Du kommer att få möta alla möjliga typer av människor, frågeställningar och problem. Din huvudsakliga arbetsuppgift är att svara på inkommande samtal från människor i nöd. Som SOS-operatör svarar du på nödnumret 112 och är den hjälpsökandes första kontakt innan andra hjälpresurser är på plats. 112-samtalen omfattar allt ifrån akuta sjukdomsfall, trafikolyckor, bränder till samtal där någon är i behov av en trygg röst. Med intervjustöd och anpassad teknik säkerställer du att rätt resurser skickas till rätt plats i rätt tid. I pågående samtal samverkar du med kollegor och externa resurser så som polis, räddningstjänst och ambulans. Arbetet bedrivs ofta i ett högt tempo och hjälpsökande står alltid i fokus. Arbetet bedrivs på SOS-centralen där du sitter i en öppen miljö tillsammans med dina kollegor. Utbildning För att få rätt förutsättningar för att lyckas som SOS-operatör inleds anställningen med en gedigen utbildning på vår utbildningsenhet i Kista varvat med praktisk träning ute på centralen där du har en handledare. Du behöver därför kunna vara iväg hemifrån under enstaka veckor då utbildningen bedrivs fysiskt på plats i Kista. Vi står för alla omkostnader i samband med resan till vår utbildningsenhet. The work will focus on emergency care and urgent cases. Emergency care work is performed independently while working within a multidisciplinary team. The work is shift-based and may contain evening-, night- and Sunday shifts. In our 24/7 veterinary hospitals across Finland, pets are cared for by dedicated teams of veterinary professionals.
