Den formella befattningsbenämningen är BVKF Föreståndare, men rollen motsvarar i många verksamheter en kemikaliesamordnare, kemikaliesäkerhetsspecialist, HSE/EHS-specialist eller säkerhetsspecialist. Om rollen Som kemikaliesamordnare arbetar du både strategiskt och operativt med frågor som rör kemikaliehantering, brandfarliga varor, riskbedömningar och regelefterlevnad. Rollen fungerar som stöd till chefer och verksamhet i frågor som rör lagkrav, säker hantering och utveckling av rutiner och processer. Eftersom funktionen är under uppbyggnad kommer du tillsammans med din kollega att få en central roll i att etablera arbetssätt och styrning inom området.  Arbetet innebär även samverkan med verksamheter på flera orter inom regionen, vilket medför vissa resor. Arbetsuppgifter  Du kommer bland annat att: Utveckla och implementera rutiner, processer och styrande dokument inom kemikaliehantering och brandfarliga varor. Stödja verksamheten i frågor kring kemikaliesäkerhet och lagstiftning. Genomföra och följa upp riskbedömningar. Säkerställa efterlevnad av lagar, föreskrifter och interna styrdokument. Ge råd och stöd till chefer och medarbetare. Planera och genomföra utbildningar och informationsinsatser. Delta i utredningar, uppföljningar och förbättringsarbete. Följa utvecklingen inom lagstiftning och myndighetskrav. Vi söker dig som har: Relevant högskole- eller universitetsutbildning inom exempelvis kemi, miljö, arbetsmiljö, säkerhet, teknik eller annat område som arbetsgivaren bedömer relevant, alternativt motsvarande kompetens förvärvad genom arbetslivserfarenhet som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdig. Erfarenhet från industri, energi, laboratorieverksamhet, läkemedel, offentlig verksamhet eller annan reglerad verksamhet Erfarenhet av arbete med kemikaliehantering, kemikaliesäkerhet, arbetsmiljö, säkerhet eller närliggande område. WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO Blykalla's Advanced Reactor Testing Site (ARTS) in Oskarshamn tests components and systems for the SEALER programme, working with lead, gases, and chemical substances under a structured safety and quality framework. We're looking for an HSEQ Engineer to own the practical, on-site execution of health, safety, environmental, and quality programmes as test rig activity scales up. As HSEQ Engineer, you will own the day-to-day execution of health, safety, chemical, and quality practice at ARTS, working alongside the Test & Operations team and interfacing with SMR AB and OKG site personnel where activities overlap. Hazardous Materials & Substance Safety * Own execution of the site's lead hazard management programme, including risk assessment, occupational health surveillance coordination, and contamination control. * Manage chemical and gas safety, including the chemical inventory and safe handling of inert gases and hydrogen. Risk Assessment & Work Environment * Facilitate work environment risk assessments across test rig operations, keeping the risk register current as activity evolves. * Own PPE programme governance and site standards for changing and decontamination facilities. Skellefteå municipality is the needs owner and participates through the departments of Water & Wastewater and the Streets, providing a real test bed. Recent research will be the starting point where an existing model will be developed further to optimise the strategic asset management and coordination based on economic, environmental and other societal criteria. You will belong to a research team with researchers from our university as well as external researchers from the research institute RISE which are experts in policy-lab methodology.   The work within the project includes development of an existing Python model and collection of asset management data of municipal infrastructure. Together with other researchers in the team, you will design workshops to be carried out with municipal partners to understand the present routines of coordinating asset management of multiutility infrastructures and be able to develop tools to support their work.   Duties   As a PhD student, you will collect asset management data, develop a Python model and be involved in workshops. You will learn how to collect and analyse scientific data within your research area as well as communicate your results at national and international conferences and in scientific journals. Capabilities include: * In-house market knowledge & trends * End-to-end service from idea generation through to manufacturing and launch * Technical, commercial and production expertise * Outstanding customer service About The Regulatory Compliance Team Based within the Beauty division of the business, The Regulatory Compliance Team is responsible for reviewing and assessing current and new cosmetic regulations globally including horizon scanning to make sure our clients have the latest information.  The team are responsible for checking and tracking the compliance to these regulations of all the ingredients, materials and formulations sourced and manufactured by THG Labs.  As well as managing and monitoring various certifications including audits, as well as processing and managing complaints and testing of products. Why be a Technical Information Officer at THG Labs?  Reporting to Snr Compliance Officer, the Technical Information Officer is responsible for assisting the team in accurate data collection, reporting, maintenance and researching compliance of raw materials and finished cosmetic products.  They will provide support to all members of the Regulatory Compliance Team to facilitate the delivery of projects assigned, ensuring products are safe, legal and sustainable. As a Technical Information Officer you will: * Collection of data relating to raw materials and finished goods to support the Regulatory Compliance team in the requirements for full compliance to all countries and regions as well as certifications as needed by the business and clients. * Ensuring accurate management of data in systems required for development and maintenance of cosmetic regulatory documentation. In accordance with company service level agreements and customer briefs. * Maintenance and collation of data relating to external certification of products including COSMOS, RSPO,  VEGAN SOCIETY, Halal and Cruelty Free International. * Reporting and maintaining data relating to sustainability of raw materials and finished products. * Developing knowledge of regulations relating to the development, manufacture, and sale of Cosmetic and toiletry products * Communicating with suppliers, requesting up to date and accurate information is received and processed in accordance with service level agreements. * Follow company work instructions and procedures. * Communicating effectively and positively with all teams, colleagues, and managers. * Take reasonable care for the health and safety for yourself and other persons who may be affected by your work * To cooperate with regards to all company health & safety measures, following H&S training when using equipment * Report to a person in authority any work situation which may represent a serious or imminent danger to health & safety or any shortcomings in the protection arrangements to health & safety. What skills and experience do I need for this role? * Experience within the cosmetics, personal care, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, or regulatory compliance sectors. * Knowledge of cosmetic regulations, ingredient compliance, or product certification requirements. * Familiarity with certification schemes such as COSMOS, RSPO, Vegan Society, Halal, and Cruelty Free International. * Understanding of sustainability reporting and environmental data management. * Experience liaising with suppliers to obtain technical, regulatory, or compliance documentation.
