Want to shape the future of waterborne transport and join a world-class team? Candela is the global leader in electric hydrofoil vessels. Since 2014, we’ve gone from building our first premium electric speedboat in a small Stockholm workshop to delivering game-changing vessels around the globe. The Candela P-12 is our latest innovation - the world’s first electric hydrofoil ferry is not just operating in Stockholm, but now attracting orders from around the world. Our boats “fly” thanks to computer-guided underwater wings under the hull made out of lightweight carbon fiber. The wings lift the vessel above the water, which results in cutting energy use by up to 80%, while offering zero emissions and a far better passenger experience than traditional diesel vessels. And that’s exactly why we do this. Our mission is clear: to speed up the transition to fossil fuel–free lakes and oceans. You can be part of the amazing team in Candela now! We are looking for a Senior Production Planning Manager to support Candela’s future growth ambitions. Purpose and Goals In this role, you will take ownership of developing and scaling Candelas global production planning as we prepare for multi-site manufacturing. You will build the structure and processes needed to support our continued growth, ensuring alignment across Sourcing, Production, and Logistics so that production runs smoothly and on schedule. You will also strengthen planning tools and workflows, using advanced Excel models while supporting the transition of planning processes into Odoo. You will work closely with a production administrator in Rotebro and a global controller, reflecting the close link between production planning and financial performance. The role will be an important part of the Operations management team as Candela expands its global production footprint. Your core responsibilities will include: Create, update, and monitor the daily/weekly/bi-weekly and long-term production plan based on manning capacity, material availability, R&D and ME releases. Create KPI and planning reports to the COO and participate as support at performance reviews with the CEO. Analyze stock levels, anticipate shortages, and alert Procurement before issues escalate. Ensure production orders, in Odoo, are created, sequenced, and closed correctly. Track production KPIs and flag risks early. Work closely with the Production team to challenge and adjust priorities when things shift. Prepare planning reports in Excel and support the migration of these workflows into Odoo. Follow up on critical ongoing production activities and keep teams aligned with deadlines. Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes. What are we looking for? You are highly organized with a natural drive to keep processes structured and efficient. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly and are comfortable adapting when needed. With strong analytical skills and clear communication, you work effectively with operational teams at all levels across the organization. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or a similar operational role. Strong Excel skills (INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data cleaning, etc.). A relevant University degree within Engineering and/or Business. It would be preferred if you have: Experience with Odoo. Background in manufacturing or physical production environments. Understanding of Lean / continuous improvement principles. Form of employment: Full-time with initial 6 month probation period Start date: ASAP Location/base: Rotebro/Frihamnen Reporting to: COO Why people love working at Candela? At Candela, we’re not just building electric vessels - we’re creating a whole new category of clean, efficient waterborne transport. You get the chance to work with cutting-edge technology, solving complex challenges, and seeing the results in action - sometimes literally, when we organize test rides for our newcomers! We’re a diverse and ambitious team of over 50 nationalities, united by a revolutionary spirit and kindness. That means we work hard, but always with humility and while having fun - whether it’s solving a manufacturing challenge, improving processes, or cheering each other on during Candela Months, our year-round calendar of bonding activities and events. We’re office-first but not office-only. We believe collaboration is most powerful when we build together, in person - but we also trust our team to work in ways that fit their life. TL;DR We're looking for a Founding Marketeer to own how the world hears about Spiich — from LinkedIn to launch videos to sales-leader dinners. You'll turn customer results into stories, product releases into moments, and Spiich into the loudest brand in sales tech. Must be creative, hungry, and allergic to corporate marketing. Why join We're a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value speed, rigour, and extreme ownership. If you get energy from shipping campaigns (not planning them), thrive in ambiguity, and want your work seen by thousands — not buried in a brand deck — you'll feel at home. You'll have unfair material to work with: customers report 90% less prospecting time, 3x market coverage, and 2x customer meetings. Your job is to make sure everyone knows it. Marketing here is not a support function — it's a revenue function, and you'll build it from scratch. We're backed by founders and operators behind Lovable, OpenAI, Tandem Health, and Neo4j. What you'll do (responsibilities) In one sentence: Own marketing end-to-end — brand, demand, and product marketing. Own the channels: Run LinkedIn and X, grow founder-led and company content, and test performance marketing — you decide what works and double down Turn customers into stories: Produce quantitative case studies and launch videos that make prospects ask "how do I get that?" Own product marketing: Release notes, launch posts, and feature campaigns — to the market and to our existing customer base, where great launches drive expansion Run events that don't feel like events: Sales-leader dinners, sellathons, speed-dating for sales reps — formats no one else in the industry is doing Build the aggregate story: Track and publish the numbers across our customer base (meetings run, hours saved) that turn usage into hype Keep the website sharp: Own the site as a living asset, not a brochure Who you are Creative operator with roughly 1–3 years in marketing, growth, or content — hungry to own the whole function, not a slice of it Native to LinkedIn and X: you know what performs and why, and you can write hooks that stop the scroll Comfortable producing: short videos, visuals, posts — done this week beats perfect next month Think in revenue, not impressions: you measure marketing by pipeline and expansion Comfortable with ambiguity, early-stage chaos, and fast iteration Fully committed to the mission: not "just a job" Bonus: Experience marketing to sales teams, or building an audience of your own. What we offer Own the entire marketing function from day one — no committee, no layers Work directly with the founders on positioning and strategy Meaningful equity through qualified employee stock options (QESO) Mission-driven, no-BS culture: experiment, ship, learn Fully on-site in Stockholm - we believe in working together Competitive compensation package About Spiich Labs Spiich is the agentic platform for sales teams. Reps focus on the human work — building relationships, building trust, and closing deals — while Spiich agents handle everything else: prospecting, lead generation, CRM updates, meeting prep, follow-ups, and everything in between. We're backed by founders and operators behind Lovable, OpenAI, Tandem Health, and Neo4j. How we hire Submit your application Intro call with Johan (Co-founder & CEO) Portfolio review: show us campaigns, posts, or content you've made — and what they achieved Marketing exercise: draft a launch for a real Spiich feature Join us for trial work lasting 2 days on-site. We'll see how you tick and you get to meet the team and explore whether joining Spiich feels right for you. We move fast — the full process typically takes under two weeks. How to Apply Drop us a line at filip@spiich.ai with your LinkedIn, links to work you've made (posts, videos, campaigns — anything public), and a note on why this excites you. No CV needed.
