Barn- och ungdomsmedicinavdelning 2 ingår i område akut/Infektion och tillhör verksamhetsområde Barnmedicin. Avdelningen har 14 vårdplatser varav 2 är intermediärvårdsplatser. Vårt huvudsakliga fokus är vård av patienter med infektionssjukdomar, men vi vårdar även barn och ungdomar med andra akuta tillstånd. Därutöver har vi ett elektivt patientflöde bestående av barn som genomgår operation för skolios. Vårdtiderna är ofta korta och verksamheten präglas av tydlig säsongsvariation. Vi arbetar interprofessionellt för att ge barnet och familjen bästa möjliga vård och upplevelse under vårdtiden. På enheten arbetar cirka 50 medarbetare. För att skapa goda förutsättningar för dem att fokusera på sina arbetsuppgifter söker vi nu en administratör med chefsstödsfunktion. ARBETSUPPGIFTER I rollen som administratör med chefsstödsfunktion ansvarar du för administrativt stöd av de arbetsuppgifter som enhetscheferna ansvarar för. Arbetsområdet omfattar bland annat ekonomi, HR och schemaplanering. Tillsammans med enhetscheferna arbetar du exempelvis med bemanningsplanering på både kort och lång sikt, schemaläggning, hantering av ledigheter och semesterplanering, HR-relaterade frågor samt övrig administration. Du kommer att arbeta nära såväl chefer som medarbetare och ha en central roll i planeringen för att säkerställa goda förutsättningar för verksamheten under samtliga arbetspass. KVALIFIKATIONER För att vara aktuell för tjänsten krävs eftergymnasial utbildning exempelvis inom HR, administration, vårdadministration, medicinsk sekreterarutbildning eller annan utbildning som arbetsgivaren bedömer som relevant. Du ska ha goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift. För tjänsten krävs även god datorvana samt goda kunskaper i Microsoft Office-paketet. Kunskaper i schemaplanering samt erfarenhet av systemen HR-fönster och Raindance ses också som meriterande. Har du tidigare erfarenhet av arbete som administratör med chefsstödsuppdrag samt erfarenhet från sjukhus- eller hälso- och sjukvårdsmiljö ser vi även det som värdefullt. Job Description The Engineering Manager (EM) is accountable for technical execution, delivery quality, and operational excellence for a defined product or service. The role partners with Product Managers in product contexts and owns delivery and roadmap in service contexts. WHAT YOU’LL DO As an Engineering Manager for Integration Services, you will lead the delivery, evolution, and operations of enterprise integration platforms such as Workato and MFT. In addition, you will work with external vendors and consultants delivering platform services, lead your own team of engineers and integration experts, and contribute alongside senior stakeholders to strategy, prioritization, and investment decisions.
