and applied data science (forecasting, prediction, segmentation, evaluation) Product analytics and metric design (funnels, cohorts, adoption frameworks, North Star metrics) Nice to have Experience in a product-led or SaaS environment, ideally B2B. Hands-on experience with our stack: Snowflake, dbt, Hex, Dagster. Prior experience as an early data hire at a fast-growing company, i.e. you've built the muscle, not inherited it. Most importantly, you are someone who "Gets stuff done" and understands building a $10bn company isn't always glamorous and takes hard work and long hours. Thrives in a fast-paced environment where the answers aren't always clear and processes are few. Is genuinely domain-curious. You don't need to have worked on every part of a business, but you should be excited to. The role World-class legal AI is built on world-class legal data, and getting that right is one of the most critical and complex challenges at Legora. Every jurisdiction holds billions of pages of critical legal text scattered across hundreds of sources: statutes, case law, regulatory guidance, secondary materials, and more. Only about 3% is publicly accessible on the web. The rest is buried across courts, agencies, and archives. Getting this right doesn't just improve a product feature — it shapes how lawyers around the world navigate legal information for the next several decades. As a Legal Analyst at Legora, you will work at the heart of this challenge from day one. You'll contribute to mapping the legal source ecosystem, learn how we prioritize what we go after, and quickly take on real responsibility as you grow into the role. Few positions offer a more direct line to Legora's ability to navigate the law correctly — or a steeper learning curve. What you will be doing Contribute to building the best AI-native legal research product in the world, fueled by high-coverage, high-quality legal data Work closely with product lawyers and engineers to shape the legal data layer for the age of AI Map out the legal data landscape across key jurisdictions; learn how statutes, case law, secondary sources, and regulatory content interrelate, and build a clear picture of what exists, where it lives, and how it connects Conduct deep dives into individual sources, assess available material, document types, commercial value, and the legal preconditions for data acquisition Prioritize data acquisition based on client demand, user value, and Legora's broader data coverage strategy Who you are A newly graduated lawyer with a strong academic background and a sharp eye for detail You are excited about what AI is doing to the legal industry — and eager to be close to that shift from the very beginning Someone who finds legal source theory and jurisdictional complexity interesting, not intimidating — the kind of lawyer who has always enjoyed going deeper You are thorough and precise, with a natural attention to detail Curious, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where the answer isn't always obvious What's in it for you The legal data infrastructure you help build will be what lawyers across the world use to navigate law for decades to come Real responsibility from day one, with a clear path to growing into a senior role as Legora scales Career development opportunities at one of the fastest growing AI companies in the world Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience.
