Då kan du vara den vi söker. Arbetsuppgifter Hos oss arbetar du med sedvanliga medicinska sekreteraruppgifter, såsom journalskrivning efter diktat, remisshantering och primärklassificering. Arbetsuppgifterna är främst kopplade till verksamheten vid sjukhuset i Fagersta. Många samarbeten och arbetsmoment sker via digitala plattformar mellan sjukhusen. Du blir en del av en engagerad arbetsgrupp som har ett viktigt, kvalitativt och professionellt uppdrag för hela kliniken. Tillsammans arbetar vi för att kontinuerligt utveckla våra processer och säkerställa en hög patientsäkerhet. Några av våra medarbetare ansvarar även för e-legitimation i Köping och Fagersta, SITHS-korthantering med tillhörande fotografering samt uppdraget som klinikens HSA-redaktör. Om arbetsplatsen Västmanlands sjukhus Köping/Fagersta är en länsövergripande verksamhet med två sjukhus som arbetsplatser. Detta gäller även för oss medicinska sekreterare. På vår enhet är vi totalt 20 medicinska sekreterare och en enhetschef. I dag har två medicinska sekreterare sin arbetsplats på Fagersta sjukhus, och med detta vikariat blir vi tre. Övriga medicinska sekreterare och enhetschefen har sin arbetsplats på Köpings sjukhus. På arbetsplatsen i Fagersta sitter de medicinska sekreterarna i nära anslutning till medicinmottagningen och vårdavdelningen. Det innebär att du som medarbetare är nära den dagliga verksamheten, övriga yrkeskategorier och patienterna. Verksamheten har inriktning mot internmedicin. På sjukhuset i Fagersta finns medicinmottagning, vårdavdelning, rehabiliteringsenhet samt närvårds- och AH-team. På sjukhuset i Köping finns närakut, medicinmottagning, fyra vårdavdelningar, rehabiliteringsenhet, närvårdsteam och AH-team. Role overview As Lead Legal Counsel Nordics, you will be a key member of both the global legal team and the Nordic leadership team, providing hands-on commercial legal support across the region.
