Arbetet som helhet är varierande och sker på organisations-, grupp- och individnivå och i samverkan med skolans personal, vårdnadshavare och andra instanser men självklart också tvärprofessionellt inom ramen för vår egen verksamhet. Samverkan med andra instanser och aktörer ingår vid behov. I den centralt organiserade barn- och elevhälsan arbetar skolsköterskor, skolläkare, skolpsykologer (varav en mot förskolan), logopeder (både mot grund- och förskolan), specialpedagoger mot förskolan samt en medicinskt ledningsansvarig sjuksköterska och en medicinsk sekreterare. ARBETSUPPGIFTER Vi söker nu en utbildad specialpedagog som vill vara med och bidra till vårt arbete med stöd till förskolan. Du kommer att få arbeta både operativt och strategiskt och vara en viktig part i det förebyggande och hälsofrämjande arbetet. Du kommer att vara en del av Barnhälsoteamen ute på förskolorna. Det finns redan 5 specialpedagoger mot förskolan i vår organisation och även en Logoped samt en skolpsykolog med inriktning förskolan, så ni kommer att arbeta en hel del även tillsammans och ha stöd och hjälp av varandra i arbetet. Tillsammans bildar ni vårt förskoleteam! Ditt arbete bygger på att identifiera, analysera och medverka i det förebyggande och hälsofrämjande arbetet med att se möjligheter, undanröja hinder och svårigheter i de olika lärmiljöerna. Arbetet sker utifrån observationer och analyseras på organisations-, grupp- och individnivå. Du ska vara en kvalificerad samtalspartner och handleda i pedagogiska frågor för pedagogisk personal i förskolan. Du ska samverka och utgöra ett stöd i arbetet tillsammans med förskolorna. Du samverkar med externa aktörer som barnhälsovården, logopedmottagningen och habiliteringen med flera. Vid behov möter du också vårdnadshavare för samtal och råd kring det behov av stöd barnet behöver/har i förskolemiljön. Planering och prioritering av arbetet sker i samråd med din ansvariga chef och i samarbete med ansvariga rektorer. KVALIFIKATIONER Grundkrav för tjänsten: Utbildad specialpedagog med förskriven kompetens. Vana av att planera, genomföra, utvärdera, dokumentera och följa upp barns kunskapsutveckling och väl insatt i förskolans styrdokument. Egen flerårig erfarenhet av arbete med barn. Mycket bra muntliga och skriftliga kunskaper i svenska samt bra kunskaper i engelska. Körkort B och tillgång till bil. About us At the Division of Physical Resource Theory, we study how societies can transition towards sustainability. Building on physics and systems analysis, our interdisciplinary research connects technical and social sciences to address challenges such as climate change, energy transitions and sustainable land use. The position(s) will be based in the Energy Technology and Policy group which develops methods to evaluate the realism of energy and climate futures. About the research project The Energy Technology and Policy group (http://www.entap.net/) is recruiting up to 2 postdoctoral researchers on technology foresight for policy-driven low-carbon technologies. The postdoctoral position will focus on developing data-driven approaches for probabilistic modelling of new technologies, both established technologies like solar and wind as well as emerging technologies like hydrogen.
