Dina arbetsuppgifter – skapa förutsättningar för fossilfri elproduktion Som analytiker på enheten Elproduktion och samhälle arbetar du med frågor kopplade till elektrifieringen och utvecklingen av framtidens energisystem. Arbetet omfattar kvalificerade utredningar- och analyser där du väger samman energi, samhällsbyggnad och miljöintressen. Du genomför både fördjupade analyser inom specifika områden och analyser av mer övergripande frågor om energisystemets utveckling. Du analyserar energipolitiska mål och styrmedel, elmarknadens utveckling, och omvärldsfaktorer som påverkar elsystemet. En stor del av arbetet består av att ta fram rapporter och beslutsunderlag, samt att kommunicera resultat och slutsatser internt och externt. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter: Delta i utredningsarbete. How fast can new climate technologies grow and what can policy realistically do to accelerate them? About the research project The Energy Technology and Policy group (http://www.entap.net/) is recruiting up to 2 postdoctoral researchers on technology foresight for policy-driven low-carbon technologies. The postdoctoral position will focus on developing data-driven approaches for probabilistic modelling of new technologies, both established technologies like solar and wind as well as emerging technologies like hydrogen. The positions will be linked to a number of national projects and embedded in the ENTAP group, with a strong international network and tradition of interdisciplinary collaboration through shared work spaces and a joint seminars. Most engineering teams still treat AI coding tools as a productivity add-on bolted onto business-as-usual development. At Eliq, we're building a true agentic engineering team, and we're looking for an AI-Native Software Engineer to join the cross-functional team behind our app and our modular, white-label web platform — orchestrating AI agents, not hand-cranking every line of code, to turn ideas into shipped features. This is a role for a curious, hands-on builder who enjoys orchestrating AI agents and verifying their work, rather than typing every line themselves. You'll have the space and support to take initiative, contribute to Product and UX/UI decisions, and see the direct results of your work. You'll be operating in a small, high-ownership team building the platform that powers 30+ utilities across 13 European markets. This is not a role where you wait for a fully-specced ticket — it's about orchestrating agents, verifying their output, and owning features end to end. About the research project Despite increasing research on car-free households, there is still a lack of understanding of how car owners and non-car owners differ in their mobility patterns, satisfaction, and use of mobility services such as car-sharing, cargo-bikes, and attitudes toward emerging technologies such as shared autonomous vehicles. This project addresses that gap through a mixed-method study combining survey data with in-depth interviews. An interdisciplinary approach, integrating systems and policy perspectives with behavioral psychology, will deepen the analysis. LeadIT is a global initiative that brings together member states and companies, co-chaired by the governments of India and Sweden. Its mandate is to advance a just and equitable global industry transition and to align industry with the Paris Agreement. The Secretariat, hosted by SEI, supports its members and the mission of transitioning heavy and energy-intensive industries, including iron and steel – work that is set to expand and deepen. The role This full-time role is central to maintaining momentum in the iron and steel sector: developing industry transition partnerships and supporting cooperation to accelerate industrial decarbonization, in line with LeadIT’s mission. You will define and develop work areas for the green iron and steel sector and contribute to the global industrial decarbonization agenda, working closely with colleagues, partners and industry. The work is multifaceted – spanning industrial co-operation, multilateral development banks, technical research, international institutions, diplomatic missions, industrial policy and national transition plans. Within the LeadIT Secretariat, you will help enable the decarbonization of iron and steel globally, providing countries and companies in emerging markets with assistance through LeadIT members, partners and stakeholders. This work is expected to support the development and implementation of iron and steel transitions worldwide, channelling technical and industrial expertise from LeadIT’s network to those preparing for decarbonization. Key duties and responsibilities Provide leadership that drives strong stakeholder and partner engagement and effective project delivery. Develop and operationalize an assistance facility for emerging markets on industry transition. Lead the LeadIT Secretariat’s work on iron and steel collaboration with industry, research institutions, LeadIT members and partners, and with emerging markets. Develop and strengthen technical collaboration on decarbonization, with a focus on the iron and steel sector. Liaise with companies, technical experts from industry, trade associations and research institutions. About the team The Water, Coasts and Ocean Team works across three thematic pillars: Resilient Infrastructures, One Water and Blue Economy. Across these pillars, the team addresses increasingly complex challenges involving data integration, cross-sectoral cooperation and digital decision-support – from freshwater systems and coastal resilience to offshore infrastructure and critical national services. Several funded projects now require integrated capacity in data (systems, modelling and governance). Recruiting a researcher with strong expertise in data systems is a strategic priority for delivery, proposal development and analytical leadership. What you bring You come from the world of government or institutional law; but you've never been content with how things have always been done. You may have worked as a government lawyer, parliamentary counsel, or legal adviser in a public institution, managing complex policy matters and legislative work. Perhaps you've worked in private practice serving government clients, understanding their unique needs and constraints. Maybe you've been involved in legal operations, digital transformation, or innovation initiatives within the public sector. Either way, you know how government and institutional legal teams think, work, and (sometimes) struggle and you're ready to help them level up with technology. You'll thrive in this role if you: Have a background in law, with experience working in government, public institutions, or serving public sector clients - ideally with exposure to multiple departments, policy areas, or jurisdictions. Understand the public sector context: accountability to citizens, budget constraints, transparency requirements, complex stakeholder management, and the balance between innovation and risk aversion in government settings. Are tech-curious and product-savvy. Not necessarily a coder, but passionate about navigating technical conversations, especially around things like generative AI, technology implementation, innovation and productivity. Communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders, from government legal advisers to policy makers, and from civil servants to engineers. I.e. translating across disciplines is second nature to you. Bring structure to ambiguity and energy to complexity; and enjoy being the calm, credible presence in a fast-moving environment. Understand how to evaluate and improve existing processes as a direct result of new and emerging technologies - whether that's streamlining legislative drafting, enhancing regulatory analysis, improving policy development, or managing freedom of information requests. Are proactive, self-directed, and comfortable juggling multiple client relationships at once. Care deeply about quality, but don't get stuck in perfectionism - you get things done, and you make them better over time. Navigate security and confidentiality requirements with confidence, understanding the sensitivities of working with government and institutional clients.
