Om Maskrosbarn Maskrosbarn är en barnrättsorganisation som stöttar barn som har föräldrar med missbruk, psykisk sjukdom eller som utsätter dem för våld. Vi har under åren mött tusentals barn och på deras uppdrag bedriver Maskrosbarn även ett kunskapshöjande arbete för att fler ska se och upptäcka barn som far illa hemma, samt ett påverkansarbete för att förbättra lagar, processer och system som påverkar barns möjligheter till ett bättre liv. Vi samarbetar med kommuner, regioner, myndigheter och andra aktörer över hela Sverige. Vi är cirka 40 anställda i Stockholm, Göteborg och Malmö samt omkring 250 engagerade runt om i landet. På kontoret i Malmö arbetar 5 personer och vi är ett tight team som arbetar nära varandra och i vårt arbete möter vi ungdomar från hela Skåne. Utöver den heltidsanställda kontorspersonalen har vi volontärer och arvoderad personal som arbetar i stödverksamheten. På Stockholmskontoret arbetar ansvarig för coachprogrammet, vilken kommer stötta och arbetsleda dig i arbetet. Verksamhetschefen i Malmö kommer att vara din närmaste chef. Om tjänsten Coachprogrammet är ett individuellt stöd för ungdomar som beviljas på bistånd av socialtjänst. Maskrosbarn har bedrivit Coachprogrammet sedan 2013 och insatsen har använts av ett 40-tal kommuner och stadsdelar. Coach och ungdom träffas en gång i veckan, upp till tre år, där de varvar aktiviteter med att arbeta med metodmaterial. Stödet finns i Stockholm, Göteborg och Malmö. Maskrosbarn tar hand om hela processen från rekrytering av coacher, utbildning, matchning och löpande handledning till coacherna. Rollen som lokalt ansvarig för Coachprogrammet innebär en bredd i arbetsuppgifter där du kommer arbeta både administrativt, med socialtjänst och handledande till coacher. Du kommer vara ansvarig för att rekrytera, utbilda och handleda coacher i Skåne och arbeta införsäljande till/mot socialtjänst. Du kommer hålla i introduktionssamtal med ungdomar och kommer ha en nära kontakt med ungdomarnas socialsekreterare. Arbetet innebär inte att arbeta direkt stödjande med ungdomar, utan framförallt genom coacherna. Att arbeta på ett litet kontor innebär att alla medarbetare behöver vara prestigelösa och hoppa in där det behövs och det finns vissa arbetsuppgifter som är gemensamma och delas på av alla som arbetar på kontoret. We are now looking for an Instrument Scientist for the HEIMDAL powder diffractometer. The position is with the Diffraction & Imaging Division. About the division The Diffraction & Imaging Division consists of the scientific staff that are leading the instrument construction projects and the staff that will eventually execute the day-to-day operations of six neutron instruments. The upcoming responsibilities of the division are Finalize the installation and commissioning of all instruments in the division Deliver state-of-the-art scientific capabilities for internal and external users to enable the wider science community to advance science and technology Deliver scientific results from the neutron instruments in collaboration with the user community and other divisions in the science directorate Plan and implement further developments and upgrades of the instruments Push the state-of-the-art capabilities of neutron instrumentation to make maximum benefit from the ESS source. Main Responsibilities HEIMDAL is a multiscale diffractometer that, in its full scope, will enable studies of functional materials across a wide range of length scales, from conventional powder diffraction to the small-angle neutron scattering (SANS) regime (possible future upgrade). The construction of the diffractometer part of the instrument is ongoing and expected to be completed in 2027. The immediate mission is to finalize the installation of the instrument and take part in the commissioning of the instrument without and with neutrons.
